This is a legit casino and game play is good but I dnt recommend playing with them .They do pull some crafty moves. For a quick example. I was up £790 then i was down the £790 plus £560. I made a deposit and all off a sudden my account was restricted!Can’t play and slots instantly logs u out any valuables (Witch means rewards/ bonuses) you have earned Can’t be used. So they expire basically lose them.I was able to with drew £50 quid but still had £5 pound i didn’t withdraw and was unable to use for a month.I was told it’s a security check and my account be open soon ( was a month later )I was verified all documents completed So was no reason for my account to be locked My thinking is say 1,000 players get there account lock and they have , £6 ,£7 ,£8 pound still in there account and unable to use it or withdrew it from ur casino account.. that means casumo have a lot of people money for a month. Making interest off it, using it to do as they please.. just feels wrong that ur account gets locked for security reason..But the idiots let me withdraw the £50 pound I deposited to my bank.. took 8hrs. But I got it back Like I say it’s legit but they do pull tricks and when ask for explanations u get 3 or 4 different story’s on what going on with ur account.

Casumo had been a great online casino and I had been playing slot games for years with full of fun. It was always winning and losing in balance and their pay-back rates were great. However, after their recent big update and depositing a couple of times, I realised that they changed everything majorly. You can easily see that whilst playing. For example a bonus symbol or a winning symbol shows itself for a second and you can see the glitch or skipping. It just pulls it away. It wasn`t happening before. For those who would like to join and start playing, you shouldn`t. For those who are loyal customers of Casumo, you`ve already understood what I meant.

I never give casino companies good reviews but this is legitimate. Ease of use and all the games included in bonus money. Plenty to choose from that I like. They are as per there terms & conditions. You do have to wager your own funds at the start but alot of companies do this. They have a choice of payment options. Huge choice of games. It's easy enough process to verify yourself also. Alot of casino sites are more hassle than they are worth but I wanted to write a good review about this one.

Reporting this site for sure as Spanish law provides protection against such sites. Criminals with a time limit as this kind of site will not survive. Reputation is everything and these have a fake rating as you can’t have just one or fives there has to be middle ground. Basically there was an offer as usually i play here and not for the first time , if i wager 30£ then i will receive 40 free spins on pirots 3 slot game , i activated offer as usually, but for some reason it didn't even wagered for the requirement it needed, Basically it didn't activated a bonus even though i am 100% sure i did activated it. Someone used my card details to make payments to Casumo, I reported it and this is when the drama started... A chat agent (Maverick) tried to dismiss me by saying that no funds arrived to them (even showing a bank statement that they indeed charged me!). I had an account with Casumo, which was terminated in 2017 due to the business going away from the market (CZ) - I am wondering why they have closed...I talked to the support once again, as they are not responding to the email I sent them, the same thing happened - the agent was pretending he doesn't understand what I am talking about and didn't want to provide me with information about weather they have received the payments or not (for the record - the 4x transactions for a total of 600 eu appear as completed on my end). He said: if you had an account - we can check it, otherwise no. What is a complete non-sense! I was working in the Accounting field - know how these things work, so - a red point for them and a huge one! If someone is no well informed - they can gaslight them easily. I checked with my bank provider (Revolut) weather or not a 2FA Authorization was in place for the transactions and they too didn't want to tell me, but in the end they did - a 3D verification was in place. Which resulted to be a notification on your phone - not a hard-coded authorization with a password! Revolut said it depends on the merchant's payment system if they push 2FA or not. And Casumo obviously choose to not ask their customers for such a permission, so anyone with your card details could practically make a deposit on your behalf and when you report the theft - which I did - they make an idiot from you. I filed a Police report against Casumo and I am about to report them to the organizations who are their regulators. I am planning to do the same for Revolut as well in case they dismiss me as well, as 600 eu is not that much money, but it's about principles here. I expect a comment from Casumo to my review - as they seem to reply to the most of the reviews here, but, guys, don't bother to reply me here - I am already in touch with you and you do nothing about my issue, so a comment here would be like dust in the eyes, not worth it.

I signed up with £20 to receive £20 bonus and 50 free spins my first slot I spent my £20 and on a different slot I use my bonus £20 spins I won £200 the wagering requirements follow £20 was £1200 at the end of playing I managed to make £1870 so I decided to withdraw my £670 it then got refused. I spoke to customer service they said I need to send my verification. Once this is approved I should receive my money. The customer service I spoke to sent withdrawal of £650 and that I would receive it once my verifications approved. It was approved as but to another customer service and she says waiting requirements were successful. Give 1-5 days and the money shall be in your account. I gave 24 hours. I contact customer service again to ask why it's got a green tick. They said I breached terms of conditions and my money has been frozen very unhappy with this service avoid, also my account has now been paused can't access it lucky I have all screen shots to take this to gambling commission

Requested proof of affordability, I have no fixed income as a professional poker player but I showed proof of over £500,000 in investments.They said they are going to keep my account permanently closed and "it is an action taken with your best interest in mind." It has been about a month that someone has “hacked” and changed my login information (ironically after I had won a large parlay). They changed the email associated with the account and password. I still have over $1,000 in the account and over $1,000 in bets pending.I have sent emails nearly every other day since then and I have been given no update other than it is being investigated. This is such a simple thing to prove, I can provide proof of the name registered, I can provide ID, proof of address, and I own the email used to sign up still.My belief is the Casumo itself is the one who “hacked” my account because they weren’t happy I hit a big parlay, and are afraid I may hit another one with the pending bets, so they locked me out of the account.

This is one of the worst customer’s experiences I’ve ever experienced! I’ve paid through Apple Pay and although I’ve sent all the documents they have requested they do not check what you send them. All verifications completed except the Apple Pay that they think it’s a physical card and obviously you can’t take a picture of that. They had no problem approving all my other details. The funny thing is that you are allowed to make deposits but then you are not allowed to withdraw for the reasons above. I’ve now recorded all my conversations with them and going to the gambling commission. Waste of my time and my patience. This is the first bad reviews I’ve ever written in my life just FYI

I registered on the Casumo gambling site and for a week, I entered the site every night and played. One night, when I ran out of money, I asked a close friend who was with me to use his Paysafe account, and I topped up my Casumo account with about £30 or £40 just once to continue playing. I lost everything and didn’t win even a penny. The next day, when I logged into my Casumo account, I saw a "verified account" message! They asked for my passport, driving license, and proof of my address. I immediately uploaded all the requested documents to my account and continued playing.The next day, when I logged into my account again, I saw that my passport, driving license, and proof of address had been accepted, but they also asked for another document. This document was related to the Paysafe account that I had used that night through my friend. I didn’t understand why they wanted it! That night, I had topped up my account with about £1,000 and lost everything, but I had earned around £500-600. My balance was £500. However, when I tried to transfer this money from my Casumo account to my bank account, I was blocked. I was told I needed to share three people’s ID details to withdraw my money! This was because Casumo’s terms and rules kicked in and blocked the transfer function.I began to feel like a fool whose money was being stolen. The reason is that if Casumo truly followed their rules, why did they allow me to top up and lose my money, even ignoring their own rules? Made a terrible mistake of coming back. It’s clearly RIGGED! Please, stay away!!!! I’ve had about 5 bonus paying exact same figure, £6.50. It’s rare to get a bonus when you play over 0.10p a spin. At one point when I was on a bonus round it lost connection. You can see they’re easily manipulating. I’ll self exclude. I’m done with thieves.
