Worst site ever spent the whole day trying to verify my account to withdraw £120 asking for the most ridiculous things to verify which I still haven’t been able to do. Do not waste your money they will rob you blind no all day iv spent reaching out as yous are asking me to also upload someone else’s I’d which iv told you I cannot I don’t have contact so you’ve told me the withdrawal will be locked until I do so which is impossible so ther basically telling me they’re keeping my money

Games are pretty awful and bonus offers woeful compared to other casinos. Games slots never award bonuses and the 20p roulette is a joke and I say that from comparing to other sites. One I will be avoiding in the future waste of time

AVIOD!!!! Deposit limit structure on the website is faulty, if you already have a limit set for example £10 per month and want £25 per week the system gltiches out after 24 hours and asks you to wait again upon waiting again it then glitches again and reverts back to your original limit of £10 per month, reported this issue since casumo changed the website design basically told i was lying or its my fault, now had the issue happen again and been told its something im doing, long time player of this website, but as others aswell never had no bonus offers or nothing, now a deposit limit issue again which is a pain…… time to move on elsewhere.

I have been a member of this site for over a year. Yes their withdrawals are fast (not that I have won a lot) & they have a large selection of games but that’s where it ends. They don’t like emails that questions them, for example if it’s negative and they don’t always answer you and if they do answer they have an excuse and you miss out. I have also noticed the difference in gaming if you send an email they don’t like as in I can play for ages and no sign of a bonus round even if playing the game for a long time, it’s fishy and I haven’t ever experienced that on another site. Stay well clear. I have put a recent date on but it has been ongoing.

Exceptionally poor value for money, low bonus frequency and when you do actually manage to get one the pay out is rarely more than the cost of buying the bonus outright. There are much better value options available so I suggest you try elsewhere!

CM’s review fueled my response by the way the company replied and glossed over his key points.The casino does have a hand in your outcome, it isnt just rng or random. The casino will request a particular rtp which game software companies now provide to the online casino and have done for 3 years and may range from 89% to 96.71% rtp. Online casino also gets to set win caps. Dont be fobbed off with all random audited rng tested etc. From there search on the internet for nerfed slots and learn what happened. educate your self play appropriately.

At first I was dubious about this online casino, but the 150% bonus on my deposit convinced me. I deposited £100 and received £250 in playing credit. I proceeded to play live Black Jack and and lost around £160. I then decided to withdraw £30 just out of curiosity, as my paranoia was telling me this is probably a scam site. To my horror, although the withdrawal was successful as I did receive £30 back in my bank. The rest of the money that must have been bonus money, just vanished into nothing! But this time they wanted me to actually take the photos of the documents and upload directly.They also wanted a picture of my face. After a few attempts the system kicked me out, stating I have made too many upload attempts. And to wait for someone to verify. I waited three days and still no green tick and funds were still locked. At this stage I came to the conclusion that I’d probably been scammed. So I decided to go to live chats. After typing in my predicaments the bot instantly passed me over to a human representative. She told me she’d reset the count and for me to re-upload the required documents. After this I almost instantly received the Green verification tick I was after. But still no clearance for my withdrawal. So decided to go back to live chats and was helped by Matts. He contacted the payment department and explained that the funds had been locked due to online security reason to do with my id verifications and having checked I passed everything he asked the payments department to verify and process my withdrawal which was almost instantly received. I have made one more deposit since then of £29 and withdrew £120 and once again it has locked. I don’t expect to have any problems with this one and it will probably be cleared in a couple of hours. So just to sum up. Everything seems to be legitimate. I have received more money than I have put in so far. Which is a good sign. The verification process is stringent but is understandable as you don’t get anything for free in this life. But I can see how those that don’t pass this process can see it as a scam especially if trying to withdraw winnings. The bonus seems more complicated than it needs to be so read the small print. Or even better look at it as credit given to just try out the games and don’t expect to be winning anything with it. Over all I’d say this has been a good experience as I have won more than I have put in. This would have been five stars had I not have had issues with verification and withdrawals. My advice is make sure you have all verification documents available or expect a delay in your payments. This is a legitimate online casino. Over all gameplay experience is top notch. Staff assistance is second to none. Only let down by miscommunication within other departments which can be forgiven considering how many players they have to deal with.
