Hi guys to want to give you some feedback. App isn’t the quickest I’ve used. Direct from bank deposits and withdrawal is a great feature on your site. Pretty much instant withdrawals to bank. This gives consumer confidence and trust in your company to keep spending and enjoying what you have to offer. Decent football odds which has a great bonus feature of betting over 1.5 will boast your coupon by 5% everytime. I see it as a must for anyone who enjoys multiples. Also the daily odds boost swings it for me to make it my one and only site I now use. Just for logging in on your app they give you a free boost to use on anything (random boost of between 6-15%). Signed Up. Deposited loads no problem. But when I won. Kept sending emails to withdraw but guess what? Didn’t work so you end up betting till you you lose. Scam betting site

Signed up….played through bonus and won little…without any problems…overall my experience was good … site seems big buggy doh it’s seems to pause when selecting bets to bet on …maybe they need smoother layout… they also have regular competition on their instagram page BUT seems they extremely slow announcing WINNERS which needs be worked on…they got whole lot back log winners LOL other then that sites not BAD…. 👍

They don’t pay out winning between , I placed a winning bets on over 10.5 shots in the Man City vs Brugge game. Every other website in uk shows this is a winner. Video footage of the game shows the same , yet they refuse to pay out.

If i could give this negative stars I would. Terrible website and app. Accused me of having 2 accounts, wouldn’t credit my free bets and when they finally did, the website and app mysteriously stop working so that you cant use them. Customer service keeps asking me to send a video of the fault?? By far the worst online bookmakers around, Shay Given should be ashamed to partner with them.

Please please Sports fans DONT use Copybet they are by far the worst customer service I have ever received Firstly promo bet £20 get £60 is a misnomer I placed bet on single to win set and then later placed a correct score on Match they then turn round and say it does not qualify for promo and I would need to stake another £20 to get ., which I did but still not received., The worst part is the minimum deposit is £20 AT NO POINT WAS EITHER TERMS STATED ON PROMO or on SitesThey are payday lenders/loan sharks Save yourself from the disappointment

One of the worst betting companies I’ve come across so many restrictions on what selections can be combined together and what can’t why can’t I put a multiple bet in for more than one player to get carded in a game and so many restrictions for you to get you free bets after signing up and when you do get them there’s so many restrictions on how you can use them there is no point. I wish I could give zero stars

You rejected my bank statement as a POA!Apart from Bank statements and mobile bills i have nothing else on my name.I am aware that mobile bills are not accepting as I am very familiar with the regulations but have never seen rejecting POA Bank statements as not being valid/accepted!I have other betting accounts with betting companies and they are accepting bank statements.On top of that i am verifying myself at any sector regarding bank statements.You are the only one that telling me that can not accept bank statements for POA verification purposes!If you can not accept it then close my account before i make any deposits.

I don’t understand why all the negative reviews, the verification is a bit old-fashioned, ( not the soft credit check that premium sportsbooks have), you do have to show some paperwork, id-s but whoever hasnt had to do that? The profit margin they take is not that unreasonable, the amount of events you can bet on is ok.. not terrible by any means

Told me i had to deposit through truelayer to get the freebet offer. This is not mentioned at all beforehand and it isnt clear how you can do this on the site. Every bookmaker just uses standard card deposit technology? The website is awful. Cashout changes to a lower figure as soon as you attempt to cashout. Looking at reviews I dont know how Gambling g commission could have given them a licence.

Absolute disgrace of. Company. Their software glitches so my partner had to cash out his first bet and rebet hoping it would fix the issue. Was then told that he had two bets on one game and that he wasn’t entitled to the bonus as he had cashed out one of them. He explained when he emailed but just kept getting the same speil back from them. Tried explaining why would he bet, cash out, then lay the same bet again unless there was a problem?!They actually accused him of lying by saying there was nothing wrong with the software! WELL CLEARLY THERE WAS!!!Seriously bad customer service. We enjoy a bet often and they’ve just lost our custom. I advise to avoid this awful company

A terrible experience – one to avoid.Used them for a few months but then started to encounter problems where (winning) bets I had placed suddenly disappeared off my account without being paid out.The customer support is the worst I have experienced. They offer no live chat and their email responses simply being standard template replies. They still haven’t resolved the issues I had on-site and simply don’t reply now.

Bloody brilliant unlike other betting apps that take forever verifying you and then taking forever when withdrawing! Copybet was instant! I nearly fainted! Thank god there’s a betting app at last that is quick!

I joined deposited £10 to get bonuses. I placed a qualifying bet over 1.9 but wasn’t showing as qualified so I cashed the bet our and withdrew my £10 deposit. The withdrawal was cancelled. When I complained they said the bet settled and they wouldn’t refund my money or give me the bonuses.Despite numerous times I told them.i had cashed out the bet they refused to give me my money back. I won 3 bets 2 weeks ago, and keep losing last week.And suddenly limit my bet to less than £4.I’m the only one with betting account with CopyBet in my household.The User interface is terrible, difficult to find what you want to bet.Not recommend to use this betting company.

COPYBET do not pay out on CASHOUTS!!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!I have bet with Copybet for a while and there are sometimes technical issues, but regarding withdrawals etc, I have no problem.The problem is with Cashouts which are obviously offered on their site, and tonight I attempted to cash out on more than six occasions over a fifteen minute period. I can verify that by keystrokes and attempting to use their own app as well with the same push button methods on the phone. Copybet state they will not pay out if there are technical reasons which is basically giving them a chance to CHEAT people out of their money every time. If they then say it was a technical fault they cannot claim they have a Cashout button. IT is quite simply a cop out and a chance to CHEAT people out of their winnings. This is clearly false advertising and everyone should be made aware the even when you win Copybet will not pay out your winnings and illegally claim there was a technical fault. I will keep this review updated and will be going to the UK Gambling Commission as to their views on false advertising as well as welching or cheating on their bets. It would seem best to take the matter legal straightaway as “technical faults” could be used all the time to RENEGE on your obligations as a betting company. SHAME ON COPYBET FOR BASICALLY STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!!!!

Like i dont know how anybody can give this place more than 1 star, nothing is straight forward, the website is slow, its laggy, it crazhes, that goes for the app aswell, you open the app and your lucky if anything loads, and how ironic that i had a bet on newcastle and arsenal to win, there was an entire 10 minute period between arsenals goal and chelsea’s, was there every a cash out in thay entire 10 minutes? Ofcourse there wasn’t, they dont have a casino or slots or live play, its just the most bog standard bookie ( like i said when anything even loads ) they also dont offer any promotions or anything that i can see, im not trying to just be negative either but its just a terrible bookie, try looking for a help section on the website theres nothing anywhere, no live chat, the only thing i saw was when you take a screenshot it asks if you want to report a bug or suggest an improvement, other bookies are just so so clear of this place, on a positive note withdrawals are quick never had an issue with them.

I implore you to avoid this company at all costs. I was denied the rewards (50 in free bets) from a promotion that I took part in because I had placed an incorrect bet on the same match. I cashed this bet out prior to the game starting, and then placed the correct bet (which they agree met all the criteria). Copy Bet used this as justification to deny the promotion to me, stating that I had multiple bets on the game, which i did not. They very unreasonably, counted the cashed out bet as a bet on the same game.Additionally, like other customers have mentioned there is no live chat or phone number, so all support must be done through emails, which is very frustrating. CopyBet also refused to allow me to escalate the issues I have had, basically ignoring my requests.The 2 star rating speaks for itself, do not use this company.

Immediately worried with the reviews below, especially with a withdrawal required. It was pretty seamless, and only had to verify the bank card used (a quick, automated process). Once done, the withdrawal hit my bank account within the hour; so no issues for me whatsoever?!

Support isn’t live chat it’s a ticket email takes forever to reply. Withdrawals pend for long periods.. messing with people’s money will always get a bad review.. needs a lot of work to be even half decent .slow isn’t the word !. Update..now after several hours my withdrawal has been cancelled.. no reason why support is now shut for the day..no phone number to ring… absolutely awful if you have a problem… safe to say once this issue has been resolved i will be trading a lot less with these maybe leave them alone altogether. Not good not pleased .

This company is a scam. They advertise joining bonuses but there are many hidden hoops to jump through. Their verification app is so glitched it took me an hour to get it to accept the photos required. Then you have to download and use their app (not mentioned in any of the previous terms and conditions up to this point). The problem is their app is incompatible with most phones. I tried three smartphones, two of them new and it stated it couldn’t download to any of them. So what you have is a personal details harvesting scam masquerading as a betting site. Don’t waste hours like I did.

Sure some people find copybet a good site, but not me. I would suggest sticking to the major sportbook sites. More reputable and accomodatingIts very misleading when it comes the the bet 10 get 50. I did this and deposited through my bank and was expecting the bonus. To be told i dont qualify has it has to be paid through instant bank payer which i have no idea what this is then

CopyBet is an excellent company especially with their BOG Best Odds guaranteed.I had few winners on the horses but they were shorter than the SP, however they were settled at BEST odds.I got paid the BEST odds.As for their withdrawal system , it is very good , quick and instant.I had no problems.Well done CopyBet keep up the good work.

Was great at first no problem then on they sent me a request for source of funds don’t want to do that so withdrew my last 20 on the 1st sep never received it after putting 1000 s into account pure thieves…
