Bonus rips you off. Be aware of winning a game bonus round within a spin in a game. I learned to take a screenshot the instant i won a bonus with the game i was playing cause ive had it freeze so many time that i have still to this day which is 2 months later or even a year latet where ive still not had my complaints and proof privided as well, i still have yet to get what is owed to me. Its rediculous If a game freezes and im providing the proof that it has and casumo has also been replying to me saying yes i see that is what happened but respond after to say they have sent a complaint to the game privider amd will get back to me withing 24 hrs. Well they never do and when i get bacm to thwm i still get no answeres or even a simple accomodative free nothing because of tgw hassle… nothing… just the same, clear your cache and try again and of course when u reopen the game its as tho the bonus round was never won and the games unfrozen as if you never played it to start. That is steeling and a terrible way to runna company. At first i though, just my luvk of course itd happen to me if anybody at all. But now thats its happened more then 20x i know it cannot jist be me it happens to…Positive note is how fast their withdrawal is when u make one and as well as when u deposit to casumo its instant. Only positive I’ve got.
