Very disappointed with the way they deal with withdrawals. I have submitted my documents, been verified, withdrawn the first and second time; afterwards, when I had another withdrawal, they asked me to submit a video with my passport in my hand exposing my face. I was not comfortable doing so, however, when trying to submit my document, the system couldn’t recognise it. I was given 14 days until my account will be closed, no withdrawal,by the way. I will contact the ombudsman, as customer service was useless.I do not recommend this site.

Casumo is not what it used to be I used to win thousands and then they got done (fined). I don't win nothing, after depositing everyday for the last month give or take and barely don't get passed $30 nz Dollars. Don't waste money on this rigged site. I just joined a few days ago and I have to admit that hit started off good. I won $750 and $1250. I made a withdrawal and the money was in my bank account in less than 30 minutes. Then I made more deposits and got it up to $3,000 but when I went to withdraw, they told me that I couldn't withdraw the money. They then locked my account because of suspicious activity . All this because of the number of deposits I made. This isn't right. Especially since they asked me if I wanted to set any limits and I said no but they still locked my account because of my deposits and now I cant deposit anymore .
