Totally incompetent bookmakers compared to the rest. Had over 500euro go missing in space of 10 minutes on random bets. Claimed that my account was compromised but will take no responsibility for it. I’ve been asking for details on the transactions like IP addresses and who made these transactions but all of a sudden can’t get me the information. Crooks and untrustworthy and no help when I’m trying to contact gambling commission or Garda. An obvious error on their behalf and now won’t stand by it. Will keep updates on how I get on with gambling commission or relevant authorities as this continues. Please stay away from these and stick to a trusted bookmakers.

Thought they were okay, then noticed they had put a limit of £50 weekly deposit on my account without telling me. When I contacted them I was told this was about safer gambling etc and that they thought this was what is affordable to myself. How they can do this and decide for me without telling me is beyond me I have now been asked to send in proof of income to increase my weekly amount.I have done this but still no response.Waken up guys and communicate properly with customers.I will no doubt get told to waste my time again and message them.

I received an offer to stake £20 and get £20 cash credit. The day after I received the email, it allowed me to opt-in and I deposited and wagered £20 by clicking on the Play button replaced with opt-in today at 08:27. Was offered a promotion of a refund as a free bet if horse comes 2nd to SP favourite.My horse came 2nd to the SP favourite, but the very next day I received an email to state that promotions would no longer be available to me going forward.However, they did not give the free bet from the bet from the day before receiving the account restrictions.As far as I am aware, they are not allowed to do this, but their Live Chat would not budge.I will be raising a complaint with IBAS regarding this as these crooks should not get away with offering something to draw you in and then not paying out when it suits them

I placed a football bet 4 teams I didn’t no one of the matches had already kicked of 10 mins before hand the other team had scored a goal.in 3 or 4 mins my bet was placed 10 mins later.states in the rules if there’s a goal scored or player sent of in 5 mins bet would be void .no way did I get paid out why not stick to the rules it’s void .

Boylesports with their Boylextra card offer great value too their customers both online and in shop. Their casino is worst ever , if your lucky it loads you won’t win and if you had say a chance of winning it will deliberately scramble. This is massive planned fraud and how they get away with it you wonder? Quite simply they answer too The Gambling Commission whom let’s face it all bookie companies dictate too similar too how OPEC control the price of oil. Their in shop specials on football etc , are awful value and whoever picks them must set out too pick losers for us and winners for them and odds be terrible anyways but if you change there selections you have a chance too win as 90%+ of them are sure too be 1 leg out. Most of the ship workers are very pleasant but when you get too mangers for being your cashier most of them but not all are very condescending and snooty. It is what it is.

They make it extremely difficult to withdraw “your” money from “your” account. 3 emails, 3 sets of photo id’s sent, and STILL waiting….. Happy to accept payment, but trying to withdraw back on the same card, neon impossible. Awful experience. Closing account once i get access back

Been betting in the local shop but the other day had some luck with a few winners for a change, went in today and the they said I can no longer back each way, and can only have singles and cannot take a price. Customer service is very, very poor. Spoke to chat team to resolve a promotion issue, which I’d been assured by a member of their team I had qualified for. Was told it was being passed to the relevant department, and they would email me as soon as resolved. Over a week later and still nothing, despite contacting chat several times, only to be told there was no update and no idea how long it would take.As usual with these types of services – all too quick to take your money – never in a hurry to give anything back! There are certainly better bookie’s available.

What can I say..I won my sports bet on the app but it came up as a loss. so I called up customer service to find out what was going on and the person on the phone gave me a void story of how my bet was a loss. Do not trust this company. It’s almost impossible to win on the casino section or games. On the first deposit you can win max up to 100£. After next deposits you will lose all money. I did deposited more than 1k$ and still get nothing.

Awful customer service, signed up for a mobile offer £10 bet with free £20 sports and £10 casino – only to be told I’d not used that link (Incorrect) and was only eligible for £10. Stark contrast to BetVictor whose CS offered me an upgraded welcome offer ! Won’t bother using after the freebet is settled.

I have been a client of Boylesports for over 15 years and have never had a problem. Now, suddenly, I have been told that I can no longer place bets because their trading department has so decided. I have asked for some reason for this but they tell me they cannot do this. I am offended by this handling by Boylesports and suspicious of the reasoning for this banning of me. I have done NOTHING to warrant this treatment.
