My location would not work. I changed a setting but still said I was restricted from play. I spoke with Nora and she was very pleasant and helpful. I had to be redirected for emails because she said it showed They needed verification on my documents and identity which I said were verified so I sent her a screenshot and she also pass that along to the next people she did everything she could and I was grateful because customer service alot of the time seems like they don’t answer direct questions. I’ve tried over and over again to set limits, but all it does is give information without providing an actual link to do so. Then I tried to do a “self exclusion” same thing, information provided, but no way of doing it. Hit help, got Bot generated questions, but none dealing with my issue. Tried to email with the provided email on the site, nothing happened. If you’re looking for customer service or help, Casino days is definitely not the site to use.

They are the filthiest, most immoral scum of the earth.Back in 2023, I had begged Buusti, a direct sister casino of CasinoDays, to self-exclude me due to mental health issues and gambling problems.
