I deposited $500 for the superbowl and didn’t even make a bet on the sportsbook. I decided to withdraw my initial deposit the day after and now my account has been closed and money hasn’t been sent back. I’m not able to speak to a human being and get answers it’s extremely frustrating. Avoid at all costs!

Hey so I wrote a review about this scam company 6 month ago and let me share my story with u guys .. they stopped my account when I had 9087 and told me they would make bank transfer on Aug 26 of 2024 … money was always gets returned to them even tho I gave them my bank statement bank letter because they intentionally use wrong format to make bank tranfer .. they were trying to steal 9087 dollars from me but I wasn’t gonna let them get away like that .. they are licensed by Malta Gaming Authority and I made complaint told them they are scamming innocent peoples money ..3 days ago I finally got my money back on my credit card instead of bank account … 9000 dollars …. If they owe you money contact Malta Gaming Authority report to them ..do not use site guys ..

Scammers DO NOT USE THIS BWIN. One of the biggest scams I have come across. Opened account received email saying now that I’m all verified I can just start and play. So I won £6300 so I withdrew my winnings, so I received email saying further documents need for security checks. So I provided documents they asked me for, after nearly a week received email saying that my account was closed and my founds have been sized. So I call customer service asking why have they sized my moneys the operetor couldn’t give me an explanation. So now I have had to contact solicitors that deal with gambling issues.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS

Stay away from this casino! This casino is ridiculously unfair! I have played other casinos and rightfully so took it on the chin when I have played through my winnings but this casino is a joke! I have played £850 since November and I haven’t hit above what I have deposited in a single session, bonuses are practically non existent! I get you win and lose on these things but bwin does not give you the opportunity to win above your deposit amount. I have reached out to live chat twice about this and they state it’s a random generater however I do not understand how anyone could be so unlucky depositing on several different sessions and not winning! Its a shame as coral and Ladbrokes are excellent and I have found my self in the positive with them and the plays are actually fair where I don’t need to deposit loads to then win it back months later. Bwin doesn’t give you the option to win a 10th of what you have deposited save your money!!!

I have been invited to play the win a free bet for every goal scored on at least two separate occasions. Placed a bet and goals were scored but no free bets received. Hopeless company that breaks its promises. Bwin can keep its offers and webiste. Goodbye

I wish I had known about gamblerado before I deposited here … I’m beginning to think that Bwin spends everything on advertising and systematically cheats the players. The odds for sports and casino games are not good at all. You have to inform yourself briefly and then you win more.

I don’t like writing mean reviews of companies but I have to say something about my experience here. On Jan 1 I deposited $30 via interact. The money did not arrive but it left my bank account so I contacted their customer service and I was told that sometimes it takes a little bit of time for deposits to arrive.So I should wait 24 hours so that’s what I did. After 24 hours the money was still not there so I contacted Them again and they asked me to send proof of me sending my money. I sent them the confirmation from the bank as well as the statement from the day before(the day of the deposit) showing the money leaving my account. The said they will forward It to their operation department and will get back to me with in 24 hours. Then they emailed me saying it looks like the money did not arrive because the request expired but within 36 hours I will get a response. I don’t hear back for 4 days so this morning I email them saying it’s over 36 hours where is my money? They said they are sorry for the experience and I should send them proof that it left my account. Again I sent them the screen shots and bank Statements and told them to either send me back $30 or give me a $30 betting credit. They got back to me an hour later saying there is no proof that the money was sent and I should send them proof that It left my bank account, something I did 3 times already, and that they will forward it to their operations department(again). They are Mullipn billion dollar betting company. $30 means more to me than to them but they are scamming me out of it. Bwin give me back my money or give me $30 betting credit and I will take the review down. Otherwise I hope everyone can see how much of a scam they are. Thank you

absolute scam, i registered and got unregistered because I didn’t supply my documents…. I did this 6 times until I called them and asked why it still hasn’t gone through, all of a sudden it got registered.they canceled my account and the service told me to reregister ( apparently regular procedure ) Today I reregistered and won 1200 from 50, they once again canceled my account….. stay away, stay away, stay away.EDIT. all of my money was kept and nothing paid.

All these comments are a load of rubbish, i made a decent size withdrawal and read these then started to panick slightly, it was in my account the next day. no doubt most of these comments are from people moaning about welcome bonuses. I would add a screenshot but cant. Good casino.

I lost lots money in this site and withdrew 9087 dollars on Aug 26 th and I still haven’t got it yet ..Oct 31.. they used wrong format for bank transfer and money was returned to them .. only site that give issues to customers withdraw in Canada .. For over two weeks, I wasn’t winning and gave up with BWin and went to other sites.Now starting to realise that BWin isn’t as bad as I said. I got frustrated as bonus games weren’t paying good – or little to no bonus rounds. I felt like Bwin was eating back the £1000 win from last year.However, after trying a few different sites and feeling like they underperformed, it made me realise Bwin is probably much fairer than most I’ve tried. Least you get a shot at free games on Bwin…even if it is 20 here and there.Looks like I’m returning and sticking with Bwin. All these other sites are pure awful when comparing them together. Withdrawals are quite quick here too. Once processed, usually land in your account the same day.

I like that the website is simple and intuitive but they should improve the menus and make some design changes. Although it has a good range of games, it doesn’t allow you to make multiple with different bets on the same game.

Online poker is f****g crazy hahaha, in my life I have seen a place where you go with 90% and they hit you with up to 7 rivers in a row and you lose against that 10%, 7 times in a row is f****g crazy, and if you’re lucky you go with your pairs of aces all in preflop and you win with your 80% don’t worry that in the next one a bot will sweep you away, I can’t explain it or the people are too bad and they work for the casino itself because it is impossible to bet all your chips to see if you get the last card with less than 10% of it coming out

Making this review because when I was waiting for a large withdrawal to be approved I came hear to check the trust pilot rating and was worried after I had seen how bad it was.I woke up the following morning and my withdrawal has been processed and was in my bank with some advice to maybe not deposit for a while and enjoy my withdrawal. I never leave reviews but felt like it was needed as it is a very legit website with a good UI and easy to use website.It seems like most of the bad reviews have come from upset people who have lost all their money on slots – maybe don’t play slots.

You will go a few weeks, sometimes months without wins, but Bwin has provided me with some really great wins. I am still over +600 in deposits which says something. I have to admit, I’ve been one of those angry people when I’ve lost and wrote bad reviews, but the truth is, Bwin are fair you just have to give it time and some luck.I’ve won over 1.5k in total now. I deposit two amounts into my account at Bwin, but they do not appear on my Bwin account, so I contact customer service, both via chat and email, send a copy of the transfers and the ID number of the transfers, but Bwin doesn’t care, it is not their problem and I never got my money, either back or into my Bwin account. It is despite the fact that I also forwarded a copy of the email from the card provider that Bwin had received the money. It is a fraudulent site, and the case is now with the Danish gambling authorities and police.

Up there as the worst site I’ve ever played on.Gave it a break as I was just losing. No wins, no free games, nothing. Came back and nothings changed. I’m -£497.00 in total deposits and never once had a single withdrawal since 2023. The games pay out small amounts – if you’re lucky.
