Absolutely terrible bookmaker. Created an account, did their welcome offer, was granted the free bets and back up bets, to then be stake restricted to 80p on every bet I attempted to place (with the free or back up bets). Contacted their live chat and was told I was no longer eligible for bonuses (despite being given the bonuses already). I explained that this was not legal as they had not informed me previously and can not impose restrictions on my account for a bonus that I had already qualified for. As you would expect I just had scripted responses that did not answer the questions I posed. I accept that you will not offer future bonuses, however you can not legally prevent me from placing free bets I had already fully qualified for. Later that day I received an email stating that I was not eligible for future offers but could use the “full value” of any free bets I had already received. If I had not of contacted live chat, this would have been the first I was told of this. When I responded to them to show that they were preventing me from using the “full value” of the bets, yet again I was told that I was not eligible for free bets, despite them being on my account but only being able to use 80p of them and not the “full value”. I was then told that this would be escalated to look into it further and I would have a response in “24-48 hours”. It has now been a week and nearly 10 follow up emails from me and I have heard nothing. I have already raised a case with IBAS, as they are now ignoring my emails, when I point out that I was not able to use the “full value” of the free bets and will continue leaving negative reviews wherever possible. You have my contact details, so feel free to get in touch to describe why your non existent customer service feels it is suitable to break the law and then ignore me.

I joined and started playing in the casino a couple of weeks ago. When I had won £320 in winnings I decided to withdraw. I used my debit card and was told that I don’t know payment back to my account normally takes between one and three days. Five days later still no payment back I contacted BWIN via live chat and this is the response I received. “Well, as funds were processed on 13th, as per our processing times, these should have reached you by yesterday at the latest, however due to the delay it seems to be taking a little longer.”The so called delay was a message allegedly given by their technical team that there was an issue in funds being sent back to people’s accounts. I then asked how long the delay is likely to be and this was the response…. “Unfortunately, I am unable to confirm how long, but can assure you this is being investigated with top priority by our team”. This is outrageous considering casinos only deal with money in and out. Seriously how am I really to believe that they have a glitch in the system which stops them paying out winnings. I feel gutted I put my faith on them as a company and spent my hard earned cash with them only to be treated like this. All I want is my winnings back and now I just have to wait not knowing if they will ever arrive. Gutted

I pray everyone manages to read this before depositing.I’m not one to write reviews, most betting apps are okay, Vbet and now Bwin have certified themselves as the scammers of the bunch, Owned by ladbrokes group, but don’t expect the same experience as Coral & LB, I signed up and got verified, waited til weekend to deposit, once I did deposit they locked my account and claimed its for security and that I need to verify myself, which I already was. Customer service is someone copying a script, no email or anything claiming they need documents, just seems they’ve stolen my deposit and trying to put me off getting it back by going through a million hoops. Will update if they ever do “verify” me, but your better off using another site, any other site, or even just slotting your money down a drain, seems as effective.

I have been playing with them since 2012. I have never seen such a bad return rate, literally worse that in physical casinos, which have to pay rent, slots and employees. Winning is practically impossible on this website. When i moved to Austria, they told me my account was updated, when i try to withdraw, they tell me my address is still the Netherlands. The solution was to make a new account, and i lost my premium status, which was promised to be back, guess what, never heard of that again. Bottom line is: The return rate on the slots is simply horrible, no fun whatsoever, winning? Forget about it.

I have been a loyal player and had a lot of issues with customer services which is very sub-par. Withdrawals are very slow and often have issues. In comparison with competitors who don’t run their businesses this way, there is no reason for this that I can fathom.Recently I received a promotion for a free bet (I don’t usually sports bet) and took 3 chats and over 48 hours to find out why it hadn’t been settled – the terms of the bet state I have to wait for another match next week. The terms were not clear to me or 3 customer services agents and every time I contact customer services is half hour of wasted time and waffle. My time is clearly of no value to this company. I await the outcome of a complaints investigation but I will also be voting with my feet as this is the last straw. Why treat loyal customers this way?!

Although they advertise welcome bonuses, when you register on their website, there is no explanation of how to get the bonus, and there is no customer service. They pretend there is, but there isn’t.

They did a promo for new customers that changed the odd to x20. I did everything the way they said I needed to do. Even called them 3 times to make sure I was doing it right. Afterwards, did not receive the odd boost and when called they said I did it wrong and didn’t use the multi bet according to their system. My account says I did and I mailed them proof. They told me they would reply the same day. It has been 5 days now and still no reply, still didn’t receive the boosted payout. I thought false advertising was illegal but they’re a sponsor of Belgian football clubs, while doing illegal practices. So in summary, they’re tricking you i giving them money and if you win their promo, you will not receive it. So don’t bother to make an account. The customer support is friendly but they just lie to you in your face.I would give them 0 stars but that’s not possible.

Received a message stating that my identity was verified and my account ready to play. I deposited some money, received the confirmation but when placing bets, the account was still locked because of some further “secret verification process” not stated anywhere. So cannot play, cannot withdraw and cannot get my account unlocked by the customer service. A great company if you want to lose your money. I made an express of two matches, during the game they canceled the bet on Barcelona (photo) and calculated my express as a win with one event, but when there were less than 3 minutes left to play in the Barcelona match, they activated it again, took the £150 won from my account and calculated it as a loss

If I could give zero stars I would!! Stole over $2000 dollars from me. Signed up was apparently approved for everything. Played and got through their ridiculous rollover rate for match bonus. Wish I’d have read these before playing on this site. Terrible site for withdrawals and bonuses. My withdrawal and as I’m writing I am still waiting for it should take 4hrs max for faster payment and I’ve use coral and party poker regularly and they are all owned and operated the same and never have I waited any longer than 2 hours. Also played through £10 for 20 free spins and didn’t receive them and again filled in a survey they emailed to me and said 25 free spins would be credited on this day and again not received them.
