HUGH GDPR breach…the staff in Duleek office told me who was winning and how much. They even told me that Mr.Shane Condra was on the betting machines in the corner for four hours and had to be asked to leave when closing. None of my business. They told me my partner had won money earlier when we both walked in the shop together. They told me when little peter won…who gives the staff a 50 each time he wins. Nicola even commented on i hope peter wins before Christmas i need to get my nails done. Truly unbelievable! Is there not a single decent company out there? Not a single trustworthy one? I joined Boyle, and my goodness, each company I join turns out worse than the last. Read about my experience. I signed up, and they didn’t even set a limit, so I could play as much as I wanted. The moment I slightly got into a positive balance in Net Loss, they automatically set a limit of £1,000 per month. I didn’t mind; I play for fun anyway. Then they asked for documents, which I provided. Later, they requested a tax document, and I asked why I should share such private details. I told them to request something else. Meanwhile, every single game—literally every game—suddenly flipped 180 degrees, and every spin started losing. You wouldn’t believe it, it’s beyond ridiculous. On top of that, every 30-40 spins, the screen would freeze with “Error 212” codes popping up constantly. Then, I noticed they reduced my account deposit limit to just £1. I requested a detailed game report. They said they’d send it within 30 days. Today is the 32nd day, and I still haven’t received it. I contacted a live chat agent, who for some reason talked about everything except the report. Finally, after explaining my request for spin details seven times, they promised to send it. Guess what report arrived after 1.5 hours? A report of my football bets! I can’t wrap my head around how these companies operate or how they’re allowed to continue just because they pay taxes. It’s such a shame. They don’t even seem to read the emails I send them, nor do they care about the process! Unbelievable, truly unbelievable.By the way, after the report finally arrived, I tried logging into the site to connect to Live Chat, but it won’t let me! I think they’ve banned me!

Signed up for their new customer offer, bet £10 on evens or higher odds and you get £30 free bets and a £10 casino bonus. They gave me £20 in free bets and that was it. When I spoke to customer service they said that I had to message customer service and ask for the offer as it was a selected offer however none of this was in the small print on the offer. I have a screenshot of the offer and exactly what they’ve said to me. I’d recommend avoiding this site I’ve been a customer for less than 24 hours and I’ve already been conned by them

I’ve always loved boyles sports – they’ve always been really quick and efficient with withdrawals in the past and I had nothing but amazing things to say about the company until today.. been waiting for my withdrawal which seems to be being held back for no reason. I’ve Never used the site before and when I signed up with my name, mob no and email address there was no indication that I’ve made an account before. Read the terms and conditions and was confident I was eligible for the free bets.Turns out my free bets were not credited so spoke to staff over live chat. Apparently my IP address is shared by another account user? So I didnt get the free bets. So I asked for proof of this… they were unable to provide proof? Surprise surprise. The system picked it up, computer says no and that’s the end of it. I received an email and in app notification this morning to complete a survey for £5. Personally, I stopper using boylesports for a while as their customer service is poor and very robotic.Today, I spoke with live chat as the free bet was not credited. To my delight the agent “Mairead” had no clue about the survey or free bet even though they emailed me and sent me an inapp notification. I was on chat for over 20 minutes. Boyles confirmed in writing I was eligible for their welcome offer and then said I couldn’t have it. They claimed someone with a similar IP address had received one. I know that’s not the case. Boyles bookies in Dromore can be a hostile shop, the lady staff are polite and very helpful but a couple of the male staff can be ignorant and slam your docket on the counter and grunt, very unfriendly and creates an unhealthy atmosphere, will travel to Banbridge instead.

I made an account and bet a tenner after seeing the sign up promotion on their website (bet £10 and get £20 in free bets). After the bet was settled, no free bets were paid out and after speaking to them through their live chat, they’re now saying I’m ineligible. First it was because I supposedly used a shared affiliate link (which I didn’t), then it later changed to being due to using an IP address that was used by someone else previously for the same promo, which is impossible as I live alone and am the only one who uses my WiFi. Besides, if this were a legitimate reason (which as I said, it’s not possible) they’ll have seen my IP address when going to their website and whilst signing up, so they were all too happy to show me the offer banner and take my money, but whilst knowing full well they were never going to pay out the whole time. Ultimately, they refused to budge and said the free bet won’t trigger and it wasn’t something they could manually add (which I find hard to believe). Lo and behold, I see this same lie about shared IP addresses as a reason for them not to honour their side of the offer being repeated by many people on here and other review sites. I wish I’d seen them before signing up. Feels like one big scam to me and I recommend avoiding them if they’re this blatantly unscrupulous.

Online and shop customer for over 15 years and I closed my account today. Will never bet with Boylesports again. Attempted to withdraw a small amount of funds to my revolut virtual card which I used to deposit in the first place. Boylesports are asking for a signed photo of the card (it’s virtual). Had a number of verification issues down through the years with them and this time I’ve had enough. Also I accidentally over staked on an online bet recently and they wouldn’t cancel the bet or offer me a reduced cash out. Free bets are sporadic and rarely match full amount offered even if you reach the criteria laid out. They have even restricted my account at times for having the audacity to win a bet.Company is basically a giant grift. I’ll never bet with them again. Avoid at all costs.

I would not recommend using Boyle Sports due to an ongoing delay in the release of funds when I requested a withdrawal. Their standard timeframe for the withdrawal of funds is 3 days which is inordinate in this day and age. For comparison withdrawals from my betfair account are immediate. In this current situation, the delay in the release of my own funds has extended to 7 days with ever extending reasons for the delay. I would urge great caution in lodging funds with this company. Used the be a really great site for sports betting but sad to see what they have become, reading people’s sign up offer issues shows that really.Used them for years, always payout fine, odds are decent, offer a variety of markets and some unique ones like 1 goal ahead in football. Also give you stamps every time you place an ACCA and you get a £5 free bet after 5. So it seems like they will treat loyalty well.Out of the blue today they restricted my account from promotions, no reason given, had actually been on an ACCA losing streak, but had got some free bets from ACCA insurance but even they lost.A big fall from grace from a once solid and trustworthy side. I Made a complaint against them because I asked for the account to be closed for a certain number of months I put it in writing so they would honour this and take it seriously yet account was easily opened and suffered loses.I asked them to refund my losses because the account should have been inactive so I couldn’t use it.
