I learned to take a screenshot the instant i won a bonus with the game i was playing cause ive had it freeze so many time that i have still to this day which is 2 months later or even a year latet where ive still not had my complaints and proof privided as well, i still have yet to get what is owed to me. Its rediculous If a game freezes and im providing the proof that it has and casumo has also been replying to me saying yes i see that is what happened but respond after to say they have sent a complaint to the game privider amd will get back to me withing 24 hrs. Well they never do and when i get bacm to thwm i still get no answeres or even a simple accomodative free nothing because of tgw hassle… nothing… just the same, clear your cache and try again and of course when u reopen the game its as tho the bonus round was never won and the games unfrozen as if you never played it to start. That is steeling and a terrible way to runna company. At first i though, just my luvk of course itd happen to me if anybody at all. But now thats its happened more then 20x i know it cannot jist be me it happens to…Positive note is how fast their withdrawal is when u make one and as well as when u deposit to casumo its instant. Only positive I’ve got.

Worst site ever spent the whole day trying to verify my account to withdraw £120 asking for the most ridiculous things to verify which I still haven’t been able to do. AVIOD!!!! Deposit limit structure on the website is faulty, if you already have a limit set for example £10 per month and want £25 per week the system gltiches out after 24 hours and asks you to wait again upon waiting again it then glitches again and reverts back to your original limit of £10 per month, reported this issue since casumo changed the website design basically told i was lying or its my fault, now had the issue happen again and been told its something im doing, long time player of this website, but as others aswell never had no bonus offers or nothing, now a deposit limit issue again which is a pain…… time to move on elsewhere.

I have been a member of this site for over a year. Yes their withdrawals are fast (not that I have won a lot) & they have a large selection of games but that’s where it ends. They don’t like emails that questions them, for example if it’s negative and they don’t always answer you and if they do answer they have an excuse and you miss out. I have also noticed the difference in gaming if you send an email they don’t like as in I can play for ages and no sign of a bonus round even if playing the game for a long time, it’s fishy and I haven’t ever experienced that on another site. Stay well clear. I have put a recent date on but it has been ongoing.

I use their sportsbook and recently had an issue with my card expiring and having to process the winnings from an old bet to a new one. Absolutely joke stay away another bad online bookmaker staying away from them all now these absolute clowns blocked my game of roulette I was playing so it stuck to ask me to send bank statements and wage slips of proof of earnings didn’t pre warn me about this I replied saying I wasn’t prepared to send my private personal information to a online bookmaker just so I could carry on being a customer of there’s in the name of responsible gambling I do understand people do and can get addicted through gambling but so can alcoholics so we going to start saying people can only have two beers when they go out it’s absolutely ridiculous so I closed my account and asked them to transfer the money my money which was in my casumo account and I was playing with into my bank which 4 days later they haven’t and they refuse too so this is outrageous they have in fact stolen my money I’ve now contacted a solicitor who as told me this is illegal so I’m now in process of suing them for my money plus compensation I’ve now successfully sued three online bookmakers for similar things it all comes down to these ridiculous response gambling restrictions I think people like me will just give up and find another hobby been gambling for 40 years never got into any difficulties I own my own house villa in Portugal and 2 businesses financially secure for rest of my life yet these idiots trying to limit and tell me how to spend my money stay away from casumo online bookmakers there thieves

Exceptionally poor value for money, low bonus frequency and when you do actually manage to get one the pay out is rarely more than the cost of buying the bonus outright. There are much better value options available so I suggest you try elsewhere!
