The company need to upgrade. Need to update their system for KYC we that is in nigeria it takes us if am not mistaken it takes us 8 to 9 years to get a permanent national ID CARD. But for VOTERS CARD is just 4years. If you put voter card for ur kyc it ll enable us in nigerua to partner with you and you ll get more customers. My €11 euros is lock in ur bet i cant make use of it because of kyc. Orther bet accept VOTERS CARD thanks

Loaded your app as advised in store, put money into account, placed a bet to which you took the money, then BLOCKED my account requiring Driving Licence /Passport (provided) and Utility Bill (I don't have in my name), to which my account is now SUSPENDED and when asking for my money to be returned, complete refusal. I understand security in this nature of business. My issue is this information of requirements was not forthcoming when advised of ease of betting. But to then take my money for a bet and not even offer to return my balance is very disappointing. Not transparent at all when offering service. I don't expect to ever see my money again, but anyone reading this, beware of setting up this in "2 minutes" claims. I'll be returning to UK in 5 weeks and wanted to use this app. I'll stick to in-store

On February 21th I logged in my account successfully becuase as far as I knew it was open , I then tried to deposit and an error message came up It said my account was suspended please contact support, I have never seen before on the deposit section I went to live help and the lady there said she look into it she came back and said my account, Your account was locked but if it was blocked as she said it was then how come I logged without any issue a message would shown up telling me it was locked, she then asked for me details which I gave then she come back and told me my accout wss now opened, I told her how strange that I logged in ok before she could not give an answer , I then deposit 80 and I played rabbit in the hat it was doing ok gave me a couple of wins in total it got to 195 , then the problems started the game was spinning andf spinning like it does I got only two free spin ,I then got fed up with the game and I went to other games when I got in them it was not letting me in and giving error messages and this keeps happening so I tried mega moolah I could not get in it , I got on a different game and that game did the same spinning and spinning I got just four free spins but it still was spinning and spinning, I do believe money wss taken out of my bank account fraudently , becuase if my account was closed I would not of got in the site I told her this and asked for my money back she then said she cannot give as it gone in my funds I think she means my account , I been a customer a long time and I never won no more that about 400 in that time or 100 here or 200 there was a Tuesday drop money up to 700 going in any one account, if I get a bonus by them it be a 20 or 10 or 5 pounds I find this insulting after all this time and spent a bit of money , When I asked for my account to be closed I do this to take a break hoping the site improves but it is the same , it really does need a new revamp , good will bonuses for long time customers like me On my birthday Is asked for a bonus I got 5 pounds I could not believe it.I think their something wrong with the site not honest enough , the games are bad you never win a big WIN and the loyalty points you can played as many games and the points does not go up as quick again something is not right , the site freezes ,errors messages this is not suppose to happen it should be a clean legit site but it does not seem that it is my money of 80 should be returned becuase of their mistake, I am sorry but this site seems like a scam casino and really does need investigating before a very unhappy customer like me takes it further much further , I have seen some bad reviews and it just Appalling I be happy if my money is given back and I should

Support are always helpful and polite.

My only issue is lack of bingo promotions, this site never offers any.
The promos are more for sports.

Very poor suspended my account with out telling me then sending me a email saying if I wanted to continue with closing my account answer my name address and security question which I didnt so obviously You would think my account was still open to use but it wasn’t as a result I missed a £140 winning bet I won’t be using Boylesports again after this latest fiasco in my experience they are a very poor amateurish betting firm

Awful site. Where to start I deposit a lot and play slots and poker and I believe the poker is right scam and the slots never pay out and I don’t mean a big win it’s hard enough getting a bonus games never mind a win. I’ve forked our £160 in the last 2 days played on poker on slot and haven’t won anything above £1 on most slots they just literally take a lot of your money! So I had some bad losses a lot of money spent and I’ve asked 2 days now in a row is there anything you can add to my account free poker tokens or a cash bonus for all my losses and loyalty given and get the same answers over and over again there’s lots of promotions. I’ve staked and deposited a lot on this site and they do not and will not show any loyalty to there customer it’s a scam of a site.

Boylesports have not added a new casino promo for 6 months now and have become the least generous site on the market for rewarding customers. Also the customer service is pathetic you will notice the replies on live chat are all repetitive the reason….. They have used the cheap option and the live chat agents are based in the Phillipines and are given these pre scripted messages by boylesports to reply to customers as they cannot write a sentence in English they are also given English or Irish screen names but are clearly not from either country and if they are their grammar suggests they are 5years old. This is an absolutely awful company nowadays it's a shame used to be a great online bookie.

I visited Ballaghaderreen,Co Roscommon for the first time.
While waiting to place a bet the older female cashier,Karen according to my slip, told the guy next to me,"it is because I have to look at you lot all day." Mmmmh!
Placed the bet,returned ten minutes later to collect my winnings,no courtesy or welcoming just slapped the notes on the counter which made taking your money even sweeter..
I shall not be returning and has taught me to use other firms Ladbrokes is across the road or the internet.
Definitely in need of customer skills training.

I self excluded myself from the casino side of things, but left the poker open, it took Allanah on webchat 15 minutes to tell me that I excluded myself from poker which I knew was not true. After checking on the responsible gambling tab it clearly states that the poker is open, I tried to explain this but they wouldn't have it, even though its their mistake So still unable to log in and play poker here, guess I'll have to play somewhere else now then.

Simply awful.I honestly recommend anyone who enjoys a bet to stay well clear of Boylesports. I've been a customer for 6+ months, losing a fair amount of money.
I suddenly win a small percentage of my losses back, and surprise surprise, my account gets suspended.
It has been 2 weeks now since I won this money, and I am constantly told they are working on my account.
I am unable to speak to the department dealing with my account, and every time I speak to customer services, I am told 'There is no update'.
I have been left with absolutely no money at all for two weeks, and even after seeking advice from the Gambling Commission, who actually informed me that by taking this amount of time, BoyleSports were actually acting against the new legislation, Boylesports have still not changed their stance.

Basically, in short, if you win any money here they will not let you have it, you will be left in the dark for weeks on end, and told there is no time limit for how long they can 'review' your account for, despite the Gambling Commission telling me the limit is 3-5 days.

Awful, don't use unless you don't want to withdraw any winnings.

Would of given this casino no stars if I could!!! There all good on the withdrawal process which can’t fault them!!! But there games are bad I can deposit £100 and there games just don’t play at all. You can get a bonus and think whey until the bonus doesn’t give anything like most games on the site. The games are fixed to pay out I’ve never played on slots like I have done on this site. I just seem to deposit and doesn’t matter what game I choose I always end up not winning. Stay away from this site wind are impossible

A large sum of money was won by my partner and now they are refusing to pay out. Account closed and "under investigation" will be pursuing this further and going through appropriate channels, unrelenting until the winnings are received or the company goes under due to the scandal created by exposing them for praying on people and ripping them off. Luckily screen shots were taken of every transaction, including the legitimate winnings and so closing the account has not covered up anything. All the evidence of the legitimate win exists and will be used to fight this.

Can't fault. Mainly love there slots, as can usually get lucky, which I can't really say about many others. Also bet on horses occasionally, though don't really know what I'm doing, so one put a £1 on one of there top bets. Horse with 101 Dec odds. Won just over £100. In my account within ten mins. Also bank transfers usually only take 6 hours roughly.

Had one good win on horses and first they denied me bog then they closed my account. All they tell me its under investigation and wont give me my money, best part of £700. Its been 2 months now and no response. Crooks.

have to say .. watch the e/w betting promotions .its a scam they pick a race with 14 runners and offer 4 places . so if 1 horse doesn't run they only pay 3 places. you must read terms for each bet because it changes.
example…. my horse finnished 4 of 15 runners but was not paid as only 11 finnished 3 pulled up 1 fell and 1 non-runner=16 entered = no pay on 4th horse home.
all I'm saying is read the terms everytime because they change the terms on every offer

Conflicting infomation given to me from support when i contacted them about not getting the advertised Welcome Bonus. This left me without any sort of welcome bonus at all. Support told me a LIE and said the bonus in question was Ireland only but in the terms it states otherwise (UK & Ireland). Apart from the lies I really liked the site and seemed to win frequently although never cashed out winnings. If you are thinking of joining this site ask yourself this "If I cant trust what im told by their customer support team how can I trust the company to play with them?

I like the app very much but I think when you take a price on a horse especially in luckey 15 when the horse goes out in price yo should show you are paying the bigger price by crossing out the taken price and show you are paying the bigger price but overall everything is perfect just that little thing would make it excellent thank you Cyril

Performance is very good; I’ve never experienced any lag in betting or casino. However in sports betting I feel the UI could be better. I often have to search really deep to find the competition or match or special I want to be on.

Have been a member for 6 years this used to be a great site but can honestly say now it is one of the worst on the market. NEVER reward loyalty anymore they just say you have nothing available when you ask about a goodwill gesture because the god awful casino promos they have pay absolutely nothing. The live chat team are awful just give the same automated responses and if they do try and write a personal response the grammar is terrible there excuse for not giving a bonus is the same every time… bonuses are system generated well I can assure you I have very high activity and the system has generated NOTHING for me. Stay away from this site and BoyleSports stop kidding yourselves and us that you actually give a damn about our loyalty, even BoyleSports responses to these reviews are automated they are truly awful!!!

Every bet I have done has pretty much been suspended from cashing out after about 15 minutes. Seems a bit pointless to have a cash out option if it’s never available to use. Seems a bit shady to be honest.
