Instances of deposits not credited to player account on time4. Bonus is a big scam and trap to cheat customers and make them lose their money. Certain bonuses are taken off promotions midway when a customer has fulfilled the requirements. Richa is a big scamster. FIR has been filed against her. Soon she will be arrested. 5. Verification only needed when you win big6. Gaming issues were incorrectly money has been debited. Had raised with evolution and it was proved as Casino Days operations issue. 7. Deposit by card asks for deposit amount in rupees and credits in rupees. But transaction done by your payment company in $’s which results in FX and TCS. Have paid close of 3 lacs in such charges.8. Non responsiveness by VIP manager Richa and management. They are clearly targeting Indians with bonus scams and illegal payment providers and methods.

Absolutely terrible experience!! I’ve played on alot of sites and can recommend a bunch of other sites way better to play on. I signed up to CASINO DAYS and did they’re verification process I was approved on all the requirements they asked for, so I made a deposit and as soon as I did my account for restricted and was told to contact customer service, I did and they told I’d recieved an email stating why, takes an hour I get the email and they wanted proof of employment and a selfie … Which was really odd considering I already did wveything they asked for upon signup and was allowed to deposit… and as soon as the deposit was made they asked me for other requirements, super unconvince but I sent them required items and my account is still closed, the customer service on chat is absolutely useless and almost seem automated because the answers they give barely answer what I ask.. they keep saying we’ve escalated this to the proper team and will get back to you soon, and it still hasn’t come in…vso I said let me withdraw my cash and I’ll just go play anywhere else. Sir I won 9,00,000 rupees and I have all the evidence for winnings and I loss 1,00,000 and after that I withdraw 8,00,000 after that app says verify your account so I verified my account also but after that my withdraw automatically cancelled and 7,97,000 is debited automatically from my account and when I ask then it says that 7,97,000 is Confiscated money, Sir I am sending you all proofs and I am requesting you to get back my all money bcoz its my winning amount and I have all proofs so plz get back to me my amount otherwise I have to take action against Casino Days bcoz its cheated with me so I am requesting you plz help ,Thanks

If I could give a rating lower than one star I would. This so called casino has been withholding My winnings from me for about a week now. They keep giving me BS reasons like wrong account information or I didn’t input my beneficiary name which is totally false! Their support team is completely useless, and they might as well be politicians because they can never answer any of my questions. If I ever receive my winnings, this will be the last time I ever deal with casino days.

Would less if could signed up won was at 145 cashed out after wagering 800 almost they canceled it saying you can only withdrawl 50 of non deposit bonous says it stated buy its not then closed other pepoles accounts that live in same house but own appartme ts saying you can’t have more then one person on ip address which they all have own also took my remains money saying because I tried to withdrawl more then I was allowed ? When I had 145 and stated I could withdrawl 100 customer support is horrible and slow at responding don’t use this site as they are scammers

This site does not know how to function and has no intention of paying its players. Customer service is atrocious. I put a restriction on my account and then requested to remove it. Two emails stating it was removed and clearly still there after two days. I don’t recommend this site.

Don’t think of gaming here, there withdrawal process is pathetic, there are many websites where withdrawal can done and credited in max 1 hour, chat support people just copy paste like gramaphone. These people take 8 days to credit if weekend comes, and the day place withdrawal they process next day and after that you need wait for 8 days…so just calculate if you need your winnings you need to wait for 10 days ….super policy they have to keep customer happy and asking them to wait for 10 days to get there money

Its basically a scam. my withdrawals cancelled multiple times and they gave me the same reason that is MY BANK DETAILS ARE INCORRECT. so maybe I thought might mistype it but how can I mistype my very own details for 1000 times. So the next solution they gave was try another method of transaction. so I tried using EzeeWallet and again cancelled . so when i ask them the reason . Again THE DETAILS INPUT ARE WRONG. I put a deposit request 15 days ago and till now the deposit amount has not been refunded or credited to the gaming account on CasinoDays.com. I had made a successful deposit of minimum Rs.300 through UPI. During 15 days I also sent 15 to 20 emails on support mail but they get only one answer so screenshot, bank statement send but I have already sent paid screenshot and bank statement how many times casinodays.com scam stay away from it all my indian brothers and sisters

Canadian user, verification process was easy to follow complete through email. Once verified, I tried a bank transfer with no luck. So I then tried the e transfer method and it worked well recieved the deposit the next business day! I enjoy the layout of CasinoDays a lot compared to other sites I’ve tried on the past. A new favourite for me here!

I’m reviewing to casinodays india site. Using this platform since 1 year and never had issue with withdrawals. Usually receive it same or next day in my bank account. My highest withdrawal was 96k and never withdrew more than that so not sure if above 1 lac will take time or not.My suggestion is as soon as you make your first deposit contact customer support and do your kyc and update Your bank details.
