I recently signed up to ComeOn site mostly due to the $500 bonus offer. Deposited my money and recieved bonus for a total of $1000. In order to withdraw funds you need to meet betting requirements. This will be important. I made several bets and was about down a bit when I decided to make several large bets( for me) on a game. This left me with a balance of zero pending results. The game turned into a winner which left me with a balance of $700 with one parlay needing the second leg yet to be decided. This is where the trouble starts. I then unsuccessfully tried to make wager with prompt telling me I had insufficient funds and needed to deposit funds. I tried again and again. Same result. Now this company claims to have 24/7 live chat, but my research disputes this. I also asked live agent about this and she confirmed this fact. I will check again tonight. Unable to use live chat I emailed. 3 or 4 times....no response. The funny thing about that is they responded very quickly when I asked a easy question earlier. I eventually went to bed and in the morning live chat. I was told there was a technical issue. You hear that a lot on this site. I was then told I needed to wait until my parlay was graded before they could fix the issue. ????? Why would that matter? The agent said the game was tomorrow May 6 and to report back after that. What??? I then informed agent, after she completely disagreed with me that I bet on the Europa League winner. Not the game being played May 6th. The final is May 26th. So....they want me to wait until May 26th to fix the issue? Meanwhile let's not forget about the deposit bonus fulfillment I have to meet or I lose my bonus funds. I am very upset and frustrated and for honesty I have been on this site less then 24 hours. However, the bottom line is I have $700 in funds that I rightfully can use. I am not able to use these funds. I can't withdraw my funds. And... if I cash out my parlay I lose equity. I will report on any resolution. This is not right. I received a mail from Comeon that I won the ipl weekly prize and was asked for address details..after sending my address details I haven’t heard anything from them and it’s been more than a week When asked in live chat they respond saying they r awaiting response from other department This is unfair to give same response always and is disappointing to be waiting blindly without knowing any timelines Losing hopes big disappointment
