I've been trying for nearly a fortnight to increase my deposit limit. I've done live chat. Sent emails. Was invited to upload my due diligence documents and instead of increasing my limit, they've stopped me depositing at all without any explanation. I keep being told that their Safety Team has tried to contact me but this hasn't happened. I've lost count of the number of times I have emailed, phoned and 'live chatted'. I can't understand what's going on as nothing is dodgy, and if there is a problem, I can't understand why they can't sent an email and I have to wait for a call (when they say they've tried me and they haven't).

i had an issue with transfering funds from sports book to poker im new to the site so decided to use live chat and ive been with bet365 previously and live chat was a nightmare stuck in a queue for 20 mins but with Boylesports i was seen to straight away and issue resolved in double quick time coudos to the Terence he was so helpfull

When i first signed up inasked a meget if the live chat team does it matter when i make first deposit for the promotion they said no i would be classed as a new customer until inmake first deposit and will get the promotion on offer at the time so i made depoist other day placed qualifying bet but nothing no free het no promotion went on to live chat they said no i said so why lie and mislead me on forst place stopped me the chance of getting promotion they just kept saying same thing read our terms insaid well why telk me different what a joke not happy with it at all

I placed some bets on the rugby league world cup games and I placed a few tryscorer bets for players not in the squad so the bet should have been voided as per Boylesports rules but they were settled as loser. This has been corrected after spending 40 minutes on live chat, after this I went back and looked at a few other rugby league games I had a bet on and found the same issue so be careful on all sports if you back a player who does not play as they seem to settle these incorrectly as losers rather than voiding them as non runners.I have closed my account and they can have the few pound towards their Christmas Party.

Constantly sending emails encouraging me to gamble when I said stop I've had to take a breather for the Constant emails an texts as I can't even have a bet without being arrased. I like a wee bet an enjoy my racing but can't stand constant texts emails making me gamble more this has to stop as your causing lives an people losing houses and there life's. I know people who have took there own lives thou gambling an you texting an emailing isn't helping so just stop it if we want a bet then we bet on our own accord not your company arrasing folk. Stop encouraging people to gamble we all like to gamble an enjoy the sport without you sending texts am emails,why can't we enjoy the sport. Yes it's promotions but it's encouraging the poor to gamble when they can't afford it so sort yourself out an let us all enjoy the sport. I'm not just having a go at your company it's all the betting sites you must stop this as its a addiction an your not helping all your doing is encouraging the poor people who gamble to buy food an pay bills.

I liked using boylesports but due to their service I will be closing my account. I mis staked a bet (basically put a decimal point in the wrong place). I contacted them 30 minutes before the event started and they refused to void the bet. If they make a pricing mistake they will void the bet as per their t and Cs. One way street

Absolute scam of a company. Signed up online so as I could place a few bets mainly on lotto. Only did it because they had a sign up and place €10 bet receive €50 credit offer. Signed and placed bet and two days later nothing added to my account. I went through 4 different chats with customer service and they all said they would look into it and then cut off the chat. Never heard back of course. Actually shocked a real bookies who have a shop down the road from me could be so bad. I’ll be making complaint by phone and in store tomorrow and then cancelling my account. Oh and no doubt I’ll receive a message here now telling me they have sent me an email. All lies

Good site so far . No issues with withdrawals and I found customer service good .. not as many games as others sites but seemed to payout a bit more often than others,well that was just my experience maybe just lucky .So far so good anyway

Closed my account today, because you don't seem to get anything back in return for the money put into account. Got offered a token gesture of £3.50 to keep account open, even so the money put into account was rather a lot so not very valued as a customer. Would not recommend these to anyone

Boyles sports are a joke there online games are fixed i dont care what anyone tells me about random numerater in the last 5 months ive put 10k into boyles playing the same game and can barely get a bonus game here today ive put in over 300 euro and got 2 nonus games 1 win of 72 euro and the other 22 euro explain how thats fair and when you tell them they say the exact same thing always thats its random they dont care and the very odd time they give you 5euro or 20 euro as a gwg they need to look at what there customers are palying i bet 2euro a spin so 5 euro is no good to me they need to look after there regular customers who keep them in buisiness

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as I have a few issue's with Boyle sports. One is the website is so slow when you tap something to bet or want to change something, and it's not my Internet as I have no proble with William hill, sky bet, 365, or live bet as there sites mover fast. Its so frustrating as your trying to bet on a horse before it goes off. My second issue is there is not enough football bets as in variety, william hill would be the best in the field for different football bets you can choose from.

Backed a horse called expert agent in Newcastle 7.35 . Boylesports paying 4 places in which I have proof. Horse finished 4 th and now won’t pay as are saying we were only paying 3 places . A joke of a company. Changing the goal post’s to suit yourselves. Will be going further with this unless I’m paid .

Joke of a company.Placed a bet for £26, got confirmation bet was on at 5/2. It wins then get told trader refused the bet, so I said that was a lie as bet was on. Then after an investigation I got told bet was not refused but timed out!! But don't worry we'll honour the bet as we could see what happened plus very poor service, and I am a good customer. Then radio silence so I call back and speak to a guy who sounded drunk but promised me a call back within an hour. No call back again so call again a few days later to be told something completely different. If they are doing this for the sake of £26, I worry what would happen if I won something larger. Also like others on here was told emails were sent but none received!

I 've been having great fun on the BoyleSports app.I find it handy to use , doing my lotto and some horse racing betting.Only needed costomer services once , as was not sure how long a withdrawal would take too return in to my bank a/c. Can only speak for my local Boylesport office and the staff there.In essence an efficiently run office with great customer service from from the guys behind the counter.Unfair to single out any individual interaction with any staff member as they all contribute in different ways....the office is clean ,well run and simply deserves good customer feedback.

WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR IF I COULD.. What can i say? Absolutely terrible customer service. I have had a genuinely horrible experience in attempting to withdraw £20 back to my bank card over last weekend and only ended up getting the money back yesterday. I was told on the phone on Tuesday evening by an agent that the money would be credited back to my account either later on Tuesday evening or Wednesday at the latest. This did not happen and was told incorrect information over the phone. I rang in again on Thursday to find out what was happening and why i hadn't received my money as assured and was then told i needed to submit proof of identification such as card, bank statement etc to verify who i was? I was never told this on the Tuesday by the agent who i spoke with. Spent about an hour on the phone with an agent yesterday getting it all processed and eventually got my money but my goodness for only £20 the length of time that this took was absolutely ridiculous and also completely unnecessary!Had i actually been told the right information on Tuesday it would have saved a lot of hassle and time wasted on the phone. Oh and i was also told i was sent e-mails about the issue however this did not happen either despite being again assured by Boylesports that i had which again was absolutely false! I have requested a call back from a Manager to discuss this issue but have yet to receive one yet! Completely unacceptable and a very very poor showing.

Waste of time was ok at first it then I kept on winning and then they put my account on hold for verification but I’ve sent in all the information they asked for and it’s been weeks and they still can’t tell me what’s going on so I said I want to make a complaint and the person was so rude to me they said email about the complaint and just put the phone down after I said I’d report them to gambler commissions like they don’t care

Site seems ok so far, however be very thorough in reading their sign up offers. Mine said sign up and place a 10 pound bet to get a 20 pound free bet. After I did this I got a 5 pound free bet. After contacting they advised this was a mobile exclusive (I looked back it was 2 words in tiny print) and because I signed up on desktop I was ineligible, so my current offer I have to bet 40 pound total to get 4x 5 pound free bets. Not quite the same. These things need to be made much clearer imo as it comes off as intentionally deceptive.

Easy enough to withdraw funds however can take a min of 24hrs to receive them so be aware if you win and want to withdraw its not immediately like some others are..

I signed up for the welcome offer today which is deposit £10 and get £20 in free bets, placed my £10 bet and once that settled I received the £20 in my free bets balance. I then went to place a bet using this free bet balance and for some reason it didn’t let me and said it didn’t pass their risk evaluation? What does that even mean? I then contacted live chat and they said my account has been terminated and banned from using their services? Like what in the first day because they didn’t want to payout my free bets? Ahaha JOKE don’t touch this poor site.

To be honest, I inadvertantly took a time out on the games section and meant to do the casino side. Anyway, found a game that I like. I would have given 5 stars here, because payouts are quick and easy, but they will not let me increase my monthly deposit limit and that is the reason for only 5.
