I am all for safer gambling etc, but stop the verification process after a deposit has been accepted, it’s off putting, I immediately withdrew what I deposited as got fed up with questions that I had already answered on first deposit. Once I have funds back in my bank account will be closing account and going elsewhere.

Been playing for awhile and all a sudden without explaination I get my account shut down and the money on my account was kept I withdrew it then it was cancelled by the casino while it was processing deposit. With a message telling me my account has been discontinued indefinitely without a reason or explaination and that my winnings and deposit will not be sent again casino is a fraud and a scam casino takes your money and shuts you down when you did nothing wrong

The helpful staff, whenever Ive have a question they were very knowledgeable in regards to what I was asking about or found someone who was. I really some of the old options they used to have like locking my withdrawals. And really liked the old reel races. When the app came out you could pinch your game making you able to go deposit with out restarting the game, really wish that was still a option.

So far Casumo Casino has been about as good as I could have hoped, site runs smooth/every game I have searched for has been there, I’ve had a few good base game hits and a few ok bonuses, The thing that has impressed me the most is twice I used the Live Chat customer service once very late and both times a lady called Phoebe instantly sorted out what I wanted too be done and made it clear that everything will be cleared up within the hour and it was so as far as talking to a real person right away and no hassle that’s a real good sign, She is differently there to help and not give you any headaches also the slot 100 spin tournaments are decent cash prizes as well. It would have been a four star review but the Customer Service pushes it up to a five, it just makes such a difference.

Something is going on with this site. I made a withdrawel like I have many times with no problem. Only this time to be told I need to provide statements for previous deposit method????. I’m sorry but the pays are a joke here. I’m constantly playing slots that aren’t paying anything at all on the spins, and then on the rare bonuses I’m getting like 5x my stake? How is that fair. I wouldn’t mind but I’ve deposited over £500 and not had anything above 10x on blueprint games that can only pay 1000x… Definitely something fishy where the volatility is changed on these games now to absurd levels.

Waste of money. Don’t ever win anything, on the odd occasion you actually do get a bonus round (which is almost impossible) you’ll win £2.50 max. The slots jump after stopping when it’s winning spin. I was hesitant to use the website due to all the bad reviews. However I can’t fault the website at all. I made two withdrawals at first which were sent to my account within a few hours. I later then won quite a large amount which I had aniexty about withdrawing because it was taking a while and I kept having to either send more documents or speak to one of the agents but it’s standard. The agents are super quick to help you solve any problems or answer any questions. I’m really glad I used casumo. People are more likely to write bad reviews than good.

I won a reasonable amount and went to widraw. Upon this, I was asked to provides several documents about me in which I did days before the winnings. I provided everything and couldn’t find anything against me to stop me having my winning. Days went on holding the funds until i chased again and was told they will pay my winnings but you account had been permanently locked. Happy to let people deposit huge amounts but not happy when your loosing.

Have “paused” my account for security reasons for weeks and provided no opportunity to assist in getting it unlocked despite contacting several times. Will be raising a complaint to the gambling commission to get this resolved as have been left with no alternative.

If I could give less stars I would. This company allowed my underage, vulnerable son to open an account, deposit and play through £1000 approximately. Never once verifying. I have contacted them NUMEROUS times about this as I simply want them to close the account and refund the money they took from a child. I am getting absolutely nowhere with them. Very rarely get any win sort of win on this site. Features seems rarer than elsewhere and pay very little when they do come in. I’d had enough and just wanted to deactivate my account, these are the only ones I’ve known where you have to speak to customer care to do so. Needs investigation, I’m sending a report the gambling commission, I just don’t feel this is right.

Casumo have already managed to take this review down once before claiming it was fake but I can assure you it is not. Sad to say the negative reviews are all correct and it’s disappointing I didn’t come across them sooner. I have a feeling that the positive reviews are all bought and paid for as they are a little too positive for an online casino….After signing up and being verified I then went on to place a winning bet.Upon trying to withdraw the funds I discovered that my account had been locked for withdrawals due to ‘verification’ – but when I check what needed verifying I get the answer that I am already fully verified.After raising this with live chat they initially said this was just a standard verification check on my account – 3 days later still the same. Then it was another unspecified team looking into the account and they couldn’t give me any further details. Then they locked my account, including the money that was in there, and became unresponsive.I have filed a police report this afternoon for theft and will be proceeding with the resolver or Ecogra. What a pain and just please avoid this terrible company.Casumo responded to this once before saying how seriously they take verification process. I signed up to Casumo after receiving numerous promotions on Facebook for the start of the football season. I was verified immediately but I committed the cardinal sin of winning! After trying to withdraw the funds I won, Casumo then sent me three further requests for verification, including a liveness check – all of which I passed. Clearly they weren’t happy with this and so paused my withdrawal, then reversed it and banned me – confiscating my funds.I cannot believe a betting company can get away with drawing people in for a promotion and then banning them, or taking away their money because they didn’t like the outcome. I can’t ask for my money bet when I lose a bet and this can’t be the case for a gambling company either.I am still struggling to get a proper response over 1 month later and it is still being reviewed by the complaints team.It looks like they are in full damage control with numerous fake 5-star reviews. Hi, I everyone, this is the honest experience from me at Casumo. My account is fully verified to begin with and been play at Casumo for a couple of years already. Cash out some small amount no problem, lost a lot more than winning tho. Yesterday somehow I won a little more than $2000 Canadian dollars, they make me go through the verification again. After go online to get help to send in my bank details and prove of payment. Everything is correct but some how it all got rejected and it come to an end that they closed my acc. This is not fair for anyone not just for me that’s why there are a lot of bad reviews.
