I’ve had an email from Boyle Sports to give my opinion of their company site services to Trustpilot… well here it is – the most rigged, bent , rip off poker site on line.99% of hands are fixed, rigged for punters to lose, the tables are full of online cheats and rigged bots.It’s that bent that if you had four aces in your hand , I’m sure 5 of a kind would turn up- lolBoylesports state their site is fair, random and verified- crap !! Ask them to prove their verifications and they refuse. Still, how can you trust a company that has been fined 2.8 million pounds for money laundering ??Boylesports are only interested in taking their share of the table rakes, from every hand, and state they have no control of the hands or the poker site. Nice little earner !Also, most other, on line bookmaker, such as Bet365, BetVictor , Tote etc pay out withdrawal requests within minutes, straight in to your bank, however , Boylesports withdrawal requests are put on pending for up to 24 hours before any action. Another nice little earner !No doubt they will come back with the rubbish excuse that the poker sites are random and it is down to the poor way I play- absolute crap!! been playing poker for 60 years , and that I shouldn’t play if I do not enjoy it. Other, non Boylesports sites offer a fairer play and some chance of winning.Well Boylesports, you now have my opinion as you requested.

Absolutely disgusting…I’d signed up using the Mobile Exclusive offer whereby you’d receive £20 in free bets if you bet £10. Lo-and-behold the bet was settled with 2.2 odds (meeting the criteria) and no free bets, contact live chat to be told as I’m using a shared IP I cannot receive this, which is absolute hogwash, no one at my property has an account besides IPs are dynamic on mobile devices! Terrible service, bunch of crooks, I deposited and bet my money in good faith based on the terms of the offer and this happens.I’ve complained to IBAS and have a case open. Update – 02/09/2024 2:10pm:Emailed as requested but not expecting much considering I emailed you on Friday regarding this and have yet to hear back.

I opened an account with Boylesports having seen the sign up promotion that if I placed a £10 bet at more than 1/1 odds I would receive a £20 free bet. I placed my bet at 2.4 odds. It won :o) Now I am checking my account, and I am not receiving my free bet. The customer service (agent “Donal” on the live chat) said: “It appears that your registration did not meet the criteria for our sign-up offer because your IP address has been identified for shared use within our system. Consistent with the terms and conditions of the promotions of the promotion, free bets will be withheld for reasons such as the use of a shared IP address.”I signed up using the 4G network on my phone. Probably many other new customers do the same. Avoid these scammers.

I decided to join BoyleSports after seeing an advert in a daily newspaper. They offered a £20 free bet on the condition that I made a bet of £10 above the odds of evens. I was excited about getting this reward so I signed up and played my bet. I was worried because my free bet did not arrive. I contacted them on live chat and they said it was due to me sharing my IP address which is rubbish. I did a deep dive on google on Boyle sports and found that this is happening to many punters with Boyle Sports. It is sad that they can get away with this in the UK.

They’ve randomly deleted several games it’s a total joke! Some of the best games based off tv shows with amazing themes all deleted! Yet some of the remaining games are ridiculous and have such silly themes! I don’t know whose decision it was to delete so many games in the last few days but they’ve made such an error here! Couldn’t delete my account quick enough and I know 6 others who are so disappointed to see their favourite games removed. A pointless decision done for no reason by someone who gained nothing. Ridiculous idea, very unnecessary!

Currently waiting for a manager callback.They are trying to dispute my £10 cash back offer, by saying it was not valid even though I contacted them 5 minutes prior to playing £10 on slots to verify what games were eligible, and rather than the agent correctly identifying that the offer was (supposedly no longer valid) and rightfully informing me of this information, he instead suggested that I should go to play on Big Bass Splash.May I suggest that your agents don’t be suggesting wrongful information on things that they clearly do not know about!A suggestion from an employee that is receiving a wage for providing accurate support should clearly be taken as a trusted source of information. Otherwise they should be not doing that job.May I suggest you either give them the right training or simply tell them to leave if they can’t be trusted for accuracy? Placed a £20 bet to win. Thinking as stated on board MONEY BACK IF 2nd TO SP FAV. My horse came 2nd went to fetch my money only to be given a voucher. When I queried why I didn’t get my MONEY back they said I should have read the T/Cs. It’s up to Boyles to be more transparent they never mentioned on display board that you would receive a voucher and only to the value of £20 no matter what you staked. Back to Corals for me!!

The same problem as a few others, refusing to pay the £30 + £10 casino welcome bonus because of a ‘shared IP address’. I have never had an account with Boyle Sports and nor has my household. This phone is also brand new. Really disappointed in the customer service as they ‘can’t give customers any details about this issue’.

I signed up to this website using a promotion, deposited and placed a bet as per the T&Cs, and now they are refusing to pay out the promotion. They’ve listed a series of payment methods that wouldn’t qualify for the promotion, of which I used none, and somehow are still refusing to pay. We are talking about £5 or £10 here – not life-changing money. Go and use more trustworthy bookmakers

I’ve played some rubbish casinos but this might be hands down the worst. I don’t know what strings they’re pulling but the payout on the casino games is shocking. I spent a few sessions trying to get a bonus on a game, after a week I finally got one for it to only pay half of what my original bet was 😂. If you value you’re time and money, try elsewhere.

Sorry, but this site is no go. I had fully verified my account… ID, Address – few days after – certain restrictions applied, phone calls Friday, Sunday… email saying they are requesting documents, but no clear info, no links etc.. What a joke! Imagine that, zero tolerance for you as a client, just because they do not care. Plus, I can assure – their games on their website – its more as a DESERT – empty and its no joke, days after days, nothing.. Looks like you top up just to give to these BEGGARS. Scam, I truthfully agree with anyone else, and all of these 1 star ratings are genuine. At the end of the day – they will just do this loss limits to make sure you’ll never win. So please, do a favor – stay away. They are beggars, they just need all your money, and they will treat you as you are nothing.

Thanks for your suggestion that I contact your customer care departments. I did that on multiple occasions. Totally unhelpful. Could not care less about player safety. If you have a gambling problem and want a firm to accommodate that and not ask any questions – I would highly recommend Boyle Sports. They are your nightmare come through.

Stoney Stanton road customer service is terrible huff and puff when putting bets on always having a cigarette outside. Lady constantly shouting at customers putting money in the machines then trys to stop them from playing awful shop avoid .They close earlier than advertised change your staff .

Don’t bet with this firm. They have zero customer protections nor do they care about the well being of their clients. I lost over 40k euro and they never asked once my source of funds or whether I could afford to lose that sum of money. They ignored all of the red flags. I understand personal responsibility but betting firms also have a responsibility too. I contacted them to shut down my account otherwise they would have kept taking my money.

I would like to say once more these are the worst company for getting your winnings off they requested for id which I sent then a utility bill which I send now there saying we need a selfie with id I have told them I can’t send a selfie because I don’t have my driving licence on me am working away and still holding the funds am not back home until December I can’t believe how bad this company is avoid at all costs!!!! Absolute scam. Signed up given the free bet welcome promotion. I followed all the steps to make sure my bet was eligible. No free bet applied. When I asked them about this two separate people claimed that either my initial deposit was made through PayPal or separately that I “tried” to make my initial deposit through PayPal, which made it ineligible. The first is untrue, as I have nothing showing any money coming from PayPal and a deposit clearly coming directly from my current account. Whether the second is true or not (I have no recollection) is irrelevant: the terms and conditions clearly refer to ineligible “deposits” not “attempts to make a deposit”. Clearly there are attempts to find any excuse to not fulfil their end of the bargain after taking money. Shameful.
