I have no idea whether it will get reopened again or when I may get my money back.Also didn’t get the free bets during sign up as apparently I didn’t use the correct payment method – I used the most standard method – a debit card.Customer support is poor and limited hoursWish I’d seen the other reviews below before

In the comments Copybet pretend that they care and that they are professional. I guarantee that if you use Copybet you will have a negative experience. Do not use them. It is a gamble in itself and one that you will lose.

This company is next to useless, I uploaded a new card from my bank as the old card was lost, copybet asked me to verify the card but required a photograph of me done online via bio-metrics but it wouldn’t accept my face which is beyond bizarre, so I took a photo of myself holding my passport, along with photos of my new card and sent it not once but 11 times to these people who since Friday have failed to acknowledge me and are holding my funds of £100 to ransom as I can’t bet or withdraw my money. I’m sick of this site and I hope people avoid them like the plague.

Don’t sign up! After you give them £10 you will have a complicated experience. Hard to login, free bets only available on app. App stops working after they get your money. It’s not worth it. Might as well throw £10 out the window at least it might go to someone with morals.

Where to start? There’s a $ sign next to markets that you can cashout on – place a bet on it and at no point can you cash out on desktop or mobile.Try to place an in running bet? you get an error saying “Match not booked” – what does that even mean?Can only do one withdrawal at a time too. This place needs to sort itself out badly.

Signed up and paid £10 but they wouldn’t let me have my free bets, because my son used his phone to place the bet. Although my son doesn’t live with me now, and I needed his help, Copy bet won’t have it. They really are a very horrible company and I am disgusted with them. I am going to ring my bank tomorrow to see if i can claim my money back. Only signed up and paid the deposit, so I could have the free bets. I have been conned!!

I am writing this review to say that I have not had any problems with copybet.App is working fine,There is a lot of markets betbuilders etc.Unfortunately I have not qualified for welcome offer bet 10 get 50 because I deposited 64 days after signing up but terms are clear that it must be 7 days after signing in so it is OK.I had a couple of wins and I made 2 withdrawals and money were in my account in seconds.You can make your own bets or copy from other tipsters for a small fee.Lots of things to do here on COPYBET.For my it is strong 5 stars.

Basic app but does what is needed to do. Only thing i dont like is that if you withdraw on a weekend you wont get it untill monday. But other then that had no problems

No problems with site whatsoever. At first withdrawal times were about 3 days but now they have updated their banking procedures, i withdrew £110 and was in my bank within a minute. 👍👍👍

I recently signed up to their website due to the bet £10 get £50 in free bets promotion however have not received my free bets. The £10 bet that I placed met all of the stated requirements but they are refusing to give me my free bets. Do not use this website!

I’ve recently signed up to copy bet due to the bet 10 get 50 offer and I put a bet on a horse which luckily for me it won but I have no free bet in my account and it’s been over 15 hours. But when my friend created an account he told me he got credited the bonus pretty much after settlement???I’ve tried contacting these by email and Twitter but no response at all honestly such a poor service and nobody should experience this.

Created an account and verification email does not come through to account and unable to withdraw, customer service emailed no contact back from them. Avoid! Happy to amend review if they are willing to help but currently losing money

After depositing around £600 of my hard earn money, I wanted to withdraw £789 and for the last 48 hours they have completely ignored me in every way.I’ve provided bank statements, proof of card, Proof of Apple Pay, Everything! I’ve sent countless emails to just be ignored by their customer service every time. I’ve taken this to IBAS and have given COPY BET 48 hours to rectify this and either verify my account or send me my £789! Do not use this site, awful, absolute con, I signed up with their welcome offer of bet 10 get 50 in free bets, they ask you to verify your details so send bank & id – to which you don’t get verified, then after a week they verify you which by this time the offer has gone -spoke to customer services and they said you need to place a bet in the first week – which you cannot as you’re not verified, absolute con, avoid

CopyBet is a disgusting betting company. That is so absurd and small that cannot verify new customers automatically using the Credit Reference Agencies, like every other decent betting company in the UK! I tried to signup to CopyBet two days ago and CopyBet is demanding I upload personal documents. That is disgusting! COPYBET SHOULD BE USING CREDIT REFERENCE AGENCIES TO VERIFY CUSTOMERS. I see a lot of reviews calling CopyBet a scam. From what I have experienced, I wouldn’t call it a scam, but there is a ton that needs improving.The app is pretty bad, clunky, and takes a long time to navigate. The website is also confusing as hell, with so many tabs and different wallets.In addition, there have been several instances where I have tried to place a bet with CopyBet, but the bet never goes through due to some technical error. What’s worse is that they would have won!The other negative is that the support, although very quick to respond, is totally clueless. They don’t really seem to know anything and respond with ‘I’ll get back to you’, and then they never do. It’s as if they hope you’ll solve your problem independently and don’t contact them again.There are some good points, however. I did find that the free bets were easy to get and were credited quickly as long as you followed the rules closely. To get the free bets, you need to use some new way of transferring money from your bank, which I was sceptical of at first, but now I see that it’s actually the quickest method of withdrawing I’ve ever seen. The funds are back in your account instantly.Verification was easy as it was all automated.There are some good points, but CopyBet still has a long way to go before it can catch up with the other bookies.That being said, signing up for the Free bets is worth it, but I doubt you’ll want to stick around long-term if you have other options.It’s not a scam, from my experience. Just needs a lot of work.

I have been using CopyBet for months and had a reasonable experience. The app would sometimes freeze, but this has been improved over time.Recently, I have decided to withdraw my balance and this is when they have processed “account correction” and took £435.75 from my account! My account is now closed and their support team is not responding.Huge scam and the most unethical betting business out there. DO NOT USE. Gambling Commission should be all over them.

It’s a scam, sign up offer is a scam dont do it. It hides in small print that you have to deposit a certain way to be eligible, even though it lets you use the sign up code through Apple Pay, don’t reccomend.

I put a bet on the general election result being July, which has happened but they still haven’t paid out. I made a complaint and they emailed me saying it would be confirmed on the 31st of May but they still haven’t paid out. Not sure what to do. Other gambling sites have paid out since the election date has been confirmed. They’ve basically just stole my money. CopyBet is the worst site/company I’ve ever used.

I thought I’d managed to jump through all the hoops in order to get their, what seemed like an excellent, opening offer. I even managed to navigate my way around their baffling app and place a bet. But I was refused my free bets, because I was using a VPN, which contravenes their policies. I always use a VPN when accessing the internet in public places – I thought it was quite a common practice. And I didn’t know it was not allowed until I asked them about my free bets. Maybe it’s hidden somewhere in the T’s& C’s. I even offered to turn off the VPN and start again, but got a blank refusal. I feel I have been tricked into making the initial deposit.

Made a deposit to place a bet, then changed my mind about placing bet so didn’t bother. Went to then withdraw funds back into my bank and now I have to verify bank card to get my money back. If they wanted card verified this should have happened before deposit. Now they are refusing to give me my money back. Only a tenner but I won’t be using this account again after their poor responses from costumer service via email
