They claim to accept maestro, but be aware that this does NOT include debit cards.
When placing a bet on anything be aware of what time scale they specify. There is a chance that they wont directly indicate the time scale for which your bet is valid, (so they can basically legally scam you, even though it will specify somewhere in the website help center).
The website is slow and blocky. If you have a credit card I would recommend using a different site that is more open and clear with its users.
However apart from a bad starting experience, this site does seem to be secure and fun to use. Once you figure out where they slightly mislead you the experience is a good one.

Worst casino and sports app ever biggest liars and theives don’t play with them pls .! Bwin was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $16004 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. Avoid this site, they will make every excuse not to pay your winnings. It has been over 3 weeks since my initial withdrawal, but then there was an issue which was stuck on the final processing stage which had to dealt with the payments department. It has beenover two weeks since escalated to the payments department, and every time I go on chat, I would get the same response "will be notified within 24hrs"! Two weeks of the same response. So still have not received my winnings… And Jessica is the worst most disrespectful chat advisor with no knowledge I have ever come across. AVOID THIS SITE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE WITHDRAWALS!!

Bwin isn't a bookmaker at all, they just steal money from stupid people. If you aren't a complete moron they will limit you to 1€ immediately.

I would prefer to give zero stars. Bwin is the worst platform i have used! They Will make complications when you want to Cash out, until you play All you money and loose every Thing. At least they can answer when you write a mail explaining things, but they dont. Use bet365 instead.

Awful company. I took part in a new customer, bet £50 and get £50 in free matched bets offers and guess what – they never honoured the free bets. Never used them since and switched to Bet365

I have recently tried to log in again to place some bets, but my account has been permanently suspended due to "business decision". I've spoken to the Live Chat Customer Service and they refused to share any reason or explanation as to why my account has been suspended. And advise me to make a new account with another email address. Thanks but no thanks! Use a different website.

Bwin is not the problem. The problem is you. They do everything they can to organize everything so that you lose. That is their profit. Just like a supermarket who place all the goodies you like close to the check out where you have to wait and toothpaste and vegetables at the entrance. That is called a business formula. If you want to win you have to use a business formula and approach betting as a business and don't cry when you lose. I used to lose everything I had. I won 1 day and then lost the next. It is taking them weeks to approve a bank transfer that was already made and the funds are not credited in the account.

To be honest I didn't read any reviews before I signed up to this site, and I found it an alright site to use. Great selection of bandits and excellent for football streaming. And then I won £3000 on a bandit!! Wahoo!! The thing is when you sign up they don't ask you for any ID, So they ask for LOADS when you want to cash out, it's a pain in the ar$e, but the customer service are straight up. the casino is a scandal, while you are playing slots a notice comes up saying: "you have been playing for an hour, do you want to continue?" , when you click on the continue button the slot where you are playing disconnects from the server, so you have to log out and re-enter, when you have made the new connection the same slot totally stops paying even a dollar, and this happens every damn hour , shame !!!

One star is too much for this company. Upon signing up i was asked for my drivers licence, which is perfectly acceptable to me. I was told i could play and withdraw higher limits. Deposited 509 all in all and won 2220.36p. I cashed out and the problems started. They want more verification, so i send them utility bills, wage slips. 4 days later and numerous chats to customer services and they want my bank address, iban number, swift code, (id already Deposited via paypal and bank card, so they had this information) i send them the required information with an email explaining how stressful the situation was to me. They send my deposit back via PayPal (which is what thwy could have done before they made me jump through hoops with the banks iban etc). They have kept 1711 of my winnings amd permanently blocked my account. Please please, do not use this site.

Their devs are probably 5 to 8yo. It's the only rational reason to have that much bugs in a poker app, where you put your own money and can't reconnect to your tournament.

I made two deposits with BWIN and they wrongfully took a third from me. I brought the issue up with the girl on live chat who was unhelpful and rude. I followed the instructions she gave and was given more ridiculous demands by the customer service department. After providing the proof they asked for they wanted more, and when i told them i wasnt able to provide it in the format they requested they essentially said they wont help. I am currently again speaking to the live chat people who continue to be unapologetic for taking my money and generally unhelpful. I wish I had read others reviews before hand as its clear they are a terrible company and there are many other bookmakers available. I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Doesn't let you deposit via PayPal (random error), practically forces you to deposit via Mastercard, then doesn't let you withdraw via Mastercard and requires an Austrian bank account you don't have to withdraw via bank transfer. Chat support apparently ends the chat if you take 2+ minutes to reply.

I clicked through from a Google ad promising 100% deposit bonus and 50 free spins on a choice of slots. I've heard of bwin before so I sign up, deposit and wait to receive my bonus. Nothing. Now my funds are restricted and I can't withdraw them, so I contact support to ask them to give me my deposit bonus. They inform me that the offer is not available in the UK, there was no indication of this whatsoever on the promo landing page that I signed up through. They refused to fulfil the promise on the offer and instead credited my account with 100 free spins on starburst which is of no use to me fun-wise as I don't care for slots, it's just watching reels spin. 100 spins later and I've won £9.50, which is better than nothing but it's less than half the amount I was promised when I chose bwin and I would have deposited less had I known beforehand.
