I was in Navan Kennedy St I think was the address stranger to the town, the staff were terriable two of them a woman and a lad, he was swearing behind the counter, she was so rude, I would never go into a BoylesSports ever again, and I will be putting it on FB Snap Chat and spreading the word, terriable 😣😣😣 Paddy Power is miles ahead of this comoany 👍

No loyalty shown at all from this casino! I must of spent £100s in deposits and had no luck at all. I asked to see if there was a casino bonus and I’ve been ASKING now for 2 months every single day I’ve asked to see if there’s any free bets or bonuses and for the last 2/3 months I haven’t been rewarded anything! This site doesn’t show loyalty at all. Live chat are useless same answers every single day! I don’t expect a bonus every month but when I haven’t had one for 3 months now and I’ve deposited over £500 ok this site than yes it’s disgusting as a casino who always says they reward there customers for there loyalty! I’m still waiting for some loyalty to be shown! And very much doubt I will!

AVOID AVOID AVOID, cheap nasty company with customer services to match, they will avoid paying you out whenever they get chance, chat service is pathetic and customer services phone operatives haven’t got a clue 0800 number but directed overseas, they will try to make use of every loophole available to avoid paying you, DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS that will follow this to try an push it down the list, and please don’t bother replying to me suggesting I contact customer care, instead concentrate on treating your customers with honesty & integrity.

Had NO issues, great site, they validated me electronicly so no messing with paper work email messing around like other sites, great looking site easy to navigate and withdraws although a bit slow go through within 2 days, casino wins fairly decent and cant fault the site, glad I took a chance and cannot understand others reviews as I have not had any issues, keep it up Boyle Sports!!!!!

I’m giving this casino 2 stars as ive been playing and depositing for the past 2 months. I’ve spent nearly £500 on last month which I’m happy to do so but what is not fair is, when spending that much and being loyal to a company and you can’t give a free bonus free spins. It’s been 2/3 months playing and depositing and not had any free spins or any casino bonus. This casino has no loyalty to there customers, when ever you ask online chat if there’s any free spins or casino bonus it’s always the same automated answer, no sorry there isn’t one. It’s not fair & I will be taking my money else where and find casino which shows loyalty to there customer!

Beware boylesports are way down the bookmakers recommended sites for a reason,i opened an account with them deposited a large sum and before i made a bet they blocked my account now they are denying i ever made a deposit even though i have proof from my bank, this is fraud and im currently taking legal steps to recover my money, waste of time using online chat because your only talking to the puppets not the puppeteer

Firstly the website is just awful…. like it was built in the 90s.

But more importantly. if you start winning any money with them or go on a good run, they will just restrict your account and stop you placing any bets with them.

I only bet tiny amounts and only on horse racing, but I went on a really good run with them and was up about £150 over a couple of weeks. Then suddenly i get a message saying that their trading team has decided to limit my access to certain markets.

Now I can't bet on any horse racing at all, not even £1.

The fact is they only want you as a customer while you're losing money with them. As soon as you win any money they'll restrict your account and stop you from playing.

Stay well clear, a total and utter scam

Don't use boylesports, they will find the reason not to pay you, they only happy if you loose.

Have to be the worst online bookmakers especially for football bets, when I bring up the cash out for any football bet there's always one game suspended leaving you with no chance of cashing out, then when I check Paddy power or bet 365 they have the betting for that game that's suspended, how is a punter meant to win with that carry on, total bunch of con merchants at boylesports

Started playing bingo (I was bored) I am either the unluckiest person on the planet or there are a number of players that are extremely lucky same names over and over again.I played using the €30 promotion not even a sniff of a win,by the time I played the money down I was more bored than I was before hand.reality hits home that there is not a snowballs chance in hell you will win anything. Definitely would not encourage me to play bingo again.I would however do my lotto here in future

Lad was trying to rip me off I told him am not leaving with that amount he offer me. Then he pretend to go on computer

And gave me 80e more which I still was left short. Wrote to head office got no reply. Don't like anyone trying to rip off a poor person or making out people are foolish. So people always make up your bets if you win. The like of him trying to do people for years and got away with it

I got a reply from from Boylesports saying I go to boylesports live chat. I did that and didn't help. So when they didn't help I wroth to head office about 2weeks ago in Dundalk. Got no reply either.

Did that it's your job to get in touch with head office in Dundalk. Am not keep repeating my self on this topic. Just you have a thief working in your shop

Suddenly restricted, didnt even use the account much. Just had a few 20 ew's on a few horses and had one decent winner. Have a free bet balance of 40 and can only put 2 cent ew on a horse at 6/1 or about 15 cent on a 2/1 shot. Went onto chat a few times to see if they can help me use my free bet balance and just got copied and pasted the same thing, trading decision etc. No help whatsoever. Dont waste your time with them.

In my experience Boylesports look after their customers. They are fair and address any enquiries/grievances with respect for the customer.Their betting site is easily navigated and offers lots of variable options from a betting pointof view. As with all bookmakers, one has to decide what is value and what is not value. I do appreciate their loyalty rewards which are credited by way of free monthly bets and other prizes, (I got no prizes yet😥).

I have bet a few years with this company.You can only bet with them through Paypal. Recently the only Debbit card I used in these dealings reached its expiry date,My bank issued to the same card a new expiry date and a new 3 diget security number.I was advised as is normal to destroy my previous card.I duly registered my new details with Paypal and normal business carried on.However on trying to withdraw some winnings from Boylesports later, I wa s told I could not do this as I had to use the same source to withdraw as I had put in,which was my old destroyed card.So where do I go now, I have £135 tied up as Boylesports refuse to yield.???

Been waiting for a bank transfer withdrawal since 21st Sept (10 days) and am constantly being given different timeframes and being lied to everytime I go on live chat or call. Supposedly Irish company with all customer service based in Phillipines.

The attitude from everyone I have dealt with has been a joke. Nobody has a clue what they are doing. As soon as I get my money, if I ever actually get it, I will be closing the account.

Terrible customer service. Dont have their markets formed properly till after 11am each day to which point they are only copied from paddy powers never bettered.
They never have extra markets available on races I.e place only, match bets and when they are formed they're always worse value than powers.
Rang up to quote a price as I wasn't near a shop told they couldn't offer me one as I had the online office, I asked as a Good customer could you speak to someone and give me a rough quote for a place bet on a race so as I could decide if it was worth my while driving to a local boyles shop or going to powers as I knew their prices because they were ALL available on line as should be. I was told no. Typical it's not my job attitude from staff who couldn't care less. John Boyle didn't build his company with that attitude. I'm sure it was give the customer what they want within reason.

Great Bookmaker, currently doing there sign up offer, had a problem making a second deposit, went to online chat, had to send verification documents which was done all through the online chat and sorted very quickly, thanks Boyle Sports 👍
