I will keep giving this company a 1-star rating until they resolve my issue! 60 days have passed, and they still haven't provided a report! In other words, they are not sending the reports of the game you played, and do you know what they say? "We will not send you a report; you can only see the amounts you spent. Feel free to complain wherever you want!" Unbelievable, right? I played a game and want to see the return on my spins, but this company refuses to provide that! I wonder why? Everyone, think about it…

Only website that will constantly give you 2 scatters , deposited over 30 times and only withdrew twice , even on 10p spins no bonus, no wins at all when you up your stake. They changed my deposit limit to £50 weekly godknows why. Stay well clear if you want to actually have fun playing slots

I joined a couple of days ago. My first issue was that I requested a daily deposit of £10, it ser at £200 and wouldn't let me change it to £10! I like to gamble but small and safely. I then won 150 and was unable to withdraw as there was a problem connecting to server, however I tested this and it had no problem whatsoever allowing me to deposit. It's been 2 days now and I've pretty much spent the 150. I've messaged but received no reply, shockingly bad service

I signed up to Boyle sports and had the welcome offer of bet £10 get £40 in free bets once I placed my bet and the bet had settled I didn't receive the free bets I went on to the chat and was told I was not entitled to the free bets because of my IP address and that someone in my household already has a account, I have never heard so much rubbish in all my life as i live on my own and no one else I no even has a Boyle sports account , I have numerous other betting accounts and never had this problem it is a total disgrace , I also received no help what so ever from the man I spoke to on the chat and was very disappointed in his attitude.I sent boylesports a email as well complaing about my problem and they said they would reply in 12 hours, it's now been 4 days still had no reply.In my eyes this site is a total scam and they never wanted to give me the free bets and come up with some terrible excuse. This evening I was playing games that I regularly play on there competitors sites exactly the same game but the game is not even remotely the same the returns are shocking the features don’t appear at all the bonuses well they are imaginary the locked features on the King Kong even bigger bannas 2 well that game was a joke it remained locked for the whole time the game play was glitchy and very erratic not only this but it didn’t unlock the features that enhance the play.In my opinion actually the worst company for gaming with. The customer services team hide behind technical jargon they probably don’t understand themselves. If a game is not right pull it off the system and fix it immediately don’t let players think it’s ok.I’ve had enough of Boyle sports and the lack of support that they offer !If I was anyone reading this thinking that it’s a good site for gaming I wouldn’t bother playing the games !!All in all a shocking experience and won’t be spending any money with them again

Never had an issue withdrawing from here, always internally processed within 24 hours. Until now... had quite a large win (£7000), its been over 48 hours and still "processing internally". Contacted live chat twice, just to be told its not been approved yet.. yes I'm aware it hasn't, but can't be given a time frame or reason for the hold up. I am fully verified, all documents submitted. No answers can be given on why I'm still waiting for my withdrawal to be approved.

Update to the following issue I've had with boylesports, although I feel let down with the way their handling this issue,and I'm £150 + out of pocket they've offered me 100 free spins at 10p a spin ,what an insult. The only thing I would say is don't go on the Las Vegas roulette site,the fact that it takes what seems a life time between spins doesn't help,it wouldn't happen in the UK.Not to mention there's only a few people playing the table,so that speaks volume,The only thing to do now is take it on the chin ,inform trading standards of the dodgy dealings,and sigh up to a reputable gaming site.

I was going to give three stars but then decided on two. I placed a bet on Fulham v Manchester United on Sunday 26th January. I thought I was doing a £5 Acca as I remember the odds being just above evens. When I pressed accept bet the app took all my money from the account and put it on three singles. I also found the app very poor for updating and found it would lag behind by over 30 minutes at times. Not impressed and will not rush to top my account up again.

I recently signed up to BoyleSports and tried to take advantage of their welcome offer, however after placing the qualifying bet I did not received my stated free bets. After contacting customer service on why I have not received the stated free bets I recieved a responce back that I was refused because I was using a shared IP address. This is not clear in the T&C and no other bookmaker I have signed up in the past has this policy.This seems to be an BoyleSports only problem and do not understand why this step is needed after ID and address verification.How can anyone trust BoyleSports to hold money when there polices seem to be so anti consumer?

Their customer rep screwed up or lied to me when I contacted chat support to make sure I had fulfilled an offer. I had wagered £100 (or so I thought) for this offer and wanted to make 100% sure I was done as it was going terribly (as the UI for money wagered today is deliberately hidden and confusing as on most casino sites)He assured me that I had wagered enough for the free spins. Turns out I hadn’t. So I lost out on an offer of 50 free spins. All I got was an apology of 10 free spins “as a token of good will”. and was told in typical patronising terms that “They understand my frustration but couldn’t do anything more”. What other industry works like this? I get more and more disillusioned, you can’t trust anything they say because everything could be a way to further that house edge a little bit and screw you out of another few £.

Don't sign up as its a stitch up. Thought I'd join as a new customer and get one of the offers put £10 down and get & 20 back as a free bet. Done that only to be told that my deposit method wasn't valid, using PayPal so means I have lost £10. Wouldnt mind but I checked the T&Cs on the front screen and no mention there of payment method was mentioned. Simply that the bet had to be £10 or more with odds over 1/1. But nope that wasn't valid. So false advertising. Contacted the help chat but rules are rules. So have closed down my account after one use and the welcome offer isn't valid anymore. Poor poor show.

Signed up for the welcome offer, deposit and spend £10 and receive £50 bonus credit. Spent way more than the requirement, no bonus appeared but I waited til next day to allow time. No bonus. Horrendous customer service, obviously poorly trained, thought it was easier to just blame me for making 'mistakes' but unable to actually explain why I didn't get the bonus? Tried to dismiss me with every response ending with "is there anything else I can help with today?", despite not actually helping in any way whatsoever. Closed my account after one day, there's too many options out there to bother with such shoddy performance and service. Hopefully it'll be reflected in their closing down soon if this is how they treat customers.

Signed up to a mobile offer which was stake £10 at 1:1 for £30 in free bets and £10 casino - what i got was £20 in free bets. Went to live chat and told the system registered £20 and nothing can change despite signing up through a mobile offer... (yes, i signed up on the phone, placed the bet on the phone and spoken to live chat on the phone) Boyle can keep the £20 in free bets, i'll chargeback the £10 and use someone else. Only placed 1 bet which was the qualifying(Annoyed me to the point this is my first review on Trustpilot, and probably the last!)AVOID BOYLESPORTS AT ALL COSTS

I was supposed to get a free bet, they claimed they notified me I was not eligible for free bets a week or two previous!! Absolute GARBAGE!! Made up, fantasy nonsense. All this to get out of honoring a £20 bet!! They talk utter trash and make excuses! They have outright lied to me, because I 1000% received NO notification of anything like that. I signed up via my mobile to take advantage of the 'bet £10, get £20 free' new sign up offer. My initial bet settled and I didn't received the £20 free bet. I contacted customer services via chat and spoke to Anna who told me that my IP address was flagged as being a duplicate/shared and as such I wasn't entitled to the promotion. This is wholly incorrect. My IP address is not shared and no one at my address has ever had a Boylesports account until yesterday. A quick search tells me this is a common issue with them. Avoid.

Horrendous behaviour . Mother sends daughter to harass xclient while working at BoyleSports in Duleek. It's all recorded. Ella verbally abuse me in front of friends and girlfriend while mother listens in on phone while she's working Behind the Counter in boylesports. I had to call the guards three times on this family, now I'm getting threats from their relatives. Not looking good for boylesports in this community.

The positives of the site are that there's a wide range of games and the deposit process is simple. The issues start when it comes to withdrawing money. I made my first withdrawal and the site showed that this would be processed within 3-12 hours. Once this time passed, I was told it had been sent to the Relevant Department due to it being a reasonably large amount (£2000). Checking later, I saw the transaction was crossed out as 'cancelled'. I contacted them again and spoke to someone called Mairead who was most unhelpful. I was given no advice whatsoever. All I have been told is that it's with a different department. They are not willing to tell me if I need to upload any documents or anything, which I'd be happy to do. They have said I can't have any contact details for the department and have also said they can't ask the department to contact me either. I've been given no advice as to what happens next and when I've asked for an idea of how long it will take to be sorted out, they've also said they can't give me any timescale.So now I have no clue what is happening and I'm not allowed to discuss this matter with anyone.To reiterate, I'd be happy to supply any documents or information they request but right now they're refusing to discuss anything with me.This is incredibly unnerving given they've been very happy to take money from me but once it comes to paying out, they refuse to discuss it.I'd recommend anyone considering using this company do so with caution. I will update my review once I have heard something from them but at this point it seems I'll have to pursue the matter to get them to release my funds.

Shared IP address scam to trick you into depositing for free bets and then they deny you access to them on the basis that your ip address has been registered/used by other accounts. This is just standard procedure when using data roaming on any phone network.

I signed up with the BoyleSports mobile app. I made the £10 bet. I didn't receive the £20 free bets after my initial £10 settled after I waited 1-2 hours. I contacted customer service, and they said I was IP sharing?? I'm the only one on my IP as I use mobile data with a password on it, and I dont use a VPN. I just made this account today with them aswell. I followed the guidelines and rules correctly for the sign up offer, and my IP is not shared...I've seen many other reviews online after I checked just now, of others having the same issue. It's a scam from BoyleSport.

Oh let me tell you about an amazing poker promo they run called FREE SPIN FRIDAY. Got lucky and hit x670 on the bonus game. Wagering requirements as stated by them is x25. Cool. Aint gonna get the full amount for sure, but will get a fraction for though. WRONG! Did 1k spins atleast that should have released atlest 40 units. No release! Offer welcome bonus but they won’t pay it - said I should have checked in with the support team to check I was eligible as per their T&C’s - legally they are in the right but they know what they are doing let’s be honest…Apparently I signed up from a shared IP (my mobile phone in a public area) when no one in my house or myself has used Boyle Sports before so I don’t qualify despite being a genuine new customer.

Avoid massive scam. I signed up and bet £10 on a horse which I was required to do to qualify for the free bets. When bet was settled I was waiting for my free bets which did not come. When I spoke to customer support they said I didnt qualify because my internet connection was used before to sign up which is a complete and total lie. No help from customer support, they just our system has detected shared internet and thats final and is there anything else we can help you with today. So I withdrew the £20 I had left in the account and after a few days £16.39 was credited into my bank account

Had an interview for this company recently. Job didnt match what I applied for and the woman who interviewed me was late. Also had a tracksuit on I appreciate she was working from home but make an effort. She struggled with the video call cutting me off at 1 point and generally seemed very poor at the role she had.
