No reason was given as to why I couldn’t bet on sports anymore. All of the sudden I just wasn’t allowed to bet anymore. No one deleted my account or told me any information regarding the situation. They simply just don’t let me bet without telling me why.

Absolutely appalling. Been a customer for over 10 years and last month asked for verification documents and sent them my driving licence. Since then, I have not been able to place a bet or withdraw my money. Contacted them seven times for an update and I get the same response that they are still dealing with it. Over 1 month now and still no progress and I can't get my money back. I have reported this to IBAS.

Horrible and unprofessional. Keep asking me to send documents that physically doesn't exist.I used my paygo sim as a deposit method and they are now asking for a bill from my EE operator.Told them multiple times that no bill available for payasyougo , but they just frozen my account and money on it.

So I decided to play slingo starburst again to see if anything had changed, result NOOOOOO.I played 4 games ,,10p agame, 1st game staked about £1.45won £1.50. 2nd game staked approx £33 won £14.80.3rd game staked about £1.60 won £1.However 4th game staked £44 won approx £3.So in total staked approx £79.00Won approx £16.30 Loss approx £62-£63.Absolutely fixed, remember this is a bloody 10p game, I had about 25 goes at getting 1 number for full house, but still didn't get it, toffal con.Please avoid, maybe I am just unlucky ev.every time I play this game, I dibr mind losing ,that's the chance I take ,but seriously to stake that amount of money and still don't get the number, STINKS big-time!!!!!!!!.

I can't believe the lies that Boylesports is telling me now.I was told that my winnings was added to my account. But after asking for the date this money was added to my account I received an email saying I must contact the operator directly to get my winnings.Lies lies lies.Boylesports are treating me extremely badly. Worryingly, these guys have no idea what they're doing.The 'security team' claim that "... in line with our standard security regulations, all withdrawals should be processed back to the source from which they originated" and as a result, won't payout on a PayPal payment funded from my bank account, and instead want to send it back to a debit card from a different bank !??

Guys this company will rob you if you are vulnerable I won £350 and they was asking for proof of card when I provided that they asked for proof of ID , I do not own government ID as I fled a domestic relationship, I tried explaining to customer service that I auto verified that’s why I picked the site and they can clearly see I am who I am by the proof of the card yet they’ve still blocked my account , I feel absolutely scammed and dishearted such a big company can do this to a genuine good person, I’m contacting relevant organisations to try and help me get the money that is rightfully mine

BoyleSports are an excellent betting company. Never had any problems. They have always paid out swiftly. Never had any issues with any promotions. They have good promotions sometimes. Unfortunately no daily free game, as far as I know, but that isn't a trust issue.

I’ve bet numerous occasions with Boylessport in person and online, I won a good amount with a verified account and now they are almost refusing to pay out and being difficult, asked for card then continued being awkward, they had no issues paying out previously now they are slow at responding and not paying out, i will be taking this to the regulator if not sorted - awful business

I have seen the reply that Boylesports has put on Trustpilot.First off the phone call i received was on a bank holiday monday at 7:30 at night. And then they say to contact customer care.I have contacted customer care and i get the same response. "We have forwarded the problem to another department and will notify you of any updates".I asked for email records and not a phone call.Not happy at all.I am going to get professional assistance to deal with the issue.

Guys,I would not recommend this place, they are always flexible to take money, but create difficulties to pay back.In a shop in Longford Town(near of Deals) I had to deal with a situation where a self-ban expired while ago, Friday I have being the as always, because is winter time and wet days I decided to re-activate my on-line account which supposed to be simple, after few seconds on counter the laddie has managed pass me through the online service, the guy on the other side told me to be able to do the reactivation would be necessary another call, that they would call in the follow day 1 pm, that phone call never happened.So, I was still playing on the slot machines where the odds are ridiculous smaller than anywhere else, my surprise was on Monday when trying to get paid, the girl lacking manners told me I could not get paid before getting sorted the readmission from self-ban(expired while ago, more of them six months).And it not about the following law procedures, it about being treated proper, at any stage I have being told I could not gamble on street shops, and specially, she knew I was doing the process, why she never told me before placing bets ? Just when I went to get the money? For sure there are better ways to deal with regular customers, bad experience !

I had an issue last Sunday 23rd October and several emails later i have no feedback from the company. No word at all since 27th October. Today is the 30th October. The last email on the 27th was just a reply to an email i sent to find out what was going on. The reply was a pass-it-on to another department which i had already been told.Very bad service. Extremely bad with time of rectifying issue and letting me know what is happening.

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS…They quietly restricted my account from promotions out of the blue after months of playing with no issues, when I participated in a promo they refused to pay out my free bet. They advertised the promo to me, it was in my promo page and no where did it state I wasn’t eligible, I was mislead into wasting my money and they took the p*ss with “investigating” the issue to which they didn’t bother.
