I have give this site so much information for them to pay me my winnings. They come up with an excuse every time as to why they can’t pay me. Even though they have made payments into this account in the past. I would really recommend you stay well clear.

All was fine until I have withdrawn winnings. I sent all my ID verification documents which then delayed another 24hours and then they asked for fund documentation. I have sent this and have not heard anything at all. I managed to speak to somebody on live chat yesterday who said they are still looking at my documents but today I am unable to use live chat at all!!! I thought it was 24/7 live chat!!They have £3300 of my fair and square winnings and they are really dragging this out it’s been 4 days. They actually did release £200 that was withdrawn after the documents were requested so I don’t understand why they are doing what they are doing. I get the whole money laundering blah blah blah but they are questioning money sent from my mum. I work for my money and I will spend it on what I like. Watch this space because I feel like they may come and check my knicker drawer and under my mattress. It is so intrusive. I just hope they will be treating my personal information with care.

What could have been a difficult situation has been made so much easier by Jessica. Communication has been excellent, kept informed of everything that was happening. I have spent a lot of money recently, not a concern to me, but as a reputable company they raised their concerns with me. They are obviously not only interested in taking your money.

Same ‘people’ winning game after game. Bought max tickets 50 times, got one line out of 150 chances. Seen 2, or 3 names winning 5, or more times! Total scam!

Tried this site again because they kept e-mailing me with offers of free spins on a deposit. In hindsight these spins of around 25 are worth a mere 10p. And they have huge wagering requirements. I was obviously silly to bother. But I could afford to lose £20.Unfortunately all the slots seem to be build up games where you have to keep on building up multipliers/free spins/ etc. This only encourages having to deposit more and more until the bonus eventually activates. So in the end deposited £300. Mainly my fault as I could have withdrawn at a minor loss. But opened up a new game (after the frog one) and it lost £100 on 50p spins in about 20 minutes. Very poor RTP. What seemed like it could be fun turned into torture as it could take over 2 hours of spinning to even activate the features.

Nice site if it stopped crashing. Each time I got into any game and luck was on my side the site kept putting up messages telling me that I needed to log out of the game. Very peculiar and quite suspect tbh!

I used to think Butlers Bingo was a brilliant an fair site. Just recently it has been take, take, take and very little rewards on slots. I know it could be that I’m not choosing the right games to play, but even so, I would expect to have a nice win now and again, especially with the amount I deposit.

No.bonus on any game played from around £900 deposited.Never have i had such a poor return on any website, I csnt see how i can sit at max bonus and it not come in for about £500 worth of spins. I get it’s a gamble but something seems off. I note other similar reviews too.I’d avoid this site personally.

Made an account in my name and used my boyfriends card as payment method was OK to take the deposit yet when I won said I wasn’t entitled to the winnings and deposited the £10 back to my boyfriends card. Joke really had had full permission to use and was only when I won said I wasn’t allowed the money its a shamble of a website and will never use again

I wish I could put 0 stars. This is a scam site and so are their sister sites. Never been on a site where it takes so long to get a bonus. They claim on big bass it’s 90% plus pay out but that is a load of rubbish as you can’t put £100s on one game and no bonus or if it does give a bonus its pays less than 2% back. This site needs to be investigated and I will be contacting the gambling commission because it is a load of rubbish. I even got my partner to see how much it took off her and again £100s of pounds with less than a 2% payout. All your sites need to be closed down for good you are robbing people. It’s not gambling when it’s not fair one bit. Even casinos are more fairer and they are the worse odds. Oh well lesson learned good luck to your robbing sites

Absolute scam. Sat on the max bonus. Thrown £2300 down the drain in one evening chasing that bonus. Nothing to stop me spending. Praying on the vulnerable with their bogus ‘random payout claims’. Random my arse. Not a single bonus in £2300. If you have an addiction issue run for the hills. At least on other sites you’ll get a hit of serotonin. Just feel robbed. Butlers bingo. I had been with them but left again. Playing a game roses and joker I’m not kidding. Absolutely terrible I have made deposit after deposit. Some bonus related (Don’t go near ) I have never played on a site where the RTP is so bad the daily bonus offers are always deposit related plus wagering. They have you from start to finish. I tried different games different bets nothing changed. Good luck to anyone on here who has had a positive experience but I’m inclined to believe it’s not true. Find another site.
