Well laid out site and non glitching games but cannot win anything decent to stay there.Guys first click on the neg reviews as there is no Fakery there. Would give zero if I could! They are happy enough to let you deposit and gamble but if you win and try to make a withdrawl they will suddenly have a problem. My account was verified to begin with, send ID and address documents also wanted a copy of my card. Once I requested a withdrawl they locked my account and apparently undergoing security checks?? 4 weeks chasing my money and they cant answer when their check will be done or when I will have access to my money. Stay well clear! Scammers!!

Has to be five stars. I’ve been playing slots for years trust me!! Out of all the sites I’ve tried which is over 40!! Casumo is by far the best. OK, I won a bit of cash, only 20 quid and I tried to withdraw.Granted I made a typo when entering my account number and didnt realise this until 4 days passed and the withdrawal had gone through but obviously not to my account.I emailed explaining what id done (It was not the email address i registered with)They said that I need to email from the registered address so they could sort it out for me.So I did and now I have to send a bank statement showing my name and account number plaus a deposit to casumo as my 20 quid had been suspended pending.Ive been unable to get a bank statement as my online bank requires me to have a card reader to unlock restricted service.Im not happy with this company at all. sod the 20 quid, keep it and I hope you choke on the food you buy with it.Robbing so and so’sNot sure of the date it happened but was definitely in July.I wont be using this company again

As per the truthfully bad reviews on here. You can see this site is 100 percent the worst on there. And needs looking into. I played 1000s and I kept on trying different games as the ones I like playing juat wouldn’t do a thing. I got features and lituraly only got 15 quid. That’s was the best feature I recieved. Iv lost so much and am depressed from joining this dodgy site. They make it near impossible to self exclude. Little scam they have goin on here. Hope you all avoid this one as its is 100 percent the worst of them all.

So so poor, I have never known a site so difficult to verify your account. I must have sent my proof of address at least 6 times now. Asked my advisor to send my bank statement as a pdf, each time it is rejected. For some reason you can not send a screenshot as they want to see all 4 corners of your document. Literally makes no sense.

Be careful with Casumo, they blocked my account without notice (even though they said they told me, they hadnt) they withhold my balance too which is over £100. They cant tell me how long the account is blocked for, raised a complaint, i did get a reciept on that, said i will hear in 8 weeks! Terrible firm, stay well clear!!!!

Do not sign up to Casumo…I signed up to Casumo a few weeks ago because they had some good sports boosts and placed a few bets and now like a number of other new customers I’ve received an email to say I have violated their T&C’s and my account has been terminated/suspended and they have also confiscated all my funds.Please avoid Casumo, they’ve stole money from me and a number of other customers going by other Trust Pilot reviews.I will be making a complaint to them today to try and get my money back.

Hello Crooks, Losers,Abusers and Grade A Areseholes t appears that there was an unintentional deposit of £92 made into my account approximately 12 days ago. Subsequently, I requested a withdrawal of the same amount, which led to the account being temporarily blocked.Initially, my account was verified, but unfortunately, communication from their end ceased abruptly, leaving me without any response to my inquiries. To my surprise, I recently received an email stating that the entire amount is subject to confiscation.Such crooks , cheats and abysmal bunch of losers!

Joined after a recomendation and like others used an advertised boost on their website. my bet won so had to jump through hoops sending documentation which I did. Then 5 days waiting for withdrawl which never came to get an email saying I had broken a t and c which I have not. All winnings confiscated and also my initial deposit. In effect they have voided the bet but also taken the stake which is theft. DO NO USE this company. Stick to more mainstream sites.

Every game you can think of. Well laid out site and the RTP is decent. Big word of warning. If you have a good win. They will close your account and do everything within their power to confiscate your funds and not pay out. Had a lil devil win that paid £2k. I joined Casumo, won a bet fair and square and then tried to withdraw. Nothing happened as it was kept in Pending state. I contacted them via Live Chat and was told I needed to go through their standard verification. Fair enough. I went through the process and was promptly verified. However after 11 days my withdrawal has not happened. Despite contacting them every day for the past 4 days, they keep coming up with different cock and bull stories. Clearly they are doing everything they can to keep hold of the money I won. Don’t trust this company! They probably love you if you lose, but when you win, they are unethical.

Only been with them a week. £100 deposited, took advantages of the bonuses, won a couple of times, then my account was closed out of the blue saying I’ve breached some of their rules. After placing a bet and taking advantage of an offer advertised on their website they confiscated my original deposit and the winnings! More than happy to take your money but won’t let you withdraw it. Their live chat feature promised my withdrawal was being processed and then out of nowhere they took all my money. Would strongly recommend unless you fancy giving them your money and can’t get it out!

Sad to say the negative reviews are all correct and it’s disappointing I didn’t come across them sooner. I have a feeling that the positive reviews are all bought and paid for as they are a little too positive for an online casino….After signing up and being verified I then went on to place a winning bet. Upon trying to withdraw the funds I discovered that my account had been locked for withdrawals due to ‘verification’ – but when I check what needs verifying I get the answer that I am already fully verified.After raising this with live chat they initially said this was just a standard verification check on my account – 3 days later still the same and now live chat say that it is not the verification team but another unspecified team looking into the account and they can’t give me any further details. It has been a week and they are now completely unresponsive. I have filed a police report this afternoon for theft and will be proceeding with the resolver or Ecogra. What a pain and just please avoid this terrible company.

Absolute criminalStay away please, please, please. Few weeks ago i made a deposit with etransfer. Because the account i made the transfer from differed from the previous account i had used for transfers (but still my account). I got a message right after the etransfer stating that this deposit can not be accepted and will be returned to my account in 1-2 business days. For etransfers they have autodeposit so the money goes straight into their account and i received a message saying the transfer was successfully deposited into casumos account.I waited 6-7 business days, money not returned. Customer service told me to wait longer and its normal. They said try back in a few more days. No return, i contacted customer service again. They asked me for a list if verifications and this and that… NONE of whicj were actually needed. I provided them with the very transaction into of the deposit and proof that money was autodeposited straight into their account… provided the with the only verifications they needed. When they saw the proof they all the suddennsaid their team checked and the money was not in their account and for me to contact my bank for further assisstance. I did knowing exactly what i would hear, thatvyes infact the etransfer went straightbjnto casumos account. Criminals that just try and give u the runaround asking for this and that, total bs that is meant to waste your time. Absolute vile bookmarker, they accepted my verification of bank card, proof of address was ‘processing’ for months.I had a winner, they then sent an email almost instantly ‘time to get verified’ unless you verify within a certain time threaten to suspend your account in the same email.You will still be able to deposit in this time but will not be able to withdraw any funds? That is the worst statement I’ve seen from an online gambling company. To openly send that out to customers is very brave, the UK gambling commission do not take kindly to such abuse of KYC, they need reporting by all of us. They require, proof of address, bank statement, card verification and identity verification. Reluctantly, uploaded all requested, as I previously mentioned I was already partially verified and awaiting processing on the other document. Guess what? At the start I liked casumo, they do pay out quickly but…. Compared to other sites the rate of winning is abysmal, I have sent emails and have received bonus’s which I appreciate but I do spend a lot so I tend to feel I’ve earned them! Constant play on various games gets you no features, very little wins and a boring game session ! When are they going to figure out if you pay more, we play more. Anyway, house always wins I know .. but this is ridiculous, and the game software gets changed too so you literally can’t win or get that last point in the last row, it flys right past! Oh my gosh!! I had the best customer care person ever!!! RIA. She is amazing. I’ve been trying for days to get my verification records sent in. But i really didn’t understand what they needed. My forms kept getting rejected. Ria made it so simple, easy and quick for me to follow. Her ability to teach and simplify is truly amazing. I will always use this casino now. I unfortunately have to change my review in light of my recent dealings with casumo. When I started playing,they would make you feel very appreciated but the more you play you get forgotten. Im on level 121 and have spent THOUSANDS with them(losing alot) when I enquired about closing my account Charlie from chat advised me he can do it right away,never enquiring about why or is there anything he could do. I constantly bet 80c spins and up and they would give me 10x10c spins 💀 Don’t go here if you want to feel like an appreciated customer,you won’t get it

I deposited $500 and received a $500 deposit match. When I had wagered $2,000 of the $4,000 required to unlock the $500 deposit bonus, Casumo limited my account to where I could bet no more than $25-$50 at a time making it a very slow process. I then asked the support team if the bonus expires because I realized it was going to take a while to satisfy the wagering requirements. Casumo service reps lied about the expiry of the deposit bonus. They told me (and I have screenshots) that the bonus does not expire. However, it expired in 10 days. Messaged another rep about this said they were “sorry” and that they will refund my balance to $500. They have not done so, but I will update this if they do. Wish I listened to the reviews before I signed up :(*After Casumo responded to this review they DID NOT follow through with the refund. Instead they messaged me and said that in compensation for their representative lying to me, I would be allowed to withdraw my remaining funds??? In other words they tried to position something that I am entitled to as a favour. Guys use BET365, Bet Victor, Betway or Sports Interaction in Canada. I’ve been with them for years and never had problems 🙂

After 2 deposits the wife made me stop so I self exclude myself, 5 year’s later I try to reopen my account back up, I had to send in extensive documents in, I’ve sent in less for a mortgage.8 days have went by and still nothing, they are the slowest casino for verification I know of, support would just reply with a pre written email.I’m looking to play else where as customer service is appalling.

Most terrible casino I have ever dealt with! Won another £1k on 22nd May and Casumo sent the money to a random bank account of mine that was closed months ago that was NEVER used to deposit with. So no such thing as a ‘closed-loop system’ preventing fraud. Casumo is insisting the funds have been sent, but I have not received anything at all and now it’s been 3 weeks. Spoken to more than 6 live chat agents and most are useless and cannot help or provide a solution without saying the same responses over and over again. Customer service is truly terrible here and I would highly recommend players staying away from this casino. I am also in contact with IBAS about this issue, especially about slow withdrawals, lack of customer service and sending funds to unregistered bank accounts.

Early days, but so far I’m definitely happy with Casumo. Easy joining, easy verification and easy withdrawals and I’m up nearly £500 . Joel is great. He solves your issues before even asking to be resolved. He’s playing chess while we’re all playing checkers. BTW, Casumo is a great sports betting platform. Takes less than 1 day to withdraw straight to your account. I’ve also read some of the other bad reviews. You’ll need to verify your account with any online casino/betting sites. At least Casumo does it within hours compared to others that takes days.
