I’ve had issues in the past with connection issues as far as the live casinos go. I’ve recently been using the sportsbook. It’s pretty sharp and fair. Definitely some of the fastest withdrawals I have seen. I have to give credit where it’s due. This company is trying to supersede, lend them your business!

This site isn’t good in any shape or form, they dangle a couple of small wins for you and once you are hooked you never get a decent drop again. The site is that bad I’ve self excluded. I don’t mind losing I’d just like a win every few hundred quid but no chance on here.

I would write 0 stars I got a bonus on 80p it locked me out and when I went back in it paid what I put in to get the bonus and didn’t give me the bonus when I spoke to customer service he is blaming me as he trying to say I choose to spend money and how my bonus lasted ten seconds more I was like no there is three different bonus you can choose from when it comes up and you get to choose I never choose none and it locked me out then his response was I choose to spend money I know gambling you loose but I will never trust this website again as fair and square I got my bonus and the guy in customer service live chat never even looked into what happened you live and you learn when websites don’t want to pay they rig the website I believe

Seems that this website holds a lot of lag and just when you’re about to get something, like a bonus, it “lags”, not just that, you spend more than the times you win. Like I put £15 on and got between 8p and 25p about 7 times. I always bet lowest as it seems to help build money up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. Worst site I’ve had a go on. Sorry.

Closed my account a couple of years ago. They wouldn’t close it they just paused it. Asked to reopen it and they wanted 4 different things sent in. I understand the ID and proof of address but they also wanted my pay slip and..wait for it.. a photo of me holding my photo ID lol surprised they didn’t ask me to send a video of me dancing also. Very weird. Customer service rep was friendly and attentive on the live chat, not their fault the site has those daft rules.

The customer service is absolutely excellent especially one representative called Phoebe. Very courteous and helpful. Answered any queries I had regarding withdrawal. I won twice in the last few weeks and even with the public holidays it was in my bank account within a week, last one after the public holiday only two days. I love the customer service the ease of payment and withdrawal and the overall service A+++++++ in my books

I am very satisfied with the customer experience i was provided with by Joanne who not only resolved my issue but also showed care and empathy. She resolved my issue in minutes and my withdrawal is being processed now. I have made maybe not 100 but dozens of withdrawals at Casumo without any issues regardless of the amount and i receivevthem almost instantly. I dont know why the overall score is not higher on this review site but from my personal exp at casumo for the last 2 years, it deserves a five star rating. Joanne as well as Miguel who handles accounts personally are fantastic.

Many many years ago used to be alright. I self excluded and after my time they didn't wanted to reopen account again. I had to argue. Finally reopened but made my deposit limit 10£ monthly. What games you can play with that?, try few spins and wait for the next month to try play again?

Meanwhile, I invested in both companies at the same time.So, If you care about your money and financial health, I will advise you to run far away from here with your capital.I have also just learned that many have also been unable to receive a refund as the site says. Many people have been blocked in the company chat for simply asking what's happening. Eventually, they ignore you completely. Many have lost their betspeople should know that thieves here have a license for total and very brazen deception, everything is set up so that you don't win anything and there's nothing more to add, just don't play here . Casumo is pretending to be following all of the rules, especially when it comes to Ontario gamblers, as only certain games show, and they have links to Connex Ontario, etc. However, they are extremely lax in other areas when it comes to self-exclusion in order to benefit themselves.I self-excluded from Casumo in 2020. My records indicate it was supposed to be permanent. Casumo is stating 6 months. They very well may be correct. However, Casumo is being extremely shady when it comes to how they are NOT protecting those addicted to gambling.#1 - I did NOT give consent for Casumo to re-open my account when this term expired. However, after 6 months, they automatically re-opened my account.#2 - I did NOT give consent for Casumo to automatically resubscribe me to receiving marketing/emails. When they re-opened my account, they started sending me emails again, which was a trigger for me. I had forgotten all about Casumo until they started doing this.#3 - Once in 2020, I closed my account but did not self-exclude. They sent a questionnaire asking questions before they would re-open my account. Late on, after actually self-excluding, they go ahead and don't send any emails with a questionnaire, re-open my account, and resubscribe me to emails! Ontario's Regular, OLG, states on their website:Our regular, OLG, specifically states on their website: "During short breaks of 1 day to 3 months from OLG.ca, all communications and lottery subscriptions will be paused. For longer breaks, communications and subscriptions will be cancelled until the player opts back in to receive them."Casumo doesn't do this! Not only that, but in Ontario, you also need to send an email saying you want to be reinstated, and completed a brief online tutorial, and then wait 30 days. Again, Casumo doesn't do even one of those things.I am again asking for my deposits back from November 30th only. I filed a complaint with the regulator, and will also be contacting OLG.

Every time I come on they are very positive and always have a good laugh with them. They never make me feel any kind of way about me cheekily asking for a bonus, even when I can't get one. I found myself getting really confused with navigating parts of the site, especially my funds, to my own fault.I rang the customer service and spoke to someone called Ryan. They were so helpful and patient. explained how to get to what I was looking for and even gave some helpful hints on how to navigate easier.They were so nice, even asked how my daughter was doing when I mentioned through the conversation that I had a daughter.
