Was offered a deal! Upload and play £10 and get £30 free play and 100 free spins!Applied to £10 and played it 2 days ago! Never got the bonus so emailed the main contact. 36 hour later and managed to chat live to them! Amazing guy sorted immediately. However been using when have time and had upped winnings to £50! Lost a bit and then came offline and back on just now! Balance zero!! Apparently after speaking to them the bonus was limited to 48 hours even though I only received it yesterday Also if you win more than your bonus you can not withdraw it so what is the point!!! Basically a huge scam do not be drawn in

I joined up and had a win which I then withdrew. I checked the terms and it said withdrawals would take 24 hours. I spoke to Patrick on livechat the next day who promised my withdrawal would be processed by 6pm. No withdrawal was made so I went on livechat and Patrick said there had been an issue with withdrawals that day but it would definitely be processed by 6pm the next day. I went on livechat at 5.45 next day and spoke to Richard who said it would definitely be processed by 6pm. Nothing again so I went on livechat again only to find it wasn’t working!! Not very impressed. Don’t know if I will ever get my winnings.

Do not believe these reviews, I only signed up after reading these. It's got to be one of the worst RTP on slots around, disgusting, yes you can't win all the time, but wow, closed my account within the hour, save your money, try else where.

Terrible, bad communication, bad dealings, I see meaningless documents, I personally had my account suspended because I had that old account with the bank. he left my money to the poor shame and to subvert bad dealings

Butlers bingo was my favourite site I have emailed and asked if they have been taken over but no changes so not sure what's happening.. I really hope to come back with a different review but so far not great
