Absolute vile bookmarker, they accepted my verification of bank card, proof of address was 'processing' for months.I had a winner, they then sent an email almost instantly 'time to get verified' unless you verify within a certain time threaten to suspend your account in the same email.You will still be able to deposit in this time but will not be able to withdraw any funds? That is the worst statement I've seen from an online gambling company. To openly send that out to customers is very brave, the UK gambling commission do not take kindly to such abuse of KYC, they need reporting by all of us. They require, proof of address, bank statement, card verification and identity verification. Reluctantly, uploaded all requested, as I previously mentioned I was already partially verified and awaiting processing on the other document. Guess what? All the newly sent documents were rejected.Absolute disgrace, abusing KYC to withhold customer winnings, avoid, use this vile company at your own high risk.

Affordability checks abusers.Affordability checks abusers.Had been using Casumo for a while, quite a nice site, competitive odds, no restrictions and regular freespins bonuses.I was impressed and thought maybe they were one of the few decent bookmakers left out there.How wrong I was. They offered me a £100 bonus on a deposit of £500. I took them up on their offer and deposited £500 no problem. (My account was fully verified).Within literally 5 minutes of depositing I received an email blackmailing me that unless I send unredacted bank statements, proof of deposits and wage slips etc etc I would not be able to withdraw any of my funds (but I could deposit a further £320 if I wanted, yeah right).Maybe they decided I wasn't losing enough and resorted to just stealing money instead ?Casumo, please do not reply, nobody wants to listen to your lies.Criminals.

Requested withdrawal 6 months ago . Repeatedly was in contact with Casumo by email or live chat , was ignored or fobbed of. Unfortunately our parent who was betting on this site has passed away Awful Awful site .

Really poor site with very little wins. Closed my account just constantly empty spins. Please don't keep depositing thinking it will pay. Believe me it won't.Please don't reply with statistics. At the start I liked casumo, they do pay out quickly but…. Compared to other sites the rate of winning is abysmal, I have sent emails and have received bonus’s which I appreciate but I do spend a lot so I tend to feel I’ve earned them! Constant play on various games gets you no features, very little wins and a boring game session ! When are they going to figure out if you pay more, we play more. Anyway, house always wins I know .. but this is ridiculous, and the game software gets changed too so you literally can’t win or get that last point in the last row, it flys right past! If it’s seen it should be received in my opinion ! Thumbs down Casumo , sorry not sorry

I won and I tried to withdraw £7100 the Casumo blocked my account for no reasons not honour my request for withdrawal. Instead they asked for documents which are not required by Gambling Commissioner. You can find the details atmercator (dot) direct BLOG

Not sure if these bad reviews are real .. i have played alot of these sites ..i deposited 200 pound .. and lost .carried on with another 100 and won 1400 ish ... withdrew it and was in my bank when i looked 5 minutes later..

Oh my gosh!! I had the best customer care person ever!!! RIA. She is amazing. I've been trying for days to get my verification records sent in. But i really didn't understand what they needed. My forms kept getting rejected. Ria made it so simple, easy and quick for me to follow. Her ability to teach and simplify is truly amazing. I will always use this casino now. The other are always so stressful but knowing Ria is there and so well trained makes this casino of a higher class and I now feel safe with my money in their hands.

I unfortunately have to change my review in light of my recent dealings with casumo. When I started playing,they would make you feel very appreciated but the more you play you get forgotten. Im on level 121 and have spent THOUSANDS with them(losing alot) when I enquired about closing my account Charlie from chat advised me he can do it right away,never enquiring about why or is there anything he could do. I constantly bet 80c spins and up and they would give me 10x10c spins 💀 Don't go here if you want to feel like an appreciated customer,you won't get it

I deposited $500 and received a $500 deposit match. When I had wagered $2,000 of the $4,000 required to unlock the $500 deposit bonus, Casumo limited my account to where I could bet no more than $25-$50 at a time making it a very slow process. I then asked the support team if the bonus expires because I realized it was going to take a while to satisfy the wagering requirements. Casumo service reps lied about the expiry of the deposit bonus. They told me (and I have screenshots) that the bonus does not expire. However, it expired in 10 days. Messaged another rep about this said they were "sorry" and that they will refund my balance to $500. They have not done so, but I will update this if they do. Wish I listened to the reviews before I signed up :(*After Casumo responded to this review they DID NOT follow through with the refund. Instead they messaged me and said that in compensation for their representative lying to me, I would be allowed to withdraw my remaining funds??? In other words they tried to position something that I am entitled to as a favour. Guys use BET365, Bet Victor, Betway or Sports Interaction in Canada. I've been with them for years and never had problems :)

After 2 deposits the wife made me stop so I self exclude myself, 5 year's later I try to reopen my account back up, I had to send in extensive documents in, I've sent in less for a mortgage.8 days have went by and still nothing, they are the slowest casino for verification I know of, support would just reply with a pre written email.I'm looking to play else where as customer service is appalling.

Most terrible casino I have ever dealt with! Won another £1k on 22nd May and Casumo sent the money to a random bank account of mine that was closed months ago that was NEVER used to deposit with. So no such thing as a 'closed-loop system' preventing fraud. Casumo is insisting the funds have been sent, but I have not received anything at all and now it's been 3 weeks. Spoken to more than 6 live chat agents and most are useless and cannot help or provide a solution without saying the same responses over and over again. Customer service is truly terrible here and I would highly recommend players staying away from this casino. I am also in contact with IBAS about this issue, especially about slow withdrawals, lack of customer service and sending funds to unregistered bank accounts.

Absolutely appalling tried for ages to log on to site. Kept asking for passwords then not accepting them even though there generated through their own app. The bot of course was useless and the humans don’t answer at all. The whole online gaming sector seems to have lost the plot.

Early days, but so far I’m definitely happy with Casumo. Easy joining, easy verification and easy withdrawals and I’m up nearly £500 . I’ve used many casinos in my time and so far I have absolutely no complaints. Online chat was smooth for a query that I had about demo games. I was dubious after reading the other reviews and comments and a tad nervous when I won straight away, I thought bye bye winnings, but got them in just over 24 hours !!! So far so good , if anything changes I will let you all know 👍

i recently joined casumo to have some fun and i did...had several good bonuses...i cashed out and have already received a notice that my funds are on their way...i was very hesitant after reading reviews prior to joining this casino but everything seems ok..ill review again if there is an issue with my withdrawal...

Joel is great. He solves your issues before even asking to be resolved. He's playing chess while we're all playing checkers. BTW, Casumo is a great sports betting platform. Takes less than 1 day to withdraw straight to your account. I've also read some of the other bad reviews. You'll need to verify your account with any online casino/betting sites. At least Casumo does it within hours compared to others that takes days.

Because the account i made the transfer from differed from the previous account i had used for transfers (but still my account). I got a message right after the etransfer stating that this deposit can not be accepted and will be returned to my account in 1-2 business days. For etransfers they have autodeposit so the money goes straight into their account and i received a message saying the transfer was successfully deposited into casumos account.I waited 6-7 business days, money not returned. Customer service told me to wait longer and its normal. They said try back in a few more days. No return, i contacted customer service again. They asked me for a list if verifications and this and that… NONE of whicj were actually needed. I provided them with the very transaction into of the deposit and proof that money was autodeposited straight into their account… provided the with the only verifications they needed. When they saw the proof they all the suddennsaid their team checked and the money was not in their account and for me to contact my bank for further assisstance.
