I signed up using their “Bet £10 Get £20 in Free Bets” new customer offers. After making a deposit and placing my bet nothing happened. Chatting to their agent I was told that I was not eligible for the promotion as my IP (which is dynamically assigned by the internet provider) had previously been used!! Funny how they didn’t tell me about not being eligible BEFORE I placed my bet.. don’t recommend!

Easy to use, good odds, and when withdrawing money it’s saying 2 to 3 days but it’s within a few hours normally.

Scamming company – do not use to sign up for free bets promotion as they do not pay these out. Multiple friends have the exact same issue where they will advise multiple IP addressed are linked, which is absolutely false. Do not use these they will take you money and not get back in contact with you.

Do not play at Boylesports.comI have just finished playing 1 of there new exclusive slot games called Legends of the lure.This game is just like big bass where you enter the free spins and try to climb the ladder to get more free spins with a multiplier. The name of the game is to get to the very end of 10 free spins x10…….which I did. I got all the way to the end in the first 10 free spins, meaning I had 30 free spins to win some cash back. Spoiler alert, The game never paid me a single penny and just dead spun me till the very end. This isn’t random at all, It is 10000000% rigged and these need shutting down for foul play. What a joke and disgraceful responses I’ve received from this company. You place a bet and you select a team to win then they wrongly settle your bet and once they realise they did a mistake…rather than correcting it they content with saying “your source is unreliable”As the bet still recent anyone can check the result online of the Argentinian youth league : Colon De Santa Fe U20 vs Patronato Parana U20. 3-2 for the Colon but they are refusing to give me the funds.What else could you say? Lunatic and unbelievable. Never bet in their machines again. This was not the first time. They also cancel your full bet building if 1 leg is void (player not starting as an example) instead of voiding only the actual leg and allow you to win the rest of your bet.

Played on their site for a little over two days and ended up with one question…how is boylesport still operating?….This site makes all other ones I’ve complained about look like kids..Once you deposit you just have to know that it is no longer your money and hope they have made enough on that day for you to even stand a chance of getting anything back. You do not have control on you casino games, they can flip them anytime they want.Non of their games operate normal. I like comparing slot on different platforms like that gambling master dude did on YouTube with hollywoodbets , lottostar and betway and the results were horrifying especially with hollywoodbets. So i did that with boylesport on that heart of rio game and it was heart breaking really(lol) just seing that one truly has no control of their money here is shocking.Contacted their support and spoke to a guy called Sipho..not a very friendly person(rude)and i think he hates his job or he has no idea what he is doing. This few days despite the results i had are enough and im not depositing or playing on this site ever again and so should everyone who values their hard earned money. Their games are rigged.

Slots are a joke u hardly ever win anything. Live casino is all RTP% manipulated and is not random using rule based algorithms to make sure the software always stays in profit. They do some ok promotions but need more. the site layout is decent and they have lots of games and decent betting prices.

AVOID! – They happily take your money – but is a shambles otherwise. The slots although they say are random number generated and regulated are a joke – the features pay £0.00 99% of the time and if random how can the balance update before the spins even stop (On the rare occasion of a win) ?? – I’m highly doubtful and feel Boyle should be investigated properly!Customer support is a joke – all responses are copy and pasted. Avoid at all costs. Don’t be tempted by the sign up offer. Boyle Sports have no problem signing you up, and letting you deposit and spend your money. But then when your free bets don’t appear in your account and you ask for them, you have to jump through several very invasive hoops to verify your account. Bank statements/bills, photo selfie with ID, front and back of your ID and your debit card! This isn’t mentioned before signing up or depositing, and clearly designed on purpose to make it difficult to claim your free bets or withdraw winnings. Completely unfair and the level of detail they require for verification can only be described as a security risk. Scam.

I have been playing lucky larry Lobster game. It appears that the game knows what I’m going to win on bonus before spins take place because it shows in my balance. Tried contacting company to ask how can this be possible? Or even legal. Their response was all spins are random the game has no way of know what I was going to win couldn’t answer how my balance showed what I was going to win before bonus spins taken. Where do I start? Trying to get a response from anyone in Boyles is trying to get blood from a stone.2 weeks ago I raised very serious concerns about regulatory & RG failings in relation to how my account was handled historically. Deposits & bets being allowed from a restricted territory & Clear markers of harm being visible via deposit frequency, amount, time of night, with no reach out from Boyles, among other issues raised. 7 follow-ups were sent in relation to this looking to have the matter resolved, all have been ignored. Requests for an address to issue legal action, a deadlock email to enable me to report this to the GC & use an ADR & a phone call from a compliance/customer service manager have also been ignored. Having worked in the industry for 8 years I find it disgraceful how I am being treated, if the shoe was on the other foot I would have been reprimanded by my superiors. I would recommend everyone stay well clear of Boyles.

I had the promotion on my account money back on all losers in the 1.35 at Newcastle. I placed bets the result was settled as a loser. No money back from bet so I spoke to Christopher on line who was very unhelpful and said just because I received the promotion didn’t mean I was entitled to it. Anyone else had this problem.

The betting on this site is actually pretty decent from what I’ve seen and played, I got decent odds. The slots on the other hand are horrendous, the rtp on them must be false because I cant seem to win more then a pound for every 30 wagered I literally played the same medium volatility slot and just get rinsed constantly, I know you win and lose but it’s just constant dead spins and constant bonuses that pay 0 its bordering on ridiculous now and that’s not fair gameplay. Use for sports betting but please avoid the slots they are not worth you’re time and you will 100 percent lose everytime well maybe you might win once in a thousand times if you’re extremely lucky but yes please avoid the slots there are plenty of other sites which are more fair ie play ojo and such.

Update to My Previous Review: I contacted them to discuss further following their copy/paste generic response to my previous negative review & 10 days later I still haven’t heard back. They choose to ignore.Honestly, don’t be enticed to bet with them based on their unhonoured “promotions” – take your bets elsewhere. I placed a bet in good faith because the promotion enticed me in (bet £20+ on winner of Euros & receive £5 free bet every time they win) – Several days AFTER I placed the bet I was “restricted” from all promotions, including this one that I had already placed a bet on.They entice you in with promotions & then restrict you from being able to benefit from them AFTER you have placed the bet.Avoid.

SCAM. Never had any issues with other booking agents. Signed up for Boyle due to their sign up offer. They allow me to register, deposit and bet. After losing bet they restricted my account and refused to honor the sign up offer (£20 free bets)

Terrible company. Have a sign up offer which you must do on your mobile device.Yet, if you use mobile data, they will claim you’re ineligible because you are using an IP address someone else has used.They do this on purpose and it is a completely unfair (if not illegal) term of condition as I have no way of checking if the IP my ISP has assigned is on Boyle’s system?! Completely misleading promotion and will be reporting to the UKGC.

You can expect to go through a lengthy process of identification checks if you win a bet. Where they will withhold any winnings until they have gotten everything they need from you.I’ve had colonoscopies less invasive.

Upon meeting all the conditions for the welcome offer it was not granted because they argued that I did not access the website from a personal IP address when I only used my devices to access the website from my home wifi. Mislead customers and are not helpful in solving the problems – “there’s nothing I can do”. Will never use them again.

So today i placed a £5 inplay double and the bet won but because boylesport put the wrong odds my bet was cancelled even though they should honour the bet by law,if my bet had lost would they have refunded my £5 bet no they would so they have stolen my winnings

Signed up for new customer offer, never been on the site before, followed all instructions and deposited and placed a £10 bet and ended up not getting any of the free sign up offers due to IP address. Should have read the reviews here first, no apology on live chat just standard copy and paste information. Would not even offer to refund the £10 back. Any new potential customers looking to sign up steer clear you most likely will not get any of the offers and be given the IP address reasoning. Very disappointed, won’t be getting any more money from me.

Signed up and place a qualifying bet for a free bet bonus. Bet was settled, but free bets were not awarded. Was fobbed off with what seems to be a standard response based on other reviews about IP address. Would not recommend at all.

£5000 withdrawal made – told timeframe is 2-12 hours, yet has been way over it. Every time I contact customer service I’m told “the gaming team need to approve it then the finance team can process it!” Been escalated 4 times to “the gaming team” now, and no result. Once it has been processed I’ll delete this review but its not the wat to treat loyal customers.

I signed up to an exclusive offer and once the offer had settled, I was told 2 completely different things by customer service and therefore was denied the bonus. Absolutely unacceptable.I signed up with mobile data and then was told firstly that the link I used was a shared link to which I disagreed and showed proof of where I found the offer and then was denied on grounds of my ip being shared, it says nothing about not using mobile data in the t&cs so very confused.This is my first time with boylesports and probably my last as they don’t seem to honour their offers or respect their customers. Customer service seems to be of no help as I keep getting the same copy and paste responses and the agent was extremely disrespectful to the degree where I asked her to file a complaint of my behalf and a second later she replied back stating I hadn’t responded and that she had other customers to tend to, as if my request wasnt important enough, her tone throughout our conversation seemed like she was extremely disinterested to engage with me, seems like a preconceived decision to deny the welcome offer seeing as though she didn’t know which reason it was to have grounds enough to deny it in the first place … really not happy with how I’ve been treated by customer service, is that how a customer should expect to be treated? They offer free bets for new customers. This is based on unique IP addresses. Sadly in the UK mobile operators use CGNAT and when you use your mobile phone you are assigned an IP address from a pool of IP addresses all previously used. So if you are lucky the assigned IP address hasn’t been used at Boyle sports.This is well understood in the industry but not at boylesports. SCAM you offer a free sign up bet that is based on luck.

New online account, after a few bets my id was required , ‘takes 2 minutes’.2 days later, no results so after a lot of hassel i discovered the an Irish Passport, card version, is not acceptable ! I now cannot close the account and recover my smallish deposit. This is a cowboy online outfit obviously not based in Ireland. A shame, since their betting office staffs are so competent.

I placed a €50 bet, took €200 out of my bank account, said I had placed 4 bets, totally refused to refund me, said I had placed the same bet 4 times, only listened when I said I was going to contact comreg, these are the biggest shower of robbing wankerss, 100% worse than any other bookmaker
