So today I thought I would play Starburst Slingo again,and see whether when I played before I was just unlucky every time I played this game.However after losing over £80 on this game, despite getting the starburst on 3 lines of 5 which are wild(reels 2,3,4) I won £11.10 despite staking over £32 on one game, absolutely rigged, whatever Boylesports say,regulated, etc , jI will not be playing this game is anything else on this site as I have closed my account, its a pity as I have been with them over 15yrs, but recently have noticed very poor payouts on slots

When I ent to do the lotto there was obviously a new guy. Who had to ring to find out how to do the bet? I left and went to PP AS THERE WERE OTHER PUNTERS WAITING TO PUT ON BETS GOING. So now I only go in when Avril Michell etc know what their doing. Sorry but true.

I wasn’t Happy with the way My transfer too my account was put into My old current account on Sept 14th.id wicked trouble getting it sorted.even though I put My CCV number and card my new bank account details.however the people in finances put it through The Old account.the trouble with the other bank was ridiculous..so yeah.dundalk Ireland

I like to take advantage of your promotion of placing a bet up to £10 on a certain race and get back £10 as a free bet if your horse loses.I had to email to receive my £10 free bet , I think this should be put back into your account immediately, just so I can place another bet if I so wish . A lot of the action in horse racing and football is late afternoon, hence the reason for getting funds back to place a bet .

Honest opinion, i have played on many betting sites and this has to be in my top 3.Very good customer support and friendly.Very good selection of casino games and betting options on sports.Fast payouts.Site layout good but the odd bug can happen sometimes.It needs more promotions but on some free gaming promotions you seem to always win something and thats very good.

It’s always a fun experience at BoyleSports. The one change I would ask for is the time it takes to get money back on withdrawals is way too long. Unibet, where I play, sometimes only takes around 20 minutes or less to have my winnings sent to my PayPal account.

Hello, I was emailed & invited by Boylesports to complete this review on Trustpilot & I’m happy to do so. As a regular customer I think it’s only fair to try to give balanced feedback. So let me give you some pros & cons of my experience with them & I’ll also try to compare them with the other leading Irish market leader, Paddy Power. Firstly, anytime I’ve contacted them over the phone or by chat I’ve always found them to be polite & professional. They also respond quicker than their main competitor, Paddy Power who, by the way, are now only contactable by chat. So that’s 1-0 to BS. Secondly, you can still avail of Guaranteed Prices on multiple bets with BS whereas PP stopped this last month (very disappointing). 2-0 to Boylesports! BS also give you €10 in Free Bets (€5 Online & €5 Retail) every week IF you turned over €50 the previous week. I don’t receive any from PP. So that’s 3-0 to BS at half-time. ⚽️ ⚽️ ⚽️ ?Now, the negatives. Firstly, increasingly when you call BS you get through to a call centre in the Philippines. Nothing against our Filipino friends but it would be nice to think that such a wealthy individual as John Boyle could do a little bit more for local jobs in Dundalk. Secondly, the BS website is an absolute head wrecker. It is slow, unreliable & could never be described as user-friendly. What’s worse is that the layout is deliberately designed to do your head in. For example, the Next Race option is deliberately placed right next to the Casino & Virtuals buttons so that users can & do hit those buttons instead. This often happens & it’s cynical & deliberate. Even more infuriating is the obligatory & stressful exercise of having to navigate through a head wrecking security procedure (hCaptcha) just to login. This stressful task, in addition to the slow website all mean that you have very little chance of making sensible decisions even before you start because your brain is already fried! The PP website is, to be fair, much more user-friendly, far quicker & slicker & a lot easier to navigate & there are no over-the-top security nightmares such as hCaptcha when you login to the PP site. So let’s call it a 3-3 draw. ? My recommendation overall is to stay away from the BS.com website altogether & pop into your local shop instead. At least there’ll be a friendly face behind the counter & there will be a much better chance of you avoiding a stressful situation. It’s always best to ‘shop’ local anyway & you will, in all liklihood, also spend & lose a lot less. Thank you for reading & the best of luck. ?‍♂️

I opened an account was allowed to place one bet then my account was suspended !! I sent all my id to verify my account two weeks later and they still havnt verified my account and are refusing to give me my cash back !! If there doing this to every customer the interest there gaining must be in the thousands ! Surely this must be illegal ! I contact them every day amd its the same responce were dealing with it !!! Title says it all…..can’t open a new account, says I already have an account. Contacted customer services who advised that everything is fine and I can go ahead and open a new account. Tried 3 times, with 3 separate usernames. Still can’t open an account. Will stake my money elsewhere.
