I am regular user of this gaming platform for long time and promoting this on social media as well as in my friend circle without any extra benefit or any sort of commission as they really have VERY GOOD customer service (prompt response) as well as easy withdrawal (get funds in less than 24 hours) as well as deposit process but at this juncture I felt stuck as its more than 3 days verification process is still pending and no response from them since 3 days and dont know how much more time they need to verify the documents.

I thought I'd give this site a try and gave it a week. I didn't care for the fact the minimum withdrawal has to be $20 as well as the minimum deposit the same. I play on another site where you can deposit as little as $10 if you wish and the same for withdrawal. The other thing I noticed was how many 'dead spins' I'd usually get...over and over and over. Not fun. Closed my account tonight after making a deposit and it was gone in about 2 minutes with mostly dead spins once again.

After my last review they verified my account in 2 days. So it took 9-10 days for them to verify my account. After that I have withdrawn an amount of total 25 lac on 19th of August 2.57PM IST. It's been now around 48 hrs but it seems they don't care about my withdrawal. When I try to get response from chat, everytime I receive an email stating that our special financial team is processing your transaction. I don't know what to react but it's really frustrating that I can't withdraw my earned money from last 12 days. Hope they will find this review as very negative impact on their company and will resolve my withdrawal asap.

I withdrew 313000 on last Saturday. They did ask for verification process. As soon as they asked I uploaded my Driving licence as an ID proof and an Aadhar Card as my address proof under their requirements. After 8 days my verification is still pending as they rejected government issued address proof. After that I uploaded another proof of address then they approved it and ask for another ID proof. Meanwhile I emailed them regarding this matter as well, but no reply from them after 72 hrs as well. I don't know when they gonna approved my verification and will allow me to withdraw my money. Be aware guys. If I don't get response from them by tomorrow I'll definitely go legal way for sure.

More than 24 hours after sending an email, I am still waiting for a response. I have requested withdrawal of the minimum amount allowed but there is a delay. There is no acknowledgement to the email sent. The chat support is not satisfactory as it is automated. No response on the email. How to get in touch. Request you to please not give scripted reply and resolve the query as soon as possible.

One of the most terrible experience so far in all the online casinos I have played is with CasinoDays. First of all they don't ask for account verification at the time of depositing the money but as and when the player wins and tries to withdraw the winnings, they ask for account verification which is super slow process. They claim on their site that the verification takes about 24 to 48 hrs but it's has been more than 96 hrs now and my account is still not verified. And they just lie that they have 24/7 customer support. It's just a bot which gives the scripted replies. Also their email support is a shitshow. No one replies to the mail over there on time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to play in CasinoDays.

I had opened a account through a email account. One day this account was not opening so I signed up through other account email account and deposited Rs40K. After some winnings amount reached to 75K which failed to withdraw quoting technical error. When I told it's my other accont they confiscated my entire winnings of Rs75K quoting their article 3.2 and 3.5 where a person cannot have 2 accout IDs. I provided all the documentary proofs based on which they should have transferred amount from one accountto another while permanently closing one of the.. But they have done this is just sheer fraud on me.

For withdrawal of my 25K, I have sent 8 back to back request in last 8 days and each time these guys say withdrawl is successful, however later within 24 hrs I receive a email that withdrawl failed. Reasons quoted are absurd like space left while writing bank name, technical error occurred, bank code incorrect etc etc. this has been going on for everyday for last 8 days. They never respond to the query made on their email stating withdrawl email.

I tried to self exclude myself from the casino and could find no way to do it. No time out or exclude is available on the site. Every attempt I made i just ended up back at the same place with zero way to exclude myself. Finally after I googled how to exclude myself I was able to send an email to ask for help. I have won Rs 128000 on June 14th I have applied for withdrawal on 14th at 11.42 PM for 125000 but it didnt get processed . I have been on this app for 1.5 years earlier I was on Parimatch. I permanently close my account . Oh my gosh I cannot praise this casino enough. It was at this casino that I won my first big jackpot. I believe it was around $58,000.00. I was so impressed that I didn't have any issue getting paid. In fact it was in my bank account all within two days and that was way before this same day stuff that you see now. My highest praise goes to my ex VIP Manager George. I have a new one now but I sure hope you cloned him before he left cause he truly was second to none. They find any excuse not to pay you. If you look at other reviews, you'll see this trend. They are unscrupulous, condescending, arrogant, and their business practices are highly suspect. Their terms and conditions are unrealistic for a player to follow, and they are enforced when when it works in their favor. YOU WILL NOT COLLECT YOUR WINNINGS!I have filed a compliant with the regulatory agency in Ontario. I am attempting to start legal action. They are being uncooperative in providing their legal name, address, email and phone number so they can be served.
