I had not used Butlers Bingo before but was being given emails every other day. Offering 100 spins for a £10 deposit. These spins were only 10p and were also not all at once 50 on one deposit and 50 on another so not clear. The wagering was also not clear. It seemed impossible to beat any wagering.Also I could not deposit more than £30 at a time, but I was still allowed to keep depositing 20-30 at a time getting deeper into the red. In hindsight I should have withdrawn at only £50 down and cut my losses.Ending up using my last £30 which I turned into £100, but I must admit the game payouts were very low. Some wins did not even appear to be add up properly when I pressed spin right away. This seems a bit suspect. Most of games seem to be jackpot games or hold and spin games so low RTP. Only positive was the friendly customer service and payout within the 24 hour perioid. But I don't see a reason to play here again. Good luck to those that do.

Very good site overall, the customer service are as helpful as they can be. Good choice of slots and bonuses are clearly and simply explained, the bingo is ok too. Definitely worth playing here. Payout is the next day so far which is fine with me, overall definitely one to go back to.

Told me that they agreed they were unprofessional and that their processes were unacceptable. Agreed with me that their agents didn’t know how to do their job and need re-trained. Restricted my account because I made a complaint about what they then agreed with! A total joke of a company. They don’t trust their processes or employees. Don’t trust them with your money. Now they are doing everything they can possibly do to not pay my money back. The most disgraceful company ever. They said they restricted my account as I had made multiple complaints. I asked what those multiple complaints were and they listed each point I had made on one complaint! Do not go near these people. Currently they say they are reviewing documents there I sent them to verify they can return the money they owe me despite the fact I tried to withdraw it from the exact same account I made my deposits from. Total jokers

Had an account for a number of months with no issues. Made a complaint and then less than 24 hours later my account was restricted. I asked why as I was in credit and had never lost many money or made large deposits. They said we don’t have to tell you why. Don’t complain but even better advice is do not use them.
