I deposited £20 and then my account was closed/restricted for no reason. They then have claimed they’ve sent me my £20 back, then said they haven’t. Then asked for my bank statements which is sensitive information to prove I haven’t received the money. I sent them this and they claim it was original and needed to be a pdf. It was a pdf file downloaded directly from my banking app. Then they’ve claimed it needs to be original and not pdf, no idea what that’s supposed to mean as pdf is the original file type. They keep moving the goalposts all to keep from having the small amount of £20! It’s been over 2 months and around 100 emails and they still have the absolute cheek to write ‘we’re at your disposal of help is needed’. Has to be the worst site and customer service team I have ever had the displeasure of using. I’d avoid completely!!!

Absolutely awful. No problems with initial deposits until you deposit larger amount then your account is frozen and you can’t place a bet or withdrawal YOUR money and half the time says you have no money in your account. Avoid at all cost.

Made a deposit of £50 that landed in my wallet but doesn’t shoe as withdrawable . The company claims I spent the money on sports betting so I asked for proof of deposits and bet history and after all the workings out I’m still owed £50 which I’ve emailed them about numerous times . All they have done is email me once to say let me look into this depiste it being about a week and have now continued to ignore me because they owe me a £50 deposit that’s showed in my wallet

Would give it no stars if possible.Absolutely disgraceful company. Allow you to deposit and then when you try to withdraw they put every hurdle in your way. I still can’t get my money from them. They just ignore you or ask for more and more information hoping you will just give up. Shay given should be ashamed being this company’s ambassador.I have provided 3 months of bank statements and they still keep asking for more..Please avoid this company as you will be in for a lot of pain.

Rude customer service who don’t answer questions with an air of arrogance. They didn’t hold my funds once verification was cleared easily, but they do stake restrict you with the inability to place a bet. Just avoid them. You won’t regret it and they’ve likely got a couple more years in them before they go pop. Check out my last review on mansionbet, I’ve a track record of predicting when the bookies go bust! Get your money out!

What can I say honestly they don’t deserve even 0 stars the company locks cash out options as soon as the bet is winning in customers favour honestly never seen this from any betting company what is the point of a cashout then ? WORST betting company going. I’ve got valid ID, credit is OK and never declined be any site. Naturally I was wanting to know why. I asked the question a couple of times and the attitude I got was a joke… ‘once again’ was how the email started. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS…. Read all the negative reviews and then choose a better company.

I was attracted to copybet because of Their free bets upon joining. However after joining i then find out that these free bets are only if you deposit via their system called truelayer and if your bank isnt set up with TrueLayer then you have to use a different means to deposit but get no free bets

I made deposit of £100. History shows that I made deposit but transfer went to unknown location and now I am £100 down. There is no live chat. In 24 hours they replied to my emails once while I send 10 emails with proof and everything. This site is a joke. Beware and do not register there.

Please please stay far away as possible from the site.All the reviews about this company are 100% correct and please do not go anywhere near them.The customer service is non existent and twice they have said they have processed a withdrawal of mine which they havent and have provided evidence to support this but never resolved.This is actually theft and how this company are allowed to operate is beyond me but then again the gambling authorities are as corrupt as the gambling companies!!!

Won some money and it’s just endless asking for card verifications, after all the cards were verified withdrawal is still pending and I get emails stating it is still being investigated, just absolutely unnecessary unless it’s another bookies that makes it hard on customers to receive winning.

Their promotions are very clearly designed to make it very unlikely to actually qualify for any free bets. I fell for a BET 10 GET 50 promotion – /promo/free-betI signed up, placed a bet on the Grand National for £10 (£5e/w) thus qualifying for the offer of £50 in 5 free bets. HOWEVER, it turned out that I didn’t qualify because at the same time, I placed another £5 bet on another horse in the Grand National. Imagine that – someone placing multiple bets on the biggest betting event in the UK. So – CopyBet claimed that had in fact disqualified me from receiving any free bets. It gets worse. Even if I had NOT placed the other bet, I would have still not qualified for the free bets because I hadn’t installed the app. This was not mentioned once in the advert – other than in the Terms & Conditions – of course. The advert had over 250 words before getting to the small print – no mention of having to install the app and only being allowed a single bet on any single event – including the Grand National 🙂 Another 339 words in the small print (I used a website, I’m not that sad) and still no mention of the key disqualifying details. So – it turns out that the only way to find out these crucial details was to download a 45 page Ts&C’s document and read through that in order to find the vital information required. So, from a legal standpoint, CopyBet are covered, but I’ll leave it to you to decide if you think this is a legitimate offer or just a dirty little scam.

Company is just a scam. Free bet but only if you place one bet! So I deposit £25 more than the minimum threshold for free bets but because (very very small print) somewhere says it has to be on one bet, it doesn’t qualify. Con merchants. However, you shoot yourselves in the foot, as I won more than I deposited and would never go near using your company again. Well done and goodbye.

Not sure how they are registered in the UK when they accept GamStop registered users.This is in breach of the Gambling Act 2005.I have contacted them for resolution. If this isn’t actioned promptly I will report them to the Gambling Commission and also advise Gamstop they are using their branding for misuse of trust.

STAY CLEAR OF COPYBET. I made a deposit about 6 months ago. When I tried to make a withdrawal copybet froze my account immediately. I gave them ID, bank statements etc but still haven’t received my money. Copybet won’t reply to any of my requests. IBAS have requested a deadlock number off copybet to resolve the issue but copybet will not give me the number. Its been four months so far. What bookie even does this

For the sake of what seems like a good welcome offer, i wouldn’t bother, they wanted me to go through verification to unlock the free bets, but yet I would be able to deposit and play without going through the verification process? Trust me when I say this, I’ve played with to many cowboy sports book sites and casinos, stick to the bet 365, coral, virgin bet etc. sites like copybet are to settle winners as losers 3 days after an event has finished. It makes you wonder how sites like these are actually not penalised by the gambling commision.

What a disgrace of a platform hands down the worst i have ever come across!!!!!!!..Their app is far too glitchy..I registered with them had my account verified with DL and profile picture I deposited £20GBP staked a Treble on 3 horses, the bet was registered to return £115, all of a sudden I get booted out of the app..Tried to log back in my details were not recognised kept trying I eventually logged back in and guess what the bet had disappeared – the horses all won….But the bet was gone 0.00 and no transaction history…Not only that they had charged my card twice so £40GBP deposited I contacted customer support and all I got was you couldn’t have placed a bet your account was not verified…Got sick of going back and forth on email with these thieves….BEWARE DO NOT USE THEIR PLATFORM….!!!!!!!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Been waiting over a week for my withdrawal. Site says withdrawal complete but no funds arrived at bank. No other betting company holds customer funds to ransom like this. Opened an account around 2 months ago. Once verified all seemed okay. Following a successful Cheltenham. Leaving my account £1000’s in profit my bets have now been limited. Sometimes only allowing £1 or £2 to be staked. Leaving me no choice but to use a competitors website. A real shame as I was enjoying using CopyBet.

Never had an issue withdrawing my winnings always been in my bank within 2 hours. Only issue that seems to be reoccuring is when you do your betslip and put your stake in and press place a bet tab it doesn’t work there is no errors showing as to the reason why just doesn’t work needs fixingUpdate – still cant place bet after a few hours of trying. Deleted app reinstalled, cleared cache, data and so on tried it on website too and nothing come on get this sorted

I’ve sent up an account with this lot, signed up all okay, verified all okay. Won some money and came to withdraw, it said I needed to verify my email.( I HAVE DONE THIS SO MANY TIMES ITS A JOKE). So I email them and they just keep sending me the same email which does not work. I honestly think this app is just a scam as they dont help you. They just happily take your money. Avoid or report. Honestly don’t know why there is so many 1 stars? I placed a £10 bet got £40 free from this. Lost 3/4 but won one bet £30 withdrew £20, asks for email confirmation , copy and paste the link into your browser and this will verify your email, withdrew £20 again asks for a withdrawal code , I did this and withdrawal went through says it takes two days but hit my account instantly so I have had no problems with this site. Only downside is that build a bet is limited but overall no issues at all! Don’t always believe the 1 stars is all I can say!

Copybet are without doubt the worst. Trying to get money back from them is almost impossible. When they do respond, they make no sense and try and confuse you. Waiting 2 days for money to be paid when most companies are instant or a few hours at the most. If you are thinking about using this company DONT!! Repeat DONT!1 star rating only because it wouldn’t let me put 0.

Joined for their 10 for 50 offer I placed a bet within correct parameters and it wasn’t settled for over a day. I return to find out they’ve added the £10 back into my balance and haven’t unlocked my free bets so I went to withdraw and close my account my withdrawal is locked behind an email confirmation but the email doesn’t send. No live chat to sort any issues out either have to email them and hope for best. Awful company should have read reviews they shouldn’t be able to do business and any review over 1 star is obviously the company.

My account was verified for long enough to make a deposit. They then said they needed to see bank statements which I refused to do, just to place a bet. I asked for my money back, they said they couldn’t do that without seeing my bank statements first!!!!!!! All common sense has gone. I can’t be arsed to argue over a tenner but hopefully you will learn from my experience.

Just signed up, utlising the sign-up bonus offer. So everything in terms of bonus and variety appears pretty good, but they have no support available. Saturdays and Sundays are arguably the biggest net spend of a punter over a week and they have no live chat or telephone. Not impressed as I need a bet voiding. Apparently got to wait until Monday wtaf!

This company locked my account out of nowhere because I requested a withdrawal from my account. They sent me an email asking for proof of my last 3 months payslips, they take days to reply to your emails to them and customer service is very poor. They take money from you but are very reluctant to process withdrawals.

My account was fully verified when placing a withdrawal the other day I was then asked for a bank card to be sent over which I have done and I received an email again stating my account is now verified. Yet I am still waiting for my funds to reach my account.. the withdrawal is still yet to be processed and I have been in contact with customer service and no reply.. such a shame to be disappointed like this as reading some of the reviews it seemed customer service was positive in some cases. Must admit not the fastest at settling your bet but if you are desperate to have another bet straight away just deposit more cash. All winnings withdrew and into bank same day as long as your account is verified. So a positive from me.

I never normally write reviews but I had to make an exception for this company. They’re horrendous. I have an account with all the reputable companies and when I saw this one advertised I thought I’d give it a shot, why not! The first request after I entered all my details was to verify my account. I uploaded my driving license and selfie as requested and it was denied. No reason given. I messaged customer support (they don’t have a contact number) and asked for assistance given that my details are accurate and correct. 3 days later I get the reply :“ As stated in article 15.2 from our Terms of Use:The company reserves the right to deny a client in passing verification with no reason given.”Don’t bother wasting your time on this amateurish company. They’ll be decommissioned before long

Dreadful company. I should’ve read the reviews before depositing. They will not send my money. I have £50 in the account and can’t get it out. Customer support awful, don’t answer questions and if they do it takes 48 hours. Lost bets settle immediately wins after 48 hours. So many problems. This is the worst ever bookies I’ve tried using. I did a sign up offer and placed my £10 bet to get free bets. Turns out you have to do it on the app. No where is that made clear. Placed another bet on the app and now have my free bets. However, this is the worst promo I’ve seen. The free bets are very specific and you had to do them in order. I’m now on a free bet to use on horse racing, however I can’t use it. The navigation is horrible and I’m only signed in on certain pages. Absolutely awful, not even worth the signup offer. Do not use!!!
