When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

False advertisement. If I could leave a photo here I would. Signed up lost my bet and got no free bet as stated I would on sign up. Sad site Sad treatment. Sites like this are obviously on there way out. Not worth the headache and unusual odds on games somethings not right here. In my opinion.

I will just basically say what everyone else did.Scamm and rigged games.6 different games deposit to play each not even a one bonus all games catching errors just to interfere with you getting bonus.They scumbags should be prosecuted.They deserve proper fee from gambling commission like some other sites.Hopefully soon it’s going to happen.Karma is always coming back and I’m sure those shameless thieves will pay.Highly recommend to avoid those thieves.Shamless without any qualities or dignity.

Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. A week on since withdrawing and im still none of the wiser and just keep getting fobbed off! 24/48 hours it will be sorted I keep getting told.. Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? This company should be investigated by the gambling commison as they are not adhering to the rules and regulations. Please dont give me the indignity of providing the usual company response. Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Keeps losing connection all the time..spent over an hour trying to get to the poker game..ended up having to waste £10 at casino as could not connect to play a poker game at all…poker does not work on PC as it is and doesn’t work at all properly on app either ..they are aware of the problem judging by other people’s feedback and disappointed that I have wasted so much of my time on this ..shame on you Grovesnor

All you hear about is be gamble aware i tried to contact Ladbrokes support via chat because my spending was getting out of control i asked the support guy in my own words please shut my account permanently not to reopen that wasn’t actioned i was then offered a £5 free bet i said no he then said £10 i said no please close and then was told before i action this i will speak to my manager he then said £50 free bet . if you asked a drug addict if he wanted drugs maybe once or twice they might say no but 3 times im absolutely disgusted as the very next day i spent close to £2000 in deposits and that should never have happened if my my request was taken care of . i get that companies don’t like losing your business and want to keep you like cable tv sky virgin media or whoever but people don’t commit suicide over losing a tv package they do over gambling.

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didn’t have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Like others here on Trustpilot, had an account for around 8 months but as soon as you start winning they don’t want to know you any more. Was restricted to a maximum liability of £1! so requested a withdrawal of my total balance which is when the fun starts! Was asked for proof of ID so sent them everything, even things they didn’t request, however that still wasn’t good enough. I was told a scan of my passport was blurry and unacceptable, despite having sent the same scan to various other bookmakers over the past few years who had no problems with it. Two weeks after withdrawal request still waiting for a not inconsiderable £3,800 and haven’t replied to emails I sent them. Use this company at your peril!

My account is closed around the end of July 2021. At first, Bwin said it was about document verification and requested for necessary documents.
I sent the necessary documents and account verification has been completed.
However, Bwin has kept my account closed and told me that a match I betted was under investigation and your account will be closed until the end of the investigation. Bwin could not provide any time frame for this investigation because they said a 3rd party is doing the investigation. This means Bwin can keep my account closed and hold my money as much as they want.

I have deposited around 150 EUR into my account. Right now there is around 250 EUR in my account. I cannot see the exact amount because my account is still closed.

It has been more than 2 months and there is still no update about this investigation. I do not want to use Bwin anymore. That's why I have requested a manual withdrawal 1 month ago. Bwin has escalated my query several times but they always answered me that they cannot let any withdrawal because of the investigation.

The last response of Bwin on 01.10.2021:
'Until we hear back from this investigation, no activity is allowed on the account. This is throughout the industry and not just Bwin. As this is a third party, we have no influence on timescales or the outcome of the investigation.''

SCAM PLACE, worst casino I ever played.
The statistics are completely in favor of them , the opposite will always come out of your bet whatever it is. AVOID and go to another website with your money.

Regarding bets, during champions league matches, the website was down 2 different days during the event,preventing being able to close bets at that time winning.

Not great so far gotta say, their overall system RTP for casino games is so heavily weighted in their favour. Even games which typically have good returns, such as Age of the Gods, sucks on this site. I came for the variety of games and Im probably gonna leave because its impossible to get a single win even over £5. They've been given free reign to commit fraud and theft.
Very unusual for a company which is a subsidiary of LC International Ltd who also run Coral and Ladbrokes, (who by the way are much better). Its best you stick to those if you choose this bookmaker or its parent company to gamble with.
Please don't respond with "volatility" blah blah. I know how it works and this ain't it. You could play 1000 different games here and the outcome would be the same. You lose – they win.

If you're looking for free bets stay away from this site, I've put close to 10000 euro into this site in the last 12 months and have got about 5 free bets, absolutely awful, and I emailed them and they said it's on some kind of a promo scale or something which is complete bulshit, it's good for quick cashouts that's about the only reason I use it but am looking for a replacement site, the site also freezes alot, the customer service is terrible…..I have the emails and can confirm the money put into account, they're greedy,I took a timeout on pokerstars which is up soon, every week I got a free bet off them, I'll be back using them full time when my timeout is up, use pokerstars for sport betting if you want free bets or William hill aren't bad either….this is what I received……

It’s criminal how you can’t rate this website zero stars and your forced to give them 1.

I’ve spent over £14000 on the website on slots and mostly football betting. A net loss of over £7000.

Bwin closed my account and asked for some documents for the account verification. I have sent the necessary files. At first, they said verification is going to be completed in 72 hours. However, later they sent another e-mail and stated that a 3rd party is going to check my documents and there is no exact date or timescale. I contacted customer service and they did not provide any information for the reason for account closure and neither due date for the verification process.

Right now, I cannot access my account and cannot bet, deposit or withdraw. They do not provide any due date for this verification process. Because my account is closed without any reason, I cannot withdraw my deposit and winnings either.
