sadly i read the comments on Boylesports and decided as enough said it was ok id join and give it a go.i made a meagre deposit of 25 pounds and made a few bets etc turned it into 50 was ok losing said moniesbut decided try withdraw to see if it was possiblehey presto they allowed the withdrawal.so i thought ok i can deposit and withdraw when i like so alls good.little realising that when i again tried to withdraw that the account was blocked.and i was asked send so much info that no way was i going send copies of bank statements and utility billsso i wasted the monies id won and blocked said account.ive no interest in playing on sites that let you deposit as easy as 123 yet withdrawrals you have to jump through hoops.

Had a £70 win on a 9/2 horse. They claimed the price changed to 4/1 which is fair enough. So I had £350 to come I placed a £40 bet on the back of that then that lost tried to place another bet £40 double which won and they refused the bet claiming something about security sure enough they are happy to honour the £40 loser but don’t want to pay out on the £40 winner. Absolutely disgraceful from them I might add it was 20 minutes after the win I was trying to place these bets and their internal system caused the delay had they paid out straight away rather than messing me about for 20 minutes I’d have had the cash to pay the bet. They offered me a £50 free bet which will show you they know I’m correct and they were in the wrong. Never bet with this mob again.

Any five star review of this site is clearly fake and written by the staff.This is by far the worst betting website out there. The least user friendly interface I’ve seen on any site.Constantly logged out due to endless cookie requests it takes forever to just do a bet.Its been like this for years too and they seem unable or unwilling to fix it

I really don’t understand how this site has lower than 5 Star reviews ?…they have been the best. Decent wins more regularly than more well know brands and also more fair in comparison. I think if the low reviewers are complaining they have lost so much then perhaps that’s on them for excessively depositing large amounts. Set limits and take breaks Boyle sport’s have provided plenty of options to control poor gambling habits so my advice is explore those options before making a big deposit and risking a loss detrimental to your finances.Thanks Boyle sport’s for giving myself an enjoyable and controlled gambling experience ♥️

I opened the account in haste and spelt my name incorrectly, hence they asked me for further proof of ID and address, which I emailed, however I was keen to get my free bet after I placed my qualifying bet but I wanted the details changed asap, so I used the message system, I got cut off first time then was all ok, they verified my details details whilst I was on the chat and got my free bet too. I wrote a review that id had an account with boylesports in 2012,i had 1 bet that won at cheltenham 11 years ago,after that i was offered sp only so you see these lot been crap for years,trustpilot took it down as i couldnt prove i had an account after all its 11 year ago…i provided my full name still not enough,so as a bit of fun i thought il open a new account,filled in name,date of birth,address,no deposit limit etc etc proceed to open account,10 times something has gone wrong ??? please call our customer services no answer…YOU THINK THEY TRYING TO TELL ME SOMETHING??? ???

Emailed their care team as request after my previous review on here about how bad their slots are and how I was getting 40 dead spins in a row at a time. Video evidence also included.They just gave the same generic response in email as they do here. These are very scammy. I have been playing most weeks since I turned 18 and never had any wins. A couple of weeks ago I managed to get a win and made a withdrawal of £140 (I have deposited around £500 in the last couple of months with no issues) They are now trying VERY hard not to pay me what they owe me. They have been making me jump through hoops, providing them with all sorts of personal information and when I supply exactly what they ask for, they ask for more stuff. Im contacting my bank tomorrow to see if I can get charge backs on the debit transactions as they are all void since this company do not pay out the winnings. Its not gambling if there is not actually a real chance to win, which with Boyle sport, there isnt.

Well I think they are great I myself am a very sick very ill severely disabled man and I have only deposited £20 pounds in total and have had back £85.70p in total their site is fantastic a bit hard to navigate but the slots and games and Roulette are very fair and the staff are lovely and very nice and polite and friendly and I wish Boyle Sports.com a very happy and very prosperous future they certainly deserve it I hope they continue to provide me with a value for money experience All the Best to them.

Boylesports are con artists , bigger fraudsters than AIB. How they get away with there tricks is shocking. The sooner there’s an independent investigation into there business processes the better, and maybe the wee man wasn’t so bad after all as at least they operated too a legal standard and treated you better as well.

Extremely slow withdrawals really puts you off playing on the site. Advertise visa direct 2-12 hours but leave it pending for absolutely longer and when you go to chat to ask about it they make you feel like a nuisance. Loads of quicker paying places out there

Rather intrigued reading the abysmal behaviour of this so called bookmaker when it comes to paying their debts to their customers.Do they require photo Id. bank references etc and the other nonsense when depositing money with them or is it purely a case of entering your debit card number and voila?Appears they will make it really easy to get your money but put no end of obstacles in place to stall paying. Whatever you do don’t win off free bets I had tenner free bet that i won £27 on then played slots and got up to £110 withdrew it and its been sat pending for 16 hours all my other bank withdrawls are paid quickly in past so it seems they mess round if youve won off a free bet!!! the chat staff are rude and make you feel stupid for asking for your winnings back. Where do I start. Shocking. Signed up with cheltenham offer bet 10 get 60. Apparently revolut allowed for deposits but not for promos. Got offered 30 instead. Entire casino not working for 3 days. Only deposited to use casino games. Different than games section. Agents blamed me for the issue. Said it was my device, said it was my browser. Blamed me 3-4 times. Agents are very badly trained. Rude abrupt. Unprofessional. No complaints process “all handled internally” no transparency.Breached GDPR and my rights as a gambler 4 times in one hour. I’ll be contacting ibas. signed up to Boyle Sports offer bet 10 get 20, was lucky to win 100.00 of my free bets, but when i withdraw money, sent email saying i needed to verification of account with these document’s passport photo, driving licence, bank statements, bills etc, as i’ve had my bank account hacked not long ago, i would never send these documents over emails on the internet. So had to close account because would never be able to withdraw money, the thing is they don’t ask for anymore verification when you are depositing ~ and even under your username it has a green tick with verified account ~i feel like ive been robbed out of £100.00 pounds but of couse this is all legal, but very deceptive, even now i read some other profiles i see they had same problems and they even sent documents and they still made it hard for them to get there money, never had any problems with withdrawels from any other company ~ AVOID AT ALL COST…

After some earlier issues with account verification things seemed OK, I ly to be asked again for the same verification details upon a withdrawal request. I no lo ger had that I.D avails le but provided everything possible to prove I was who I said I was. The company acknowledged this but refused me my money unless they got what they k ew I couldn’t provide. I was then contacted by them and told my deposits would be refunded as a result to which I agreed just to resolve the problem. Yet days later I am simply told to wait as its being reviewed but they can’t say what is or why its being reviewed. As I keep asking the questioned they have threatened to revoke my ability to conduct live chat with them. This company should not be trusted or used. It seems they are doing whatever possible to hold onto my money. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Watched my horse win and commentator screaming it’s name as it won, Palermo Argentina, screenshotted the win on both quick results and full race results pages yet when the bet settled it had changed from winning to third place and loss. Called customer service but got no where , asked to email the screenshot of my win proof. As if boylesposrts somehow didn’t know what had happened in a live race the onus is on me to send stuff by email etc to prove what I’m sure you already know if you showed the live race you declared results and then didn’t pay out and offered no explanation Very poor and no UK based call centre. Soo many bad reviews, I’ve been using them a while ago. I won some, lost some but still i can’t say nothing bad about them. Yesterday i logged in and received 10 Free Spins on 10p bet, won £100 quid with a bonus (about 35 free spnins). Requested a withdrawal yesterday at 3pm and it was processed in 24 hours. I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews on here. I’ve been using Boylesports for many years and never had any issues with deposits or withdrawals , I’m not a fan of the slot section but football and rugby are top notch. I’m a genuine pundit and rate them a 5/5 .

Terrible. Had a problem with a payout on slingo golden envelopes.So went on live chat ,chatting with ANGELexplained that the game didn’t payout proper amount of £30 +£13.20 =£43.20.received£30+£2.80 =£32.80p.Shortfall of £10.40p.I know it is only a small amount I am owed but it’s the principal .After 1 hour chatting agent said she would send my query to the gaming department to review my game play.It is now over 48 hours since email was sent , and I have not heard anything from boylesports at all.Very disappointed and annoyed about this, considering my last review of boylesports I gave 5stars.Would someone from boylesports respond to my query ASAP.

After spending a fair amount on the bingo part of this site and slots.I’ve come to realise there is only two unlinked rooms one you have to deposit and spend to get in. With the usual roomies by the looks of it.
