Everything was ok then asked for i.d i sent then said it was suspicious closed my account ,i told them iv sent you my passport and bill and you think im dodgy? They reply send us wage slips why would you want them if you suspicious?. Iv put in a complaint on revolver and ask gambler will get my review to this is a really unprofessional site iv been worrued sick since giving them my passport please people dont risk it

Well we’re to start i was gambling away as you do won £145 put the request in for withdrawal.. in the meantime I had my wallet stolen so blocked all my cards as you do contacted butlers bingo to tell them my situation to be told it’s fine just wait for my new card to arrive and link it up and put in a fresh request for withdrawal then butlers got InTouch with me to say the withdrawal has failed which I knew would happen they then proceed to Block my account request Id and bank statements multiple times and I have complied and given them anything they request… it’s been 9 days iv been in touch multiple times to be told the payment were sent on the 21st it’s now the 30th my bank has just informed me that there has been no payments made or payments in transaction to my account. I have contacted butlers bingo again today to be told that my bank wouldn’t know until it’s arrived which is nonsense please be aware when using this site they are quick to take your money but then proceed to put you through every hurdle they can to not pay you … The bonus requirements are very poor to say the least it’s virtually impossible to gain anything from them this is my opinion and experience with butlers bingo make your own minds up

I have been playing butlers bingo for a few months and I’ve only won twice there is this one game wolf legend wow pot and every day I’m putting up to £50 they have a wow pot and I’ve never won this yet on other sites I’ve won this two maybe three times the reason is this every time I’ve got down from twenty pounds to maybe eight or seven pounds the game cashes and the amount I’ve played and lost goes back to zero this is why I will never win the wow pot I’m giving butlers until Christmas to play fair and actually give me a win iig hasn’t happened im deleting this site it’s ok to continuously take our money but you also have to let your clients win now and again you if I actually won I will change my review until then two stars

I recently opened an account with Butlers Bingo and won. Butlers Bingo are refusing to honour my withdrawal. I have been asked to provide many documents proving my identity, which I have. I have received two emails saying all documents have been received and my account is verified and my withdrawal will be paid. I have now received an email saying my account is suspended and I can’t respond to the email as message coming back as blocked. I am now seeking legal advice as I have provided everything requested and now they are refusing to communicate with me.

Lost nearly 60 in bonus funds after withdrawal. I was unaware of this and feel it was a sneaky way to go about it as they even specifically mention it in frequently asked questions on the email that you cannot get your bonus back so they purposely hide it. Will be pursuing this with a lawyer as they work in bad faith and just happened to rub me the wrong way when I spoke to a robot named Teresa. Patrick was great on the other hand, the only good thing about the way butlers is run.

Liked butlers had a few wins but then they wanted me to send wage slips bank details etc. I refuse to do that my details are private, I don’t know who looks at them. I understand about gambling safety but what I spend my money on is my business. You could have asked me to put a limit on which I would have done. Anyway your loss

These reviews are obviously fake as this company is the biggest scam going!! AVOID BROADWAY GAMING SITES!! These scammers take your money then don’t pay out winnings. I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks for my withdrawals & they just keep fobbing me off!! Go & look at all their sister site reviews & you’ll see how bad these are! So far so good. I was looking around for a new casino and bingo home and I saw the many positive reviews of Butlers. I decided to sign up. Sadly, I wasn’t recognized by NetNanny for my address but, rest assured, I did as asked. I was curious how long documents would take so I got in contact. Spoke to Savannah who was so quick to help and assist and was nice about everything. So, I haven’t played or explored the site yet, but so far its a positive experience.Update:Meh… They use game providers I usually avoid as they just eat. The game selections are all by providers I avoid. Might try the bingo at some point, but for the casino… not for me. No issue with the site. It’s just the providers they use for the games. Ate £40. Rubbish wins. Not even a single bonus…

Been playing on this site for quite some time.Never had an issue depositing or making a withdrawal.The withdrawal has always hit my bank the following day,Yesterday I request 2 withdrawals 1 for £100 and the other for £700 unfortunately I now have to verify my account which I’m sure I’ve already done, if not then account verification should be done before deposits are even made.I have emailed and spoken on live chat, to be told it can take upto 48 hours for the verification!!I decided to check out withdrawal issues online and it would appear many people don’t get the money for upto 2 weeks, sadly others still haven’t received their winnings.I then decide to escalate my chat which apparently is being done.I go to log in again and now my account is suspended so I can no longer communicate via live chat.I find it disgusting that they are happy to let you make deposits but when you win a larger sum they decide you need to verify who you are.I’ve never had to go through this before when making a withdrawal.Had I known it would be like this I would have obviously played on a different site….I will continue this when I know exactly what happens*****Update, managed to get onto live chat again, spoke to Jessica who told me not to worry, everything will be OK and I will get my money, she has great customer service skills… I’ll wait for the outcome of the pending withdrawal******

Please avoid this company if you want your winnings….I have made quite a few deposits recently and I have made a few withdrawals with no problems.This time around I made a larger withdrawal of £1500 and that’s when the problems began… They started of by closing my accountThen they asked for my ID and proof of address which is okay for me as they need to verify my identity.The next email they asked me for a selfie holding my ID and also pictures of my debit cards that I used to deposit with, I even sent that in, no problems…Now they have ask for my bank statements to which I have refused as they don’t need all of that and they are holding onto my WITHDRAWAL OF £1500.I have even stated to them that I am happy for them to keep my account closed but just process my withdrawal please. I will be taking this further as this isn’t acceptable I will update once I am paid my winnings!!!!

Don’t understand the great reviews. Bingo isn’t great, and don’t have the best selection of slots. I’d love to know how this site has been tested. I only play lower stakes. And I’ve hit a certain amount three times and every time I’ve hit that amount ALL bonuses stop. I’ve played numerous games, all on lower stakes, so as you can imagine that’s numerous games. Once is understandable, even twice, but three times is worrying.The customer service assistant I spoke to had a horrible attitude which only made matters worse.As it stands I’d suggest to anyone reading this to stick with more established and renowned sites. If you are going to try this site stick to a very low deposit limit (as I did) and you’ll see what I mean. Even though I’d genuinely say that your money is better spent elsewhere.

Butlers bingo is the best online casino, in my opinion.Joined a couple of months ago, had some really good wins, the key is to stick to a budget and use the gamble tools to set limits otherwise you’ll get be tempted to get carried away lol . Was offered a deal! Upload and play £10 and get £30 free play and 100 free spins!Applied to £10 and played it 2 days ago! Never got the bonus so emailed the main contact. 36 hour later and managed to chat live to them! Amazing guy sorted immediately. However been using when have time and had upped winnings to £50! Lost a bit and then came offline and back on just now! Balance zero!! I joined up and had a win which I then withdrew. I checked the terms and it said withdrawals would take 24 hours. I spoke to Patrick on livechat the next day who promised my withdrawal would be processed by 6pm. No withdrawal was made so I went on livechat and Patrick said there had been an issue with withdrawals that day but it would definitely be processed by 6pm the next day. I went on livechat at 5.45 next day and spoke to Richard who said it would definitely be processed by 6pm. Nothing again so I went on livechat again only to find it wasn’t working!! Not very impressed. Don’t know if I will ever get my winnings.
