I joined Butlersbingo recently and used paypal as a payment option which goes though our joint account — anyway I won £7500.00 – they asked for verification – which was supplied — ie passport, bank statement, credit card statement – then a big pause – nothing happened – I kept getting fobbed off about my withdrawal — for almost two weeks, extra verification – my inland revenue records (dating back over 40 years) still got fobbed off – then they refunded all my paypal payments and closed my account — THEY CLEARLY DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO WIN ANYTHING – edited as I am now getting text message from other gambling sites asking me to join – there is only one place they could have got my number from !!!!!!!

I didn’t realise that using PayPal doesn’t qualify for the welcome bonus, however on live chat with Jessica she sorted it out for me. Great customer service 👍

I enjoyed Butlers Bingo, was having fun, winning some,losing some. Then when I decided to withdraw a decent winnings amount, out of the blue I was asked to provide identification,which I did only for the first 2 attempts to be rejected.Then you decide to limit my deposit to £200 a week, not knowing my funding and financial situation, advising about my time spent on playing slots.It’s my money and my time, I am well aware of the gambling tools available.I am a responsible person you obviously thought otherwise, and decided to control how much fun or money I should spend. Then from express payouts, to slow deliberate dragged out pay out.I would rather take my business to one of my other casino / bingo sites , you have lost a good customer.The 1 star is for the live chat room where agents were good and polite.

My 5 stars are not for the company but an employee named Amanda. She was amazing. It’s people like here that every company need. She’s unreal hopefully this company realise and promote her.

Wow! I couldn’t believe it! Bought few tickets of bingo and pays off well! Also Paul is very friendly and let me know when I can receive my winnings, obviously it’s Easter bank holiday so no delay.
