I am a 50 year old Taxi driver in Dublin City. I went in to their shop on Church St on Wednesday and spent 6 euro on the lotto. Amazingly I won 165e. Collectethat without problem in another shop. The next day I went to the Church St shop to do a bet and was told by staff I was barred. No explanation, no process to go through. Mortified disgusted. Never been in trouble in my life. What right do you have?

I thought i would leave a review after having bad experiences with other sites. I can confirm that this is a good site to play. Paid my withdrawal within a few hours the games seem pretty fair compared to other sites . I have had nightmares getting my withdrawals from other site so glad this was not the case with this site I will only be using theses in future. Thanks for the good service 👍

The customer skim is very very big on games and casino, find another bookie. Example 17 spins on a game and not even a sniff of anything happening in one sitting. I only game occasionally but its been a lifetime since I had a winning spin on Boyles online games. something stinks. The competitions are useless and all the ''wins'' do is serve to distract you.Absolutely the worst website layout,, its designed to frustrate, so much wrong and yet the GC lets them run. Today, in disgust, I closed my account.

signed up a week ago and so far not sure about BoyleSports, now they do have good promotions and a decent selection of slots but that's where the good points end. Every deposit has been a loss with never getting even close to my original deposit amount (£40) as set that as a daily limit. Now I'm great full I did this as the slots seem to pay out very low on average. Will probably give it another week before closing my account as so far the gameplay seems to be very dull and we all play slots for entertainment (RIGHT!)

I used the account for about a week, I got one best odds guaranteed win and another 20£ free bet. I started with 200£ and managed to win about 300£ more in horse racing, coming from a 17-1 horse. I cannot place any bets now and the chat agent informs me the following "Our Trading Department has a number of factors to consider when accepting a requested bet and in some instances may reject a requested bet. As anindustry-standard, we reserve the right to refuse all or part of any bet requested. As the final decision would always lie with our Traders, it is unlikely that you will be able to place any further bets with us online. We are unable to appeal a decision to restrict an account made by the Trading department." I think they only want to keep customers who don't win money.

Absolutely disgusted, was told I would get a £20 free bet on signing up and depositing money. Even though I followed all the rules they came out with the excuse that my IP address was shared. Which is absolute rubbish as I had never heard of boylesports before, I live with one other person who wouldn't know how to online bet. We have been at the address for nearly 10 years. Therefore they are complete liars. Do not trust them. Glad I only bet a small amount as I dread to think how many people they have screwed over

Use boylesports for many years the website is pretty crap, but they do have an excellent telephone service where you can ring up and there’s any mistake. It’s all on tape the old fashion way via customer services in the Philippines when you get through to them they’re very confused. I don’t think they know how many legs a horse has, but as an overall company compared to others I’d say it’s pretty great and as I said to staff you get to speak to the same people and you build up a bit of a rapport.

Decent bookie, some offers only available in shop, i have no shop near me for 100s of miles! Website can be a bit jumpy and odds can change and not update anything corresponding in the bet slip. Had no serious issues with these guys, would recommend.

I see all these bad reviews and I started to worry as I wasn't able to withdraw but then spoke to 'van' in live chat and sent him my documents. He resolved my issue in less than 20 minutes and was then able to withdraw! Obviously I'll update when I recieve the money but definitely its my new favourite casino!

Got a £5 free bet on the app which I used to bet on the Grand National & won. They requested my bank details to pay out which I provided. Then they wanted a pdf of a bank statement dated within the last three months. Which I provided. THEN they wanted a pdf of my bank statement, dated within the last three months which also shows a Boyle Sports transaction (which of course I could provide as my bet was free and any past betting I had done with them had been in person at the local Boyle Sports shop) at one point I thought they might ask for a vial of blood!! After being informed that I couldn’t provide a bank statement with a Boyle sports transaction and why, they told me to disregard that request and that my winnings would be paid into the account I provided. Big shock, it wasn’t. Total scam. Bad experience. Never using the app again and the whole experience has put me off even going to the shop.

Never mind that I've lost out financially or the time it has cost me. Only way to satisfy myself now is to encourage as many people as possible not to bet with this company. Expect to see more of this going forward #BoycottBoylesportsEDIT.. to show how little this company cares about its customers I've just go a reply that is totally nothing to do with my complaint. Its obviously been mixed up with someone who had a gaming complaint. Absolutely pathetic customer service yet again.

Friendly and helpful. I dont have much experience of betting or gambling. However have recently enjoyed a flutter here and there. The help chat was really good. It was friendly polite and extremely helpful. A bit slow but better for them to be certain of situation before giving you answers. I never felt forgotten even when waiting a good few mins, as the person i was talking to sent a message to let me know they were still checking things. I hope you keep up the good work.

Their site is clear concise easy to follow, there are markers for everything, Football odds are often better than other sites and I’ve found their customer service to be first class. I rang the customer service several times and I was told the same stories all the times (transcation is pending, you're gonna get your money in few working days...) While reading the most recent reviews, I found out I'm not alone! Shameful. Should start looking for a lawyer and I am not joking really.

I hadn't used my account for a very long time and after being helped to sign back in, it all went downhill. I was stake-restricted straight away and told that there was nothing they could do and that I would likely not be able to place any bets. I had even deposited money into the account. I haven't abused any terms or conditions and literally forgot I had the account. Avoid these jokers like the plague.A ridiculous bookmaker who keeps pestering me for a review. Well, here it is. Enjoy cowboys!

0 stars. Awful pay out rigged games. Football Bets constantly freeze and kick out and constantly say suspended everyone you you try to do accumulators. Eats your money. Rewards are rubbish. Very poor site.

Like the boost for accumulator bets as I always do 5 teams or over. Customer service was second to none and got my identification stuff sorted in minutes which I can say sometimes takes days if not weeks with other sites. Definitely am impressed so far,only thing is they don't cover just as much matches from around the world as some other sites,but the price boost is worth a little less choice!

Truly shocking.Played over 700 spins at 20p on DIAMOND MINE MEGWAYS.Didn't get the 4 Gold Bags needed to get free spins.How can this happen.Surely you would expect to get the free spins even if you only win 20p but no .nothing .This seems to me a bit of a fix.I know all about the supposed RTP.And that all games are regulated and independently checked. Avoid Heads up Poker.I had winning hand but dealer got last card for a straight, or a pair etc 8 bloody times jn a row .I was playing £2 a hand .carried on playing won about 4 hands all together lost £40.00.I am not complaining because I lost that's the chance I take, but when there is only 1 card that dealer can win with and gets it almost every time it leaves a sour taste in my mouth.Funny that isn't it.But I never got the winning card .Strange or fixed !!!!! You decide..

TWICE,Ive wrote a review and TWICE its been taking down as its 11 YEAR since i had an account,I even tried to open a new account guess what it wouldnt let me,I provided my full name,date of birth still they took me down i won £2000 on one single bet 2012 at cheltenham festival next bet i asked for sp only ???,FAST FORWARD 11 YEAR a friend of mine won £1100 in 2 days ok which is better than some,Ive explained how to win betting in france comparing the pmu odds to uk odds lasted 2 days but at least he got his winnings and tobefair if you get restricted after winning over a grand i might get my missus to open an account so i can use it ???

Casino and games are a BIG SCAM, stay away from them, spend almost 200 pounds in monopoly megaways and after some time try to play again but the game disappeared !!! they said the game went down for maintenance ????? Never see this in any other casino.I advise you not to play in this house.
