Mostly play slots and these are definitely slower and give different results than other casinos. I believe that they are low variance meaning there is little to no chance of winning big returns. I closed account as like most people hope for a big win.

I won a good amount of money, had to verify multiple things to prove who I was ( even though I had been through the process already for a previous withdrawal) I have borrowed money based on them telling me not to worry I will have the funds latest 5 days. Keep getting messed about telling me it is been processed and that it's with different teams and that I will definitely have had the funds yesterday and yet today it is still processing, ignore my emails, live chat has been no help. And they refuse to talk to me over the phone as I am meant to wait for a call back, that I should also have had yesterday

After days of verifying my account to withdraw funds, sending my ID, bank statement and even had to hold a selfie with my ID next to me, Boyle Sports messaged me saying they had closed my account permanently and ‘forfeited’ all my funds. Meaning they have literally stolen £240.00 from me, I have now reported them and had to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution to get my withdrawals. AVOID this company, you will not be happy and their customer service is terrible. Now I have to wait on a dispute decision just to get the basic right of funds withdrawal. Boyle sports is the worse gambling company I have ever dealt with no exaggeration, and I’ve used 30.

if you are a new customer, don't sign up / deposit via desktop, you won't receive the best offer! Customer service agent (Terence) was very helpful in explaining the rules, but I think it should spell it our clearer when signing up / first making a deposit.

This company is an absolute joke. No real safety net in place for vulnerable people. Constantly logs you out in the middle of playing. Deposited over a grand in less than 24 hours. No win over a tenner. Kept depositing as was going through a manic episode and they continued to allow me to. Just over £2500 in 7 days. Couldn't even build my winnings up to £200. Bonus games are empty when they eventually happen. I jad about 4 bonus rounds in total over various games out of 2.5k. Guaranteed rigged site. Save your money and use a proper site. No, I'm not rich I don't have £2500 to spare but Boylesports don't care about that, if they did they would ensure than an affordability safety player call took place. What I do have is severe mental heath problems. Do they care, no. In this day and age of player safety, it is shocking that they let people like me slip through the net. Its not being a sore lower, I lose (and win) on other sites. Its called gambling for a reason. My point is purely on the statistics that show its rigged for you to lose and the very fact that if they are allowing people like me to constantly deposit, how many other vulnerable people are they doing it too. I opened a case using Resolver, got nowhere, so will no go to the ombudsman.

At 12.39pm harb in 1.12 at Lingfield has drifted to13/2 but boylesports still 9/2 so I'm closing my account and have bet it at bet365 at the real price 13/2, joke shop masquerading as a bookmakers, all backed horses points shorter and all drifters not pushed out! The horse won but by manipulating prices 5/1"was biggest boylesports offered, please don't insult my intelligence by emailing me saying you'll look into it, you know what your doing is wrong but it lines your pockets so you'll carry on! What.My account is verified and even has the green tick.Now they want more verification its a joke. And apparently my funds have been withdrawn ?♀️ says processing so will probably never see them. Placed a bet in morning and boylesports gave 9/1 odds after placing it I checked oddschecker and it had drifted to 16/1 everywhere. It got backed later in day to 12/1 so best price ain't really best price when I could of had 16/1 anywhere! Not only do the shorten gambles by extra point they don't push the prices of drifters either so poor poor bookies when you look at facts

No issues to deposit but getting your withdrawals through is another thing they will show as pending.Live chat will ask you for a bank statement you do this then a day passes still showing as pending then they ask for other verification and tell you itl be with you in 24 hours which it won’t! You speak to another agent who states they need other verification and my account has been fully verified and this is the hassle you get when it comes to withdrawals.Use betting sites like bet365 or paddy power where the withdrawels are instant with no issues.

The slowest interface ever, I like betting on corners in play but if a corner is given these instantly suspend the market which is fair enough, but it then takes between 3 to 4 mins for the odds to come back after the corner has been taken which is shocking to say the least, the markets on football drop out without any warning if you are waiting for the price to rise as the game progresses these muppets just remove the bet you are looking at so you can never get a decent price which invariably stops my interest in having a flutter with them. Would absolutely not recommend these on any level, pulling your own teeth out with a matchstick would be easier than trying to do an in-play bet with these.
