I used the 100% Bonus for my payment of 100€, then won a couple of bets and had a total amount of about 730€ with 60% of the bonus conditions finished. Then for no apparent reason my account was closed for several days and the support could not give me a reason to why that was the case. After sending many e-mails, they told me to verify my account by sending my documents, which I did. Still did not re-open my account, but rather told me they did not receive my payment (about two weeks after my payment). They said if I pay the 100€ one more time, they would re-open my account with all savings at the prior level. I checked my bank account and saw that the 100€ were actually not booked on that date, so I agreed to sending them again. They said I could send the money with the help of their customer service, so I tried to log in to my account again. Suddenly I was able to log in, but my savings were only at about 280€ and my bonus money was gone. I checked with the customer service to see what had happened and they told me they deleted my bonus for no apparent reason (which they are apparently allowed to following their terms and conditions) and said there is nothing I could do anymore. In total I lost about 450€ of my bonus savings and a lot of time consulting the customer service, which told me different things every day. Never again, absolute scam!

I tried to cash out and they send it to the wrong number on MuchBetter.They say everything was fixed and I would get my money back,so I could try to deposit another amount later that day.But they didn't fix anything and this money is also lost. This company is just basicly bunch of thiefs. Their slot games soak your money giving you nothing in return. Doesnt matter how high or low bet you play. Again 300+ euros is lost in no time. Didnt even play with high bets just lowest 0.1 0.2 cent bets with loads of rolls. But non of the fu cking games actually returned money i put in. Play'n Go is the worst even you might thing nolimit city is higher volatility. That's not true. Play'N Go is the worst.
