Well I didn't know that the casino could take money from your bank account I won $250 withdraw it it was paid into my account then taken out twice so they reversed it 2 x$250 put my account in overdraft the bank said they have more or stolen from me have proof of this if anyone wants to view this

Total con…opened up an account and deposited £20,started playing the slots with real cash and ended up winning £35 on a bonus but only received half off that as other half went in to bonus funds which I think is a con as I was playing with real cash founds also they were taking 9p from my bonus funds with every spin I made which isn’t fair…will never use this site again and have asked them to close my account!!

Casumos slots have great potential and fair odds I won over 8000x my stake on a single spin my biggest ever win..When I did the first withdrawal I received it immediately and they approve withdrawals really fast.BUT.. I had to wait a few weeks to see most of the money actually in my bank account, there were problems with their payment provider and seems like its was not really the casinos fault.Casumos live chat and email support were good and it was all fixed, was just matter of waiting a while to get it all sorted out..!

Everyone should avoid using this company since it is run by completely incompetent and inept people. I’m going to make this very simple to understand, They are claiming they awarded me a free sports bet - they didn’t. I’ve been to the highest level with these people and they still can’t seem to understand! I cannot believe an entire company full of people who have looked at this keep coming up with the same WRONG answer. Initial welcome bonus for sports is 50% back up to £25 as a free bet. This only counts for accumulator bets and you have to opt in. I have screenshots showing the exact bet, both before and after it was placed. This bet was a 4 horse racing accumulator. THIS IS THE BET WHICH QUALIFIES FOR THE WELCOME BONUS! The box is ticked, the bet is placed with £20 CASH and it says SECOND CHANCE which is what it’s opted in for. They claim the £20 bet is a free bet! Slight problem, firstly (and I have got them to admit this via live chat) a free bet when placed and before anything has run has no cash out value - my £20 CASH bet (which they continue to claim is a free one) has a cash out value of £18.01 in the screenshots I’ve provided. How? This proves beyond all doubt that it is a CASH bet. Also, if I was awarded a free bet for the value of £20, where is the £40 cash bet I’d have had to have placed to get that £20 free bet? There isn’t one is the simple answer. I have presented the evidence and explained this over and over again, they are so stubborn and ignorant that they refuse to reply now. The value is irrelevant, I am going to take this case to IBAS just to prove these utter nitwits wrong. They have no clue about betting, I feel sorry for the complete twit who wrote 5 paragraphs to me in what seemed to be a professional manner only to back a complete falsehood. There is no way I am wrong and I wish I could post the images here for all to see. Everyone needs to know that the majority of staff who work for this company are at least one of the following: dishonest, stupid, stubborn or a combination of those things. You all also need to know that when they reply claiming they want contact to resolve issues from these reviews, they don’t even respond. They just try to make it look like they are the reasonable ones and the customers complaining are not. This is my final word on this until IBAS resolve it or somehow a reasonable person surfaces from this casino and admits they are wrong.

I wrote a review before but I’ve erased it because the level of utter ignorance I have received from their staff is astonishing.First I had a guy called Diego telling me that my bet which I placed on August 17 was my welcome free bet. I hadn’t placed a bet to qualify for a free bet yet, the bet he claimed was a free bet was actually the bet that qualifies. I proved this by sending in a screenshot of the bet in question before and after it was placed. This clearly showed the selections and the tick in the box confirming it was the bet I was placing to avail of their 50% back welcome promotion. Diego continued to deny that this bet was what qualifies as the ‘second chance’ promotion bet. Diego was absolutely adamant that I had received a free bet when I couldn’t have and didn’t! He claimed that the bet states the promotion and that it was a free bet! It was not a free bet, it was the first cash bet I placed as an accumulator which is the only type of bet that qualifies! I decided to go above Diego so I searched on Linked In and found a fellow from management, Francesco Postiglione. He too claims that Diego is right and that I have used a free bet! I had told Diego to close my account over this issue and this guy, instead of looking at the clear evidence, decided that he will uphold a complete lie which is easily proven to be so by the evidence I have sent in. I told him he would be named and shamed in this review. This is a case of complete injustice. I have never received any free bet, I don’t even know what it would look like yet they claim I’ve used it on a bet I paid £20 cash for. It’s not about the amount, it’s about the fact that you can show irrefutable evidence to management and they still deny it and claim something which cannot possibly be true. How can your qualifying cash bet be the same as the free bet before it has even settled?I will be reporting them to IBAS as soon as they respond unless they reopen my account and add what they owe.

Just like other people here are complaining, I’ve opened an account and started playing, but all of a sudden, they suspended my account. I lost my bet because they suspended my account while I was placing the bet. They sent an email saying they were going to terminate the account and transfer my winnings.Then, they sent me another email saying, “We are sorry, the account was suspended due to a technical error,” and asked me to re-register. So, I did. I won again, and they suspended the account once more. I sent an email and am currently waiting for a response. I have a feeling they are doing this to anyone who wins to prevent them from winning more money. I only give a four star review because I think there's no one or anything that is perfect although we wish there was so far I have no issues with the site which is shocking to say but true I have had no problems with it the game's are class the bonus and wagering requirements are beneficial I also 9p towards awards on spins that gives no wagering requirements bonus and I couldn't believe that I actually won over £250 pound with out knowing it was added to my credit I couldn't believe it that much I thought it was a joke so I tried to withdraw it and it did I was shocked when it hit my bank account and the speed of the withdrawal transaction is instantly done I don't even have time to put my phone down and I hear the chimes on my phone that money is received in my account it's like wow why can't other sites do this so fast it's crazy casumo is my number one choice so far it's balanced enough to give you back what is equal to the money deposited it's not one to rip you off as more to one where it respects your enjoyment and wants to keep you as a happy customer by giving back pretty much appreciated good site

I’ve played with Casumo for the past few months and have enjoyed every minute of the experience. Firstly their withdrawal system is outstanding, I have my money in my account within ten minutes of requesting it. Their live chat is efficient, courteous and helpful when ever I have had use it, recently spoke to Lucy and could not speak highly enough about her. I’ve played many casinos over the years none has come near the positive experience that Casumo has given me. I don’t always win, that is to be expected but when I do it’s so gratifying to receive your winnings so promptly. So well done Casumo you have gained a loyal customer from Ireland.

Which is a red flag. i have deleted my account and will never use this site again . being misled and lied to and support is extremely rude. I previously left a 5* review. Im afraid that has now all changed. Ive had some major issues with this casino now after i made a deposit and i stopped playing when i got down to my last £30 i chose to withdraw the rest of my money...i used trustly to deposit as i was having some issues making my deposits so i was told by someone in the team to use trustly. I used it for both my current account and my linked savings account. The withdrawal was meant to take a few days at most. Nothing came through, so i spoke with the team who told me the withdrawal bounced and they needed to resend it (found out later they were trying to return the funds to my savings account rather than my current account, to deposit into savings account different details need to be used , its a security measure the bank has) still nothing was received and i was told they needed bank statements to verify the account belongs to me, now i did EVERYTHING THEY ASKED FOR and on both sets of statements i had sent them you can CLEARLY see my name, address AND the transactions. Problem is my account number for my savings account is different to how it appears on trustly...again...security thing..i told the team all of this, ive even sent them copies of the messages which i received direct from the bank explaining all of this. I told them to just check the transactions and my personal details and that will prove the account belongs to me anyway. My savings account is literally attached to my current account, i requested for them to send my £30 back to my current account but they aren't listening. Im going through severe mental health issues right now and all of this has made me so much worse. All i want is my £30 back. Told them to close my account which they have done....very quick i might add. All of this stress and nonsense just to get my £30 which is rightfully mine anyway. They just keep saying oh the details dont match even though ive explained exactly how it works with my bank . they don't listen..steer clear of this casino...i thought they were gonna be one of the best but they are so far from it. If i have this much issue getting my £30 back id hate to see how they behave if your trying to withdraw a large sum. Casumo you have all the information on my account and all the chat transcripts so please do the right thing and return my funds to me. Ive done all i can to prove they are my accounts. Unfortunately, the negative reviews appear to be accurate. Deposited around £30 without taking out any bonus offers, requested around £70 withdrawal and immediate stalling on the withdrawal. There was a document request...nothing out of the norm here. Provided the documents right away, with a Casumo message saying the check would be a maximum of a few hours. 24 hours later still showing as under review, despite having the same address and bank account for 30+ years and an excellent credit rating. Contacted 24 hour chat and politely asked about the delay, more or less told it will done when it will be done and you will receive an email. Zero help or apology for the delay. I don't know how long they'll take.... I will keep you posted. But, if quick withdrawals are essential for your cash flow, I would say avoid. As an aside I've used MrQ, Spingenie and some of the larger operators, (Betfred, Coral, Virgin), recently and none have asked for verification on my one to four pound bets and I've successfully withdrawn from all, the longest being 6hrs and the shortest 10minutes. I'm not loosing any sleep over the amount in question but be warned if you win something more than the princely sum of £40, you may have a few sleepless nights, (or weeks). It's unfortunate as the User Interface is quite good, but that means zero if unfortunately the casino operates a one way system, of money in quickly without documentation and money out at a snails pace, if at all. It is concerning to see the amount of players on Ask Gamblers and Trustpilot not receiving their money. To them I would advise, if you've experienced difficulities the Gambling Commission will not deal directly with a complaint but if you go to their website and click their, 'Tell Us Something In Confidence Service', you can report your findings and they will collate the data and act as necessary when there is a clear pattern of unethical practice. Casumo have already been fined £6 million for social responsibility and money laundering failures. Remember Visa and Mastercard are your friends, if your withdrawals have been refused and you've made previous deposits....reverse them under the chargeback scheme, if you've legitimately played with the honest expectation of being able to withdraw winnings just as easily as depositing. Stephanie Peacock is the new UK Gambling Minister, pop a brief email to her and let her know who the sham operators are. Advertising Standards Authority, (ASA), also regulate how things are portrayed to consumers, so if you think something is misrepresented to you, then complain here too. It is a shame that the Know Your Customer regulations seem to be used as a tool against consumers instead of a protection, which makes you wonder about the company's liquidity, when withdrawals are routinely stalled. I'll update as I find, but think my Casumo days are numbered. Like a lot of players, playing an online casino is supposed to be fun with probably more downs than ups. However, when you do have an up day, who can be bothered with this level of hassle, when there are other more user friendly companies out there!! Must do better Casumo!UPDATE 18Aug2024: The pdf documents uploaded directly from my Nat West Group bank account showing the Casumo deposit and proof of address have been rejected as being too blurry. Hilarious. Contacted bank and asked if there is a problem with the quality of their pdfs and they confirm not - they are accepted for mortgage applications and loans. Forwarding the exact same pdf's to Gambling Commission and Gambling Minister to see if they have problems reading them. Time to out this outfit to the world. Media next stop, as not even about the money anymore.

Now they’re not paying withdrawals claiming they have problems on their site.They aren’t allowed to withhold deposits according to the UKGC. I created an account and has soon as i deposited, they paused my account and started asking me for a verification process. this is stealing and its against the gaming commission. 2k pending just like that. verification takes less than 20 minutes to do. why take our money and hold it in your possession just like that. I ask for a refund and they said i wont until be able to get my refund until the verification process is completed. now ill probably have to wait weeks just to get my money back

Casumo has possibly the best customer service I've had to date on any site, aswel as a super speedy verification with email updates when it was verified. Honestly never had such a fast easy verification and it's nice knowing I can now play and withdrawl any possible winnings without delay. I've had an account with casumo for a while but not used it much. After seeing how quick they were to verify me and how friendly the team was I will definitely be using this site more often now. So far in the week since signing up my experience on the casino side has been dreadful. I've made probably 10 deposits which have returned zero gain. Casumo offers the lower rtp versions of games and these always return badly. The customer support was very friendly, polite and as helpful as they can be with thier limited authority.
