Do not play here. Find something else, Betty, Ruby, Draft King and etc. This is the worst online casino. When I registered to the Casino Days my ID's were verified but my current address is not. But they accepted my $100 deposit even if my address was not yet verified. So I thought everything will go smooth. I even waggered the required amount of $3,500. So my balance was no longer a bonus amount. It is something that I am able to withdraw. I tried to contact chat support if they could verify my address so I could play and withdraw. They said they needed more documents to verify my address. I also emailed helpdesk and they just keep pointing out that address needs to be verified. Days pass by, I still making follow ups regarding my account. I was just confused, why would they take my deposit if ,y account is not fully verified? And now that I have sent all utility bills, statements with my address in it. They still make the same excuse that it is still in the process of being verified. This Online Casino is not being true their clients. They take your deposit and when you completed the wagered amount and documents they make so many excuses until you lose hope. I will never play with this Online Casino. Try something else please....

A great experience is great when you win. I have been a long time online -player. My single largest win was on Jan 1st, 2024. Stay away from this site as they have an excuse for every withdrawal scenario just not to give you any money even if its 100% your own money.I deposited funds and before even playing the game I decided to withdraw my own funds, however, they refused the deposit after 24 hours and advised me to play in the casino in order to be eligible to withdraw. This happened to my friend as well and my friend decided to play and actually won $1900 but they again refused to pay him and said that he was not allowed to bet more than $5 on each bet. That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. If he wanted to bet less than $5 it would have taken him years to unlock the funds with the wager rule.Just keep away from Casino days

So just try my luck and deposit $1,000 to get like 100% the match bonus. And on that night I win over $38,000. It was my luckiest day ever. And I tried to withdraw the money. And then the next day I check my balance. All my winning is gone. Only have 500 balance left. And then email them. And they reply to me said I was betting over $5 per bet. And I don't even know that policy. I noticed that after. But the this is little bit like shady I don't get it. Why they allow me to bet over $5 so if I lose they can take my money right? So if I win they got the excuse to void my winning. All those bonus are scam. Ridiculous 30x or 40x to playthrough, restrict games and limited your bet. And they set up all these trap you can still login on those restricted game and bet whatever limit you want. For them it's a win-win. And not just that. If you get some winning, they always try to delay your withdrawal on purpose. And I end up losing back to them. Stay away and don't claim any bonuses

They said the casino days that they will give 10 % weekend bonus on the weekends, I once received the same also but now yesterday when I lost, now they have not going to add the same, they are giving illogical answer. Customer service, spot on! If and when I needed help on something, the support team at Casinodays were front and center. Very attentive and made me feel at ease, always. I usually send funds into my Casino account by etransfer but if there's any problem the support teams would give me an answer right away . I have been playing on this site since long, but what I don't understand is their withdrawal process. Here is my story and I need a resolution from the casinodays team ASAP without fail. I have won an amount of 135000 INR on June 26th. And I have been asked for account verification, I got my account verified but haven't received my payments yet. I have withdrawn the amount in three 45k's in which I have received only one 45k and I am still waiting for those another two 45k withdrawals. CasinoDays what the heck you guys are doing since June 26th till date it isn't enough time for the payments to get processed? I have seen a lot of people facing the same issue, we need an answer and our money back, if not its a serious illegal offence mind you!!!!!
