Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work… I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you. I was playing roulette and my number came through and I would have won £3500 but instead a message comes bet rejected after saying bet accepted . So I need to stop gambling full stop . Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. Start £100 you start playing and might get a £4 to £5 win (play with £1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between £1 and £35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you £60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don’t waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show £1.60 bonus’s as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over £100 to get them which some people might say well that’s gambling… no that’s ripping people off. Delivery of item kept getting delayed. I had to do all the chasing and was told different messages by phone than by email response. Item only a small stool and so wish I’d gone somewhere else now as the quality wasn’t worth waiting so long for.

I purchased 6 Wycombe chairs and a bench, and two Shoreditch carvers in the summer of this year. I paid upfront even though there was a delay on delivery, which was fine. I took part delivery on the 261021, however 4 out of the 6 Wycombe chairs were faulty; they have a wobble, I suspect they’ve warped during transit. I emailed customer service on the 27th Oct, 30th Oct and 4th Nov. I then found an email address on Trustpilot and contacted them direct on the 10th Nov and on the 14th I sent a message via Instagram; not once have I received a response or even an acknowledgment. I can’t even begin to express my shock at the complete lack of customer service from Neptune. Their furniture is not cheap, they pride themselves on quality. I’ve saved and saved for my dining furniture, I’m so upset and disappointed ?

I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more I’m loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I don’t win anything, they’re saying I didn’t win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don’t think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. Very happy overall with the service we received from Neptune Belfast. Signed up for the “welcome” offer. Placed about 6 small bets to test the waters, (I don’t know alot about sports so stuck to £5 or £10 at a time). Saw an offer where they had boosted the odds so decided to take a leap of faith. Deposited £20, which they accepted, Tried to place the bet and was told my account was restricted to 50p bets. No email, no notification, I had to go on live chat to find out.I re-read their Ts&Cs, apparently they reserve the right to ban/restrict you if you like “low risk betting”. My local store is the York store and without a doubt Neptune in general has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Recently Lyndsay from the York store went above and beyond for my needs and the store is always immaculate and the staff so warm and helpful. As a fore-statement I’d like to suggest you come back to me to find out what the end result of this is. It will determine wether anyone should go near Betition with your money or not. I played roulette on the 8th November after depositing £60 into my account balance. I don’t know if you’ve played Lightening Roulette, but I had £6 on #31 , which had a 500x bonus on it for that round. So if you do the math, you can figure out that it was really my lucky day. I was joyous as I withdrew the £3000 I had won, thinking all the while of how Christmas has been saved. Now, as the days went by, and many chats on the live chat service which by all accounts is a pretty well run service, however they don’t always know what’s going on, they kept telling me as it was approved on the 9th of November that’s a Trustly withdrawal takes no more than four days maximum. It is now eight days and still I have nothing in my bank. I’ve spoke to them about this numerous times as you can imagine and I have had to send my bank statement photos in to prove that I haven’t had the withdrawal yet. This is obviously very concerning for me as they are calling it a missing cash out. They have told me to be patient and wait for the finance team to look into it properly. I don’t know how long this is going to take or which path it’s going to go down but I will keep you updated as to what happens. Ideally I do not want to be telling everyone to stay clear of this horrific money stealing place, rather telling people that sometimes every company may have issues but they can be easily solved like this case. Please check back in a week So I can hopefully give you an answer.

All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they can’t even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.
