signed up using the welcome offer and placed the required bet, after the bet goes through was told I don’t qualify for the free one, messaged support and they said its because my IP address has accounts linked to it, I said its because im connected to work wifi, they said there’s nothing we can do, cheers for that lads

A few weeks ago I put a glowing review about this company which I had rejoined after many years away. Very Sadly my opinion has changed since I put on a winning bet at what I thought were BEST ODDS GUARANTEED but these were Not given at payout. When I phoned them to query this I was told that Restrictions had been applied to my account & that I would not be given BOG,Why did they not tell me when I rejoined because I did ask them,at the time, what time their BOG applied from & was told it was 8am

to self exclude i had to go to live chat as doing it yourself would just pop up with error. just so you dont self exclude- targeting gambling addicts a lot? live agent absolutely doing the slowest job ever by asking random security questions, with a lot of ”let me look into ….”, anything just to drag the process of getting the account banned from depositing money. I am not a professional gambler but I regularly use Boylesports along with two other companies including paddypower so I feel I can tell their strengths and weaknesses. Boylesports Laks of clarity and transparency, they want you to believe that they are paying huge winnings (especially with the “games” section) in the range of 500k to 3M but at the end of the day it is all a bit wishi washy . I received an email saying that I was one of the winners of a 10k giveaway (it turned out I won 20bucks btw) but it never told me how much I won, so after numerous phone calls and live chat I spoke to this lady that answered the call with “hi” followed by silence… I started to think I was calling someone else number, … long story short she told me I won 20bucks and it was paid already into my account, well… when I say there’s no transparency… no track of the winnings appears in my account, nowhere it says I won 20 euro, I cannot find that payment and as far as I’m concerned I could have won 10k and lost it just because perhaps they don’t want to make clear how many winners are there and what was won. I had to spend ages on the phone to find out what was going on, and the first few phone calls they were not answering my questions. As much as it is regulated and so forth you would assume you can trust Boylesports but Because I feel Boylesports isn’t making things as clear and transparent as it should be I’d rather spend more time and my cash on more reliable and trustworthy companies. While Paddy power has it’s own weaknesses I feel it’s more secure especially when it comes down to decent winnings. I loved Boylesports lotto section but after this 10k incident really I’ll have let it go. Btw another incident about one year ago ..I won a lotto 4 number accumulator with Boylesports and that was never paid to me as some Time after my bet I got a message saying that they refunded my bet as I lodged funds from my PayPal account… I read the message after the draw so I couldn’t do anything about it, it was not a lot of money I think about 80bucks but at the end of the day their credibility and integrity is never challenged because we are all single players and all we can do is leave a negative feedback on trustpilot… chances are that they are going to reply to this feedback with same copy and paste asking to contact them for clarification but we all know where it goes…

As per lots of other reviews I signed up via the awful app. My bet lost, only for me to think, well, I’ve a £20 free bet to make up for it. However, I was told that my IP had been flagged for shared use. Utter nonsense as I’d used my 4g on my phone. They seem to be using this for every new customer to avoid paying out. Such low tactics.

I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews they’ve been great for me had a few wins and paid very quickly… currently my bigger win is still pending for a little longer than usual so fingers crossed for that but I’m sure it’s fine. People just get angry when they lose but it’s not the casinos fault that’s just gambling. Boylesports I think you’re great!

Horrible,3 times I can’t my passport and bills in. Then I send all paper to the head office. Then I get a phone call all it’s fine I can use the account..but next day I get a new email …we need all again was not good enough for us. I be 64 years old..and for my bet I don’t need that. So I send back deleted my account and send that 20 euro security money back to my account.

Opened account using their free bet offer and they did not give me the free bet. When I got in touch with them to ask why they asked for proof of ID, address etc which they said they needed for verification. I then get an update saying verifiaction has been passed, then subsequesntly I get a further email saying my account is now closed. Good job I lost the bet as withdrawing money must be impossible if simply getting the promised free bet is this difficult. Avoid these guys, plenty of other decent bookmakers out there.

Easy to follow site for horse racing, only joined Saturday 16-9-23 so early days, won a little on live casino wednesday eve, excellent experience, low stakes bet 20p, withdrew some next day and back in my bank same day! Spoke to customer services regarding odds on 1 winner on a lucky 15 bet as I was drawn to the site by a comparison site saying they paid triple odds on one winner, they don’t its double like all the others except Betfred, however they dont give best odds guaranteed and Bolesports do so if you get more than one winner the payout could be better with them, so you have a choice I guess. Good all round site to press and hope the experience stays that way.
