I won 3 bets 2 weeks ago, and keep losing last week.And suddenly limit my bet to less than £4.I’m the only one with betting account with CopyBet in my household.The User interface is terrible, difficult to find what you want to bet.Not recommend to use this betting company.

COPYBET do not pay out on CASHOUTS!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!I have bet with Copybet for a while and there are sometimes technical issues, but regarding withdrawals etc, I have no problem.The problem is with Cashouts which are obviously offered on their site, and tonight I attempted to cash out on more than six occasions over a fifteen minute period. I can verify that by keystrokes and attempting to use their own app as well with the same push button methods on the phone. Copybet state they will not pay out if there are technical reasons which is basically giving them a chance to CHEAT people out of their money every time. If they then say it was a technical fault they cannot claim they have a Cashout button. IT is quite simply a cop out and a chance to CHEAT people out of their winnings. This is clearly false advertising and everyone should be made aware the even when you win Copybet will not pay out your winnings and illegally claim there was a technical fault. I will keep this review updated and will be going to the UK Gambling Commission as to their views on false advertising as well as welching or cheating on their bets. It would seem best to take the matter legal straightaway as “technical faults” could be used all the time to RENEGE on your obligations as a betting company. SHAME ON COPYBET FOR BASICALLY STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!!!!

I recently opened an account and placed my first bet on a horse at 11/8. It won at 9/4 and because of best odds guaranteed I was paid the higher amount. Withdrew winnings and funds were in my account within minutes. Cannot fault….

Like i dont know how anybody can give this place more than 1 star, nothing is straight forward, the website is slow, its laggy, it crazhes, that goes for the app aswell, you open the app and your lucky if anything loads, and how ironic that i had a bet on newcastle and arsenal to win, there was an entire 10 minute period between arsenals goal and chelsea’s, was there every a cash out in thay entire 10 minutes? Ofcourse there wasn’t, they dont have a casino or slots or live play, its just the most bog standard bookie ( like i said when anything even loads ) they also dont offer any promotions or anything that i can see, im not trying to just be negative either but its just a terrible bookie, try looking for a help section on the website theres nothing anywhere, no live chat, the only thing i saw was when you take a screenshot it asks if you want to report a bug or suggest an improvement, other bookies are just so so clear of this place, on a positive note withdrawals are quick never had an issue with them.

I implore you to avoid this company at all costs. I was denied the rewards (50 in free bets) from a promotion that I took part in because I had placed an incorrect bet on the same match. I cashed this bet out prior to the game starting, and then placed the correct bet (which they agree met all the criteria). Copy Bet used this as justification to deny the promotion to me, stating that I had multiple bets on the game, which i did not. They very unreasonably, counted the cashed out bet as a bet on the same game.Additionally, like other customers have mentioned there is no live chat or phone number, so all support must be done through emails, which is very frustrating. CopyBet also refused to allow me to escalate the issues I have had, basically ignoring my requests.The 2 star rating speaks for itself, do not use this company.

Immediately worried with the reviews below, especially with a withdrawal required. It was pretty seamless, and only had to verify the bank card used (a quick, automated process). Once done, the withdrawal hit my bank account within the hour; so no issues for me whatsoever?!

Support isn’t live chat it’s a ticket email takes forever to reply. Withdrawals pend for long periods.. messing with people’s money will always get a bad review.. needs a lot of work to be even half decent .slow isn’t the word !. Update..now after several hours my withdrawal has been cancelled.. no reason why support is now shut for the day..no phone number to ring… absolutely awful if you have a problem… safe to say once this issue has been resolved i will be trading a lot less with these maybe leave them alone altogether. Not good not pleased .

This company is a scam. They advertise joining bonuses but there are many hidden hoops to jump through. Their verification app is so glitched it took me an hour to get it to accept the photos required. Then you have to download and use their app (not mentioned in any of the previous terms and conditions up to this point). The problem is their app is incompatible with most phones. I tried three smartphones, two of them new and it stated it couldn’t download to any of them. So what you have is a personal details harvesting scam masquerading as a betting site. Don’t waste hours like I did.

Sure some people find copybet a good site, but not me. I would suggest sticking to the major sportbook sites. More reputable and accomodatingIts very misleading when it comes the the bet 10 get 50. I did this and deposited through my bank and was expecting the bonus. To be told i dont qualify has it has to be paid through instant bank payer which i have no idea what this is then

CopyBet is an excellent company especially with their BOG Best Odds guaranteed.I had few winners on the horses but they were shorter than the SP, however they were settled at BEST odds.I got paid the BEST odds.As for their withdrawal system , it is very good , quick and instant.I had no problems.Well done CopyBet keep up the good work.

To be fair, I’ve not had much problems before today, although I’m an infrequent user of copy bet. But today has been the nail in the coffin. Won 3 bets last night on MMA. I withdrew all profits as they came in. The last 2 withdrawals have made it to my account, the first withdrawal, however, has not. It says on my profile it’s paid out and the amount is gone from my account but has not made it to my bank. Only 40 quid but it’s theft all the same. Tried to get in contact with no reply. Even on social media, they are posting things today but I’ve not received a response. Disgraceful in all honesty. Soon as I get my money back I’m gone from this site.

To be brutally honest, Copybet in fact have been ok with me since I joined, however today I feel that they have stolen money from me and as I am a man of word I did tell them that I was going to write a review, but I had no response from them so here it goes my case.Yesterday I placed a bet (double) both games at the American Open to have more than 3.5 sets each, £50 stake to return £100. First game finished 3-1 so I won, the second game was 2-1 but Dimitrov retired on the 4th set and according to Copybet.com that was a void bet, although they were playing the 4th set. So I goot a return of £68.50 instead of the £100.I also did another bet (single) with the same players for £50 too return £73 and I just got my £50 back. My question to Copybet.com is how are they playing the 4th set in the match, surely that’s over 3.5 sets but not in Copybet.com eyes. It is a very small amount of money BUT principal comes into the equation. If Copybet.com were to give what is rightfully mine I am happy to delete this review, so we shall see I guess.

Up until now I’ve always had good service with CopyBet. Their decided to block my account and asked for more information to be sent which I did, 24 hours have gone and numerous emails sent to them I’ve still heard nothing back. They have confidential information belong to me I need to know what they are doing. I have money in my account which I cannot access. Please sort this mess out. IBAS will be my next call on Monday if I don’t hear anything.

terrible verification system.UPDATE: was going to improve the rating after a great chat with Frank at the support team – he helped verified my account and was very quick at doing so, although after I verified my account i got a message saying ‘Access is partially limited’.Warning everyone who sees this message that it will take a while to get your account sorted and be able to bet. I’m still waiting for my account to be unlocked.

Yet again having to complain about this site, have given me the run around for days, no contact number to speak to an actual person. Said they have sent emails when they haven’t. Had to get a new email set up so they could. Got resolver involved and they actually answered quite quickly. Asked for my bank statement and payslip. This was all because I deposited £40 of my own money. 2 and a half week later I still don’t have my money. They have my statement and also my payslips? Had to send in my passport also. How does this place even get a license.

Great site. Signed up, deposited via bank transfer ‘’as it states you should’’ to receive £50 in free bets. Placed £10 on a 13/8 greyhound which won – withdrew the £26 odd (which went in instantly!) and then my free bets became active on my home page within a few minutes! 8 days later. Still not allowed me to take my funds out. Still not replied to me. Have been sending daily emails, they asked for a source of funds and I sent it the same day. Even used dispute resolution where they say they will get back to you in 1 working day 😂. Disgusting company

After a few weeks of playing they ask me to show wage slips from employer for source of funds. I send this and then they say the documents have to be original pdf…my employer sent the slip as a screenshot attachment on a word document. You cant tamper with a screenshot, furthermore, they can see the income, my name, the bank details the money goes into. They can see everything but require this as a pdf. This makes no sense as they should only be interested in the amount. Ridiculous rigourous verification system and i have closed my account. Stay away from this bookmaker unless you want to be messed around when it comes to verification.

I Placed a golf bet on the golf £25 ew 50-1. The bet ID in my bets visually says Single – EW Each 1/5 Odds 4 places 50-1. However on the same bet ID Conflicts; total odds 33-1 total stake GBP 25. I did not place a single bet of £25 at 33-1!! my query has been ongoing for hours with no feedback whatsoever as to what might be the issue. Also on my last 4 bets they have halved my staked bet each time, resulting in me having to to place again on two or three seperate bets to make up my original stake! My third issue is fair play – having had a selection RTF Midweek they didn’t pay out as a non runner. Every other high street bookmaker good willed as a non runner! ALL MAJOR FIRMS led by example. Copy had no interest in paying as a non runner or any suggestion of goodwill. All the major firms promote fairplay and paid non runner. Copy hid behind automated responses from T&Cs – no customer fairplay whatsoever. Betting with Copy has been a horrible experience !

Wouldn’t even give a star. Have had the account for a while, use the account often, deposited £40 on Monday, asked for a source of wealth and wanted 3x payslips….i did this on Monday. It is now Friday and they are not replying to any of my emails. Even the dispute resolution for where they must reply within 1 day. Complete cowboys. Now have to go down the route of getting my money back through further means which means a longer time before they give me MY money

Weekly challenge – beware.I was tempted in to doing a bet to get a £5 free bet by this – “Bet £50 with odds of 2.0 or more to get £5 free bet – 1 hour left”. Pressurised in to a bet is my first, but minor observation.So, within the hour I did the bet. £50. However I did not get the free bet. When contacting Katie from customer service I was informed that the bet has to settle within that period. Over the course of a few emails, I dragged out the details bit by bit, eventually being told that it is in the terms and conditions. I tried pointing out that these T&C’s are not accessible.I asked 3 times if therefore the bet would qualify for this weeks challenge. Eventually I think the answer was no. Still not totally sure.For the sake of a £5 free bet, they have made me feel totally duped and conned. It is by no coincidence they have such a poor rating. Read the other reviews and please avoid using this company who hide behind behind a wall of bureaucracy an customer service agents without empathy or compassion.Specifically, from the offer page, when you click on Full T&C, you are presented with 6 “sets” of T&C’s. Namely, Terms of Use UK, Privacy Notice UK, Bet Builder Rules, Cookie Policy, Sportsbook Rules, Agreement on the Storage of the Cardholder’s Credentials. It is by no means clear how you would find the relevant clause pertaining to the “Weekly Challenge” clause from this point.I also asked for escalation procedures, but alas that is not forthcoming. I have no idea whether it will get reopened again or when I may get my money back.Also didn’t get the free bets during sign up as apparently I didn’t use the correct payment method – I used the most standard method – a debit card.Customer support is poor and limited hoursWish I’d seen the other reviews below before
