Fun casino with a secure online environment. I was apprehensive at first because of the 1 star reviews but it’s a casino and not everyone is going to win. That’s why they call it gambling. Don’t play if you aren’t willing to lose money. I’ve had a great time so far playing some fun games and the customer service is fantastic

Told me that they agreed they were unprofessional and that their processes were unacceptable. Agreed with me that their agents didn’t know how to do their job and need re-trained. Restricted my account because I made a complaint about what they then agreed with! A total joke of a company. They don’t trust their processes or employees. Don’t trust them with your money. Now they are doing everything they can possibly do to not pay my money back. The most disgraceful company ever. They said they restricted my account as I had made multiple complaints. I asked what those multiple complaints were and they listed each point I had made on one complaint! Do not go near these people. Currently they say they are reviewing documents there I sent them to verify they can return the money they owe me despite the fact I tried to withdraw it from the exact same account I made my deposits from. Total jokers

Had an account for a number of months with no issues. Made a complaint and then less than 24 hours later my account was restricted. I asked why as I was in credit and had never lost many money or made large deposits. They said we don’t have to tell you why. Don’t complain but even better advice is do not use them.

Patrick and Jessica. Unless you speak with either of these two people you will be passed from pillar to post. I have been with this site for a long time now. I’ve had payment issues previously. Them taking double what my deposit was each time. It was resolved but was painfull. Now its happened again. After 12 emails and and 8 live chats (5 agents just closed it as they couldn’t be bothered). Explained what happened, (the deposit system on the site times out. Any subsequent deposits won’t go through but will leave your account if you keep trying. So they emptied my account. They told me 4 times that I’m wrong. Even though statements were sent to prove it. Then Patrick gets hold of it and understands what has happened and sends it to the payments team for refund. I then get an email saying my withdrawal (?) Has been processed and I’ve been banned . Which is laughable. The only reason I didn’t have funds to play was they took it all first then banned me . So embarrassed for this company. I tried another 5 live chats and found Jessica again the person who initially explained what I need to do. This was days ago and still waiting. They banned my account and that means you can email back as it blocks you. If you try live chat, its like you’ve just landed here and have to explain everything. Then they leave the chat. Unfortunately I have already reported them to the ombudsman for this non resolution.I’ve been told I’m wrong, I’m lying. I was told that I’d spent all of this money on the site so what is my problem?. That was a good one. This company have emptied my account. Now I sit here with no money for food, I had to walk 22 miles to and from work today. We won’t be eating tonight/tomorrow thanks to butlers bingo. Thats not being dramatic.Deposit at your peril gang

Dishonest and dreadful service.Suspended me and my girlfriend’s accounts for verification.We both sent in our documents. Spent a very long time back and forth opening and resuspending my account, after a few weeks they tell me I am fully verified and my accounts (GlossyBingo, ButlersBingo, RosyBingo, Bingodiamond) have been reopened. I tried to log on and they still show as suspended, after emailing them they then tell me my accounts are permanently closed to protect me and my money. They never even tried to assess my affordability, it is no problem for me. (Funny my affordability became a problem when I withdrew but not when depositing!)It has now been a few days and they have not initiated my withdrawals (about £4,000 still on the websites) and they are being cagey about doing so at all. If they are trying to protect my money then why have they not returned it the second they closed my accounts?My girlfriend has simply not been responded to, she has had no information given to her at all! (She also has several thousand pounds in her accounts)On top of all of that the bingo returns are scandalous, I made the mistake of purchasing the maximum tickets once ad with 17 other players and winning all 3 lines I came back with about 2/3 of the money i put in. With the jackpot games They can sometimes take in over £1,000 of ticket sales and the prize simply does not increase, stays at a measly £112!

Theresa was very helpful in explaining what I need to do today. I find it very difficult to communicate in text and email. I’m not a well person so find it much better to communicate on the phone. I’m disappointed that there is no number or person that I can contact on the phone. It’s very stressful for me to send emails and always have to get outside help to do this. This makes things difficult for me to deal with on my own. Thank you to Tereasa for being patient with me.
