Absolutely brutal betting website. I would rate it zero! stars if that was an option. The layout of the site is the work of an amateur, someone who lacks the know how or the interest in creating a good website or maybe lacks both. It takes forever for race meetings and results etcetera to load and Boylesports engage in trickery! Example, I’m eligible for Acca rewards and boosts but when choosing the boost option before finalizing my bet, the boost does not! be applied. The bet receipt stating one amount as my potential returns/winnings and my bet itself stating a lesser amount. Also other trickery observed and as for loyalty rewards, look elsewhere! Especially since last April, I’ve been betting frequently with boylesports and my most recent free or so called free bet was 40 cent! That’s an insult and speaks volumes about boylesports. Prior to this I got a free or again so called free bet worth €2 from them this year so a total of €2.40 in free? bets. Regarding everything taking forever to load, nothing wrong with my internet connection as I was on other websites on the same days and during the same time frames that I was on the boylesports amateur! website. Quite honestly, a toddler would almost do better creating a website. The improvements needed are obvious! Folks, my advice is don’t waste your time and money on boylesports. As of tonight, I’m no longer their customer and never again will be. It’s a competitive market with regards to bookmakers and people have plenty choices regarding who to bet with.

Absolutely awful site. Unfair games which are impossible to win on! I’ve spent thousands on games and watched my balance go straight down to zero every single time! I’ve won literally nothing. In my opinion one of the worst sites I’ve ever been on. The customer service is absolutely shocking too! The live chat advisors are rude and have no idea how to speak to customers. Requested a withdrawal and was told it needed to be done via bank transfer. Not a problem as I have done this in the past, have a fully verified account and been a customer for 5 years now. I’m told that the bank transfer will take 24 hours to process on Boylesport side. I wait and it doesn’t get processed. Next day I raise it, only to be told it has been processed, then to be told it hasn’t and that I need to wait another 3 days. Then to be told it has been processed when transactions page still states otherwise. I tried to register a complaint but customer services won’t assist with this and seem to be unhelpful and all over the place regarding knowledge. My advice would be to avoid Boylesport going forward, plenty of better bookmakers out there.

Boylesports are worst online, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, as for gaming stay clear, there is loads of other good websites like heyspins and mrQ they pay out much better , had a serious issue with withdraw my money toke 4 days, wasted so much time and money online to them and the bank,stay clear of Boylesports and use other websites that actually pay better.

They sent me 10 free spins under “Wild Wednesdays” promotion but game wouldn’t load all day until Thursday first thing, minute after midnight into Thursday when the free spins expired. Decided to change betting website as Betfred is a waste of space. Have been with Boylesports before so thought I would go back after several years away. Be careful of all online gambling websites. Boylesports do not at any point remove your details from their database even when you have not been a customer for years. Even when you close your account they keep your details so that when you attempt to open a new account they say you already have one and ask you just to reset your password. Who in this world keeps a record of all their old usenames and passwords? When you try to use chat to talk to someone if you take more than 20 seconds they cut off the chat saying that they have to talk to other customers. Well done Boylesports you’ve lost a new customer before they even joined. That must be a personal best. Just for once why don’t online gambling companies do something decent and honest. When someone closes their account actually close it properly and remove all their personal details from your database.

Be warned guys they will restrict your account and you will have no appeal option. Created the account and placed two bets of £500 each which won and guess what I receive an email and text to say my account has been restricted and can’t even use the free £20 bonus I got for signing up. I try to place a bet of £1 and it doesn’t go through and says to wait while it’s referred to a trader who say the maximum I can bet is £0.10p lol what a joke and even when I try to use the £20 bonus by placing a bet of £0.50p that gets referred to a trader who allows me to only bet £0.05p haha needless to say I have already closed my account 24 hours after opening it.

The casino just feels very un-win-able. I play on numerous casino sites, as every now and again i will get a decent win.. but Doyle sport games just seem so dead.. dead spin after dead spin after dead spin. I re opened my account with boylesport after a period of self exclusion. They allowed me to re open my account without a 24 hour cooling off period.
