I would rate the products very highly. High quality finish and lovely finish. Really well packaged and protected. My disappointment was in the length of time one part of my order took to be delivered. It was over 5 weeks from ordering which was a week after the estimated delivery date. There was not much communication to explain this. Overall, I would buy from Neptune again but would be wary of long wait times.

The products are good but the customer service is poor - my estimated delivery date was 3 November. I emailed on 6 November to ask where they were. No response until 9 November by which time the electrician had been and gone.

Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Almost 48 hours later I’m still being told that it is being investigated by the sports team, some sports team they must have not knowing the result of one of the biggest sporting events of the weekend. Avoid this company!

Aside from the fact that the site is dreadful and they ban winners (see previous review), you should be warned that getting your money back from Fansbet can be extremely difficult.Like many other second-rate bookmakers, Fansbet will make you jump through some ID hoops, but get this - a bank statement isn’t enough, it has to be physically stamped by your bank! In this day and age of technology, Fansbet want their customers to go into their bank branch and ask them to stamp a statement just to get their own money back from their Fansbet account. It’s an utterly ridiculous and unnecessary step that Fansbet will claim is required for their Know Your Customer regulations. In reality, they are just hoping you can’t be bothered to do this and you’ll forget about the money in your account. They’ll then probably declare the account ‘dormant’ after a while and take the money. No other bookmakers require a stamped bank statement. You don’t even need a stamped bank statement to get a mortgage, yet you apparently need it to withdraw funds from Fansbet. Hilarious. If you’re intending to win, don’t use Fansbet unless you’re happy to take a trip to your bank and get a statement stamped…

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.Just to update this review that mansionbet have replied to my original review.As I stated previously I totally accept that I breached the terms and conditions of the free bet as I did not read in full the terms and conditions but this was a genuine mistake and I hold my hands up.It is however the company's decision to not allow me to have those free bets recredited to my account as it was a genuine mistake or receive any further promotions or bonuses.

I've never worked for a more racist company where white people get more advantage over ethnic minorities I can truly confirm that the shop in ossett west Yorkshire is totally racist there is a female manager along with other csm's that are racist.suspended for no apparent reason other than lending some money to a mate and I was accused of soliciting to 3rd party betting,bs!interviewed in such a bad manner by that racist manager that i ended up on long term sick leave.a lot of my customers have now left coral and prefer to go into BetFred and William hill which is on the high street where I used to work at coral,a total joke and heartache,occupational health team were very helpful whilst I was sick but i ended up resigning as they wanted me to attend the same meeting and I couldnt bear going through that again due to my illnessapart from that I can't say anything good about the company only one thing my manager in the batley is ACE,she is the best manager in the world apart from her everyone else can go stick it where the sun doesnt shine

1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are "fair and honest" which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through....that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. I was told there was an error on the site, so I should of got my money back, but was offered £3 bonus to use on the faulty site ?. I work in the industry and can say in 10 years in the business, I have never seen a company where customers just lose and aren't given a game as much as you do with this site. Disgraceful...should be shut down, I hope the gambling commission check the reviews, not a single good one and shows they should be investigated.

I only bet on Sportsbook (horses). I am not at all interested in Casino or Slots (fixed odds where you will always lose over time.) So why are all the bonus emails about wager £x on slots/casino to get £buttons back.It’s a shame that all their bonuses are geared around Casino/Slots because it would be nice to be given a free bet no strings. BetVictor should be looking at the size of bets being placed and issue loyalty bonuses appropriately. You get nothing back from BetVictor. I am not interested in the slightest betting £5 x5. My average unit stake is £100.Other sites regularly send me £50/£100 free bets. Even the likes of PP and B365 issue weekly bonuses of £10. I’ve decided until I get some recognition I am going to bet elsewhere (which is what I do most of the time).

I went to the Chesham shop and bought a bed . The staff were fantastic and rang me with updates when there was a delivery problem . The bed was delivered with no problems and bed is just what we wanted . I will definitely be returning to the Chesham shop .

This site is fab to start with..I did really well with the first couple of times using it. Literally the minute you withdraw its like your paying back what you took from them. Endless empty spins and the minute you win a couple of quid the games take it straight back off you. It's not about the major win for me it's the taking part. They manage to suck all the fun out of the games. Closed my account and then convinced myself it was probably me having bad luck so reopened.. deposited 30quid.. gone within minutes ..empty spins yet again. So disappointed..I actually thought it was a fair play site. Obviously not. I Must admit the customer service is good and the payout is relatively quick.

Betway stole my winnings. I tried to withdraw my account. Received an email stating they couldn’t process my funds. Tried to contact customer services and email and live chat shut down. I left a bad review and someone contacted 4 days later from the UK. Said they would look into the matter and would call me back 2 hours later. It’s been 2 weeks now. I checked my account and they deleted my withdrawal so there isn’t a record of it. It’s a 100 percent scam.

Look at how they replied to my previous review simply just referring to that same rule again that bets cannot exceed 50% of the bonus amount this is all these scammers keep doing. Simply making a bet bigger than $100 is no reason to steal my entire account balance. This site did nothing to stop me or warn me when i placed those bets, when they 100% should have if it meant they could just steal my entire account balance. Fansbet is run by crooks and thieves.

Absolutely disgraceful. Let me deposit no problem and also withdraw an initial 50 pounds but when I won a few more bets and went to make my second withdrawal magically my account was suspended. I contacted them and they said I had to send a ridiculous amount of info and documents in for verification. I finally caved and did this today and have sent 2 different copies of my documents that they claim have all been blurry and cropped and they can’t read them. Everyone photo is perfectly legible and complying with their requirements. Given up at the point PLEASE don’t considering joining .*update* refusing to accept any letters with my address and name and dated within 3 months. Saying they need a bank statement. I don’t get bank statements! No personal response just automated every time. Stealing from me basically.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing - effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically - meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!
