CM's review fueled my response by the way the company replied and glossed over his key points.The casino does have a hand in your outcome, it isnt just rng or random. The casino will request a particular rtp which game software companies now provide to the online casino and have done for 3 years and may range from 89% to 96.71% rtp. Online casino also gets to set win caps. Dont be fobbed off with all random audited rng tested etc. From there search on the internet for nerfed slots and learn what happened. educate your self play appropriately.

At first I was dubious about this online casino, but the 150% bonus on my deposit convinced me. I deposited £100 and received £250 in playing credit. I proceeded to play live Black Jack and and lost around £160. I then decided to withdraw £30 just out of curiosity, as my paranoia was telling me this is probably a scam site. To my horror, although the withdrawal was successful as I did receive £30 back in my bank. The rest of the money that must have been bonus money, just vanished into nothing! So I’m guessing somewhere in the small print there must be something about making withdrawals before certain amount of play. So I left it at that. On my second attempt I decided I’ll give it another go and start fresh without the confusion of bonus money. So I deposited roughly £30. I played a few hands and was pleasantly surprised to be up £320. I Decided to cash out and make a withdrawal. And didn’t think anything of it, only to be faced with a message telling me I needed to re-verify my i.d, which I had previously done and passed. But this time they wanted me to actually take the photos of the documents and upload directly.They also wanted a picture of my face. After a few attempts the system kicked me out, stating I have made too many upload attempts. And to wait for someone to verify. I waited three days and still no green tick and funds were still locked. At this stage I came to the conclusion that I’d probably been scammed. So I decided to go to live chats. After typing in my predicaments the bot instantly passed me over to a human representative. She told me she’d reset the count and for me to re-upload the required documents. After this I almost instantly received the Green verification tick I was after. But still no clearance for my withdrawal. So decided to go back to live chats and was helped by Matts. He contacted the payment department and explained that the funds had been locked due to online security reason to do with my id verifications and having checked I passed everything he asked the payments department to verify and process my withdrawal which was almost instantly received. I have made one more deposit since then of £29 and withdrew £120 and once again it has locked. I don’t expect to have any problems with this one and it will probably be cleared in a couple of hours. So just to sum up. Everything seems to be legitimate. I have received more money than I have put in so far. Which is a good sign. The verification process is stringent but is understandable as you don’t get anything for free in this life. But I can see how those that don’t pass this process can see it as a scam especially if trying to withdraw winnings. The bonus seems more complicated than it needs to be so read the small print. Or even better look at it as credit given to just try out the games and don’t expect to be winning anything with it. Over all I’d say this has been a good experience as I have won more than I have put in. This would have been five stars had I not have had issues with verification and withdrawals. I don’t normally leave bad reviews even if I lost a lot but I feel this site took the , getting verified was a nightmare, it’s like they want your soul . The relevant team has informed me that it won't be possible to reopen the UK account until 2029, unfortunately.Regarding the paying out of the balance of €135.17, they rejected the screenshot you sent of the bank statement, since they need it on PDFSo they blocked my account and I've sent passport birth certificate, marriage certificate, dr letter hospital letter bank statements and they still refuse to pay! Thank god I only bet small as a test!! Beware folks

For those who would like to join and start playing, you shouldn`t. For those who are loyal customers of Casumo, you`ve already understood what I meant.

Waste of time. Despite providing verification docs (accepted), they refused to provide me the sign-up bonus, citing :1. Several accounts in the same household. - This is completely untrue. There is only one account at my address.or 2. Suspect that bonuses are not used in a goodwill manner.- How can they come to this conclusion when I haven't even deposited/played a penny yet ?Why advertise these signup bonuses if they are not prepared to honour them. Do not recommend this site at all as they have scammed me out of £1600 I requested a refund that took over 8 weeks to get a decision on which they said they can’t give me a refund I knew they wouldn’t anyway and now they have closed my account down with no explanation on why they have closed it people need to stay away from this casino site it’s a scam site and can’t see how they are allowing to trade still be warned people do not play on this site

I never give casino companies good reviews but this is legitimate. Ease of use and all the games included in bonus money. Plenty to choose from that I like. They are as per there terms & conditions. You do have to wager your own funds at the start but alot of companies do this. They have a choice of payment options. Huge choice of games. It's easy enough process to verify yourself also. Alot of casino sites are more hassle than they are worth but I wanted to write a good review about this one.

I'm not joking when I say this, my misses was playing £350 in NOT one single bouns, then me thinking it was 'bad luck' put £250 in within 1 day of each other and guess what? 1 bouns=£35. All the 5stars are FAKE AS HELL! And watching my misses and then myself deposit.. 100% a con of a website. Better ones out there than this good dam awful site. Reporting this site for sure as Spanish law provides protection against such sites. Criminals with a time limit as this kind of site will not survive. Reputation is everything and these have a fake rating as you can’t have just one or fives there has to be middle ground. They cheat lie and steal and they must be exposed for the Casino that they are. They are terrible and fake just don’t do it. Limited games and don’t fulfil their offer of 100% match with bonus.
