Been with them a while now while I know gambling is gambling ya win some and ya lose some. But to night I reversed a 800 pending withdrawel and deposited 500 on the same game (BoyleSports Christmas Megaways)Max bet at 4£ it took all the money so many dead spins. And guess what no bonus feel absolutely sick ? I’m defo done with the robbing site won’t be back. How do they get away with it!

What can I say? If I could give less than 1 star, I would give a 0. I registered with them 2 days ago. Literally did 2 bets £10-£50 each, won 1 of them, withdrew £80, £94 left on my bet account and ever since I can not bet even one single pound. Just imagine. Customer service replayed on it saying “it is trading decision”. They restricted my account after 2 days just because I did a little profit. Just SCAMERS, nothing different then that. Would strongly recommend AVOID them.

I tried to make a withdrawal on the evening of 28/2/23 at 9pm.Other companies process a withdrawal immediately but Boylesports started my withdrawal the following day.My card expired at midnight of the 28/2/23 so the withdrawal was rejected by my bank.I immediately provided my new card details,however I had 3 days of jumping through hoops and numerous calls before I finally got my money.I had to provide front and back copies of my expired card,then I had to provide front and back copies of my new card,then they still would not process my withdrawel unless I provided a letter of destruction from my bank in respect of my old card (I had no idea what this was)or I could provide a letter from my bank confirming my new card is my new card(who keeps the letter they get with their new card?).It came across like they were making my withdrawal as difficult as possible in hope that I just give up.Finally a call/complaint to HQ cus service got my withdrawal processed 3days later but I have zero confidence in placing another bet with this company.My experience of their withdrawal process/customer service was shocking.

a 1 star rating seems to high for boyle sports. Customer service is terrible. Security don’t read emails they expect you to show them like a child very unprofessional. they want you to send personal details through a email which is bad.

Went into boylesports and only one member off staff on so stuck in que behind two punters one of which was placing multiple bets so couldn’t get on, the £20 bet would of returned £270! Went to betfred three staff on!!

Keep it short.I asked to increase my limit – they declined and said I need to send my bank statements (intrusion of privacy much?) – I declined and said I’d keep my limit.Then they close my account and now say they demand bank statements despite using them for around 3 years with having the exact same limit.Customer service is about as good as a chocolate fire guard – all rude.I want my account reopened but emails seem to get ignored – social media posts have been made and referral to gambling commission gone through.

The scummiest thing about BoyleSports is that they allow you to deposit money and play without verifying your identity, but force you to verify when you want to withdraw. I’m sure that’s listed in the terms and conditions somewhere, but they know that people won’t read the terms and conditions.Their moronic business model is to take money from you and force you to jump through hoops to get any money back, hoping that you will give up and leave your money in the account. Try to withdraw money from them and they’ll ask for tons of documents, make you humiliate yourself by taking selfies of yourself with your ID, constantly tell you that the documents and pictures are unclear even if they’re perfectly legible, making you resend the pictures over and over again. If you do finally manage to get verified, the withdrawal will take ages.I’m just happy that I managed to win some money from them with their free bet offer.

So far so good.Thought I would give Boyle a try and have not been disappointed of yet. It is early days but I hope it stays like this. The app works fine on my Samsung s22, deposited with no problems and withdrawals have been in my bank account couple of hours later. It is early days for me but so far I have not had any problems. If it stays this way I will continue to use Boyle. Fingers crossed i don’t have any issue that other people have had.

It’s a good site but it’s absolutely ridiculous you have to wait so long for a withdrawal, even when fully verified.99% of other companies pay you in 2 hours. Here you have to wait 2-3 days. Very off putting.

Signed up with them 2years ago,used my Irish name Seamus,couple of months ago had to renew my card,they wouldn’t accept my card because the name James was on it, couldn’t explain that Seamus is the Irish name for James,in the end they just closed my account,didn’t seem to even acknowledge my emails stating this

However when it came to withdrawing funds the company had closed my account, then asking for my bank details, security codes and passport copies to withdraw my own money! Absolutely ridiculous from this company, would hugely recommend to all to avoid using this company!

I been with them for a long time, yesterday without the reason and notice they just blocked my account. They blocked withdraw and all money in my account. Excuse “verification” lots of documents sent via email and via live chat. Then after few hours I received email asking for same documents again. Well I sent documents again still no answer whatsoever. Money locked in account over the weekend great stuff. Also time frame is amazing too live chat said up to 24 hours (that time already pass) email says 48 hours. Seems to be more reliable bookies on market this days without excuses and with fastest payout too.Unfortunately after many years with Boyle looks like have to go somewhere else.

Very very very concerned about security and safety of personal documents on this site. After years of playing they have asked me for extra documents and selfies (no a problem )So today I emailed them In an I went to live chat and spoke to two agents who said the email with the documents were received and they had been sent to the review team .A while later I went onto live chat and spoke to a girl called Jamaica She said to me that no documents were ever received for me and she supplied the email to re send them .So basically they lost the photos I sent earlier Were they hacked ??? Are my bank details safe ??? ..I am not a fan of sending selfies etc but I thought I could trust themAfter years of being their customer I am bitterly disappointed with the service I have been given

My wife put some money in to play the casinos, but decided she would rather withdraw the money and not waste it on the slots. She didn’t play one game, but after withdrawing the money Boyles blocked the withdrawal. They now want bank statements, ID, passport photos, driving license ( front and back ) and all sorts of other paperwork, this is all for twenty quid!!! They’re happy for you to send money and lose money, but god forbid you need to draw your OWN money out…

Been an account holder for three years, suffering from an ASD and now after a few grand taken from them – now they have stopped a measly £200 withdrawal to ask who the hell i am and am i old enough. This company used to be my favourite of them all out the gambling sites online,however after being a customer for some years now and depositing and withdrawing thousands of pounds they suddenly want all kinds of identification from me,even know I’ve done this a few times now already, yet,after not playing on there site for some 6 months I logged in only to find my account suspended for absolutely no reason other than we request your I.d AGAIN. Good site. Withdrawal is easy. And got it with in 24hours.Only issue. I joined with the promotion bet £10 get £20 in free bets.Never seen the free bets and contact them. Was just phobed off by their customer service and told it was passed to the team. Never heard a word back.

Opened an account with a new customer offer but somehow got the wrong offer so wanted to just withdraw my deposit back onto my card and close my account but they where looking for all sorts of stuff in order to do that, funny that they don’t look for all that stuff BEFORE they take your money! Anyway I’ll be getting onto Anne Marie Caulfield to see if what they are doing is legal and if so to try to get the law changed. Btw their customer service is truly awful no attempt made to see if they can solve the underlying issue and keep a new customer, just throw a list of hoops you have to jump through in order to get any of your money back and close your account.

Disgraceful.So I played on this starburst slingo game again .always same outcome. Need 1 number for so called top payout, but 3 times I got in won approx 36.00 but to get that I staked over £75.So I decided to play slingo golden envelopes.after a few games I got 10 lines with payout of £20.00.So carried on at approx £6.72 a spin.. as I only needed 1 number for jackpot round. After several spins on the last spin reels started slowing down and on the reel that I needed the number on it slowed right down on the number but surprise surprise game crashed. So I reloaded it had 1 more spin again and it landed on my number. You have to match 3 envelopes and win one of 4 jackpots . I matched 3 and got mini jackpot of £30. So after staking over £80 , I had already £20 winnings ended up with just £10 extra after staking over £65 more . So thinking this is a one off I got back into the jackpot game after staking over another £85 exactly the same bloody outcome won minor jackpot of £30 .again I already had £20, so staked another £65 to win £10 .Remember this is a 20p game.Seriously this is atrocious. Absolutely fine until you try to withdraw any winnings and then make every attempt to block the withdrawal. Asked to send over bank transfer details as the withdrawal was blocked so I did this. Then asked for a recent bank statement so I did this. Then they wanted a bank statement showing the payment to them so I did this. Now they are asking to send more bank statements and to take pictures of my bank card to send to them. I have authenticated my card and sent all relevant ID. Seems like a blatant attempt to block any withdrawal of funds. Most bookmakers process withdrawals instantly so would steer clear.
