For the sake of what seems like a good welcome offer, i wouldn’t bother, they wanted me to go through verification to unlock the free bets, but yet I would be able to deposit and play without going through the verification process? Trust me when I say this, I’ve played with to many cowboy sports book sites and casinos, stick to the bet 365, coral, virgin bet etc. sites like copybet are to settle winners as losers 3 days after an event has finished. It makes you wonder how sites like these are actually not penalised by the gambling commision.

Excellent customer service, easy to deposit and withdraw , my withdrawal was in les then a minute , great website lots of selections on sports booked 100% great odds , I don’t understand this bad reviews if you can’t afford simple don’t bet . I definitely recommend to join anyone. Who love the sports bet.

Downloaded because saw it on Andy Robsons page on Instagram. Downloaded and verification done in 5 mins. Was given my free bets which I won £80 with. Withdrew it and was in my bank within 2/3 hours.

What a disgrace of a platform hands down the worst i have ever come across!!!!!!!..Their app is far too glitchy..I registered with them had my account verified with DL and profile picture I deposited £20GBP staked a Treble on 3 horses, the bet was registered to return £115, all of a sudden I get booted out of the app..Tried to log back in my details were not recognised kept trying I eventually logged back in and guess what the bet had disappeared – the horses all won….But the bet was gone 0.00 and no transaction history…Not only that they had charged my card twice so £40GBP deposited I contacted customer support and all I got was you couldn’t have placed a bet your account was not verified…Got sick of going back and forth on email with these thieves….BEWARE DO NOT USE THEIR PLATFORM….!!!!!!!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Been waiting over a week for my withdrawal. Site says withdrawal complete but no funds arrived at bank. No other betting company holds customer funds to ransom like this. They make you jump through hoops to verify. Difficult to contact through any means. Needs investigating by the fraud department. It is appropriate they sponsor QPR as they are both run awfully

Absolute joke of a company,Took £500 off me in a week in losing bets no problems or issues,but when I won £1300 , they made me jump through hoops getting verified to claim my winnings,Then they limited my stakes, offering me 9p stakes in some cases for 11/10 bets.Stay well clear , I really believe whoever is giving them good reviews on here obviously works for them.Pathetic betting site.Stay well clear !!!

Opened an account around 2 months ago. Once verified all seemed okay. Following a successful Cheltenham. Leaving my account £1000’s in profit my bets have now been limited. Sometimes only allowing £1 or £2 to be staked. Leaving me no choice but to use a competitors website. A real shame as I was enjoying using CopyBet.

Never had an issue withdrawing my winnings always been in my bank within 2 hours. Only issue that seems to be reoccuring is when you do your betslip and put your stake in and press place a bet tab it doesn’t work there is no errors showing as to the reason why just doesn’t work needs fixingUpdate – still cant place bet after a few hours of trying. Deleted app reinstalled, cleared cache, data and so on tried it on website too and nothing come on get this sorted

I’ve sent up an account with this lot, signed up all okay, verified all okay. Won some money and came to withdraw, it said I needed to verify my email.( I HAVE DONE THIS SO MANY TIMES ITS A JOKE). So I email them and they just keep sending me the same email which does not work. I honestly think this app is just a scam as they dont help you. They just happily take your money. Avoid or report. It was concerning seeing QPR as there official partner.

Honestly don’t know why there is so many 1 stars? I placed a £10 bet got £40 free from this. Lost 3/4 but won one bet £30 withdrew £20, asks for email confirmation , copy and paste the link into your browser and this will verify your email, withdrew £20 again asks for a withdrawal code , I did this and withdrawal went through says it takes two days but hit my account instantly so I have had no problems with this site. Only downside is that build a bet is limited but overall no issues at all! Don’t always believe the 1 stars is all I can say!

Copybet are without doubt the worst. Trying to get money back from them is almost impossible. When they do respond, they make no sense and try and confuse you. Waiting 2 days for money to be paid when most companies are instant or a few hours at the most. If you are thinking about using this company DONT!! Repeat DONT!1 star rating only because it wouldn’t let me put 0.

STAY AWAY. I can’t stress enough not to use this company. Absolutely awful – they accept deposits and if you withdraw they ask for your source of funds. Absolutely disgraceful and reckon they will go bust as obviously have issues if they are basically stealing peoples money as seen in the comments below. I will be making a complaint.

Placed bets on football horses etc took my money with no hesitation now I’ve won over a thousand pound on football it will not withdraw because I NOW have to proof source of funds which they didn’t care about when taking my money you have 24 hours to put my money in my bank or will be contacting the ombudsman no wonder QPR are abysmal with your compnay plastered all over there shirt

Joined for their 10 for 50 offer I placed a bet within correct parameters and it wasn’t settled for over a day. I return to find out they’ve added the £10 back into my balance and haven’t unlocked my free bets so I went to withdraw and close my account my withdrawal is locked behind an email confirmation but the email doesn’t send. No live chat to sort any issues out either have to email them and hope for best. Awful company should have read reviews they shouldn’t be able to do business and any review over 1 star is obviously the company.

My account was verified for long enough to make a deposit. They then said they needed to see bank statements which I refused to do, just to place a bet. I asked for my money back, they said they couldn’t do that without seeing my bank statements first!!!!!!! All common sense has gone. I can’t be arsed to argue over a tenner but hopefully you will learn from my experience.

Just signed up, utlising the sign-up bonus offer. So everything in terms of bonus and variety appears pretty good, but they have no support available. Saturdays and Sundays are arguably the biggest net spend of a punter over a week and they have no live chat or telephone. Not impressed as I need a bet voiding. Apparently got to wait until Monday wtaf!

This company locked my account out of nowhere because I requested a withdrawal from my account. They sent me an email asking for proof of my last 3 months payslips, they take days to reply to your emails to them and customer service is very poor. They take money from you but are very reluctant to process withdrawals.

My account was fully verified when placing a withdrawal the other day I was then asked for a bank card to be sent over which I have done and I received an email again stating my account is now verified. Yet I am still waiting for my funds to reach my account.. the withdrawal is still yet to be processed and I have been in contact with customer service and no reply.. such a shame to be disappointed like this as reading some of the reviews it seemed customer service was positive in some cases. My withdrawal payment ID : 1421709 Is still showing “expecting withdrawal” on the website.

I opened an account for cheltenham with £10 and got £50 in free bets. All free bets used and settled. Must admit not the fastest at settling your bet but if you are desperate to have another bet straight away just deposit more cash. All winnings withdrew and into bank same day as long as your account is verified. So a positive from me.

Please Please don’t use this criminal company.I opened an account a few weeks ago and passed all credentials.After a major headache.Anyway over the Cheltenham festival I placed a bet and won. I was patient and waited 2 days, 3 day ,4 and 5 .Nothing. My wining was over 250 pounds. I never normally write reviews but I had to make an exception for this company. They’re horrendous. I have an account with all the reputable companies and when I saw this one advertised I thought I’d give it a shot, why not! The first request after I entered all my details was to verify my account. I uploaded my driving license and selfie as requested and it was denied. No reason given. I messaged customer support (they don’t have a contact number) and asked for assistance given that my details are accurate and correct. 3 days later I get the reply :“ As stated in article 15.2 from our Terms of Use:The company reserves the right to deny a client in passing verification with no reason given.”Don’t bother wasting your time on this amateurish company. They’ll be decommissioned before long

Dreadful company. I should’ve read the reviews before depositing. They will not send my money. I have £50 in the account and can’t get it out. Customer support awful, don’t answer questions and if they do it takes 48 hours. Lost bets settle immediately wins after 48 hours. So many problems. I am determined to get my money back but they’re totally incompetent and clearly their delay tactic is in the hope that people will give up trying. AVOID. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is the worst ever bookies I’ve tried using. I did a sign up offer and placed my £10 bet to get free bets. Turns out you have to do it on the app. No where is that made clear. Placed another bet on the app and now have my free bets. However, this is the worst promo I’ve seen. The free bets are very specific and you had to do them in order. I’m now on a free bet to use on horse racing, however I can’t use it. The navigation is horrible and I’m only signed in on certain pages. Absolutely awful, not even worth the signup offer. Do not use!!!

How can they be regulated by the UKGC? 😳I recently opened up an account with copybet to fake advantage of their free bets offer. I initially used the website, but found that most of the times I wanted to place a bet, their website either suspends the market or crashes altogether. I therefore downloaded the Copybet app and it’s just as bad if not worse! I missed out on a big priced winner because of these technical issues. As if this isn’t bad enough, bet settlements are beyond a joke. It’s okay if your selection loses, but if you have a winning selection, they’ll make you wait, and wait, and wait. Even if these events finish at the same time! You’ll find they settle loses, but nothing that wins. How is that right? Honestly, stay clear of this lot. I’ll be using (trying at least) my balance and will stay away. It’s too much of a faff. I can’t believe a website and App such as theirs is actually permitted and regulated in a way so they can take bets. It’s beyond ridiculous.

Awful app and website, it glitches all the time. The support is non existent, can’t get through to anyone and when you do send a email to them no one gets back to you, no number you can ring either. Still waiting 4 days later! I have an issue with trying to withdraw funds been pending for 3 days and still not able to withdraw anything. Again tried to contact support but nothing. Not sure on what to do now? Avoid them like the plague!!!

Would have left no starts if I could have. Customer service seems to be none existent tried to find a live chat on the app but there isn’t one. I’ve had the same experience as all these other reviews deposited placed bet with minimum requirements bet settled (lost) still saying I need to place qualifying bet. For the record I placed 2 pound bets that would have qualified when I went to try the 3rd I decided not to and tried to withdraw but won’t let me withdraw!

I won a £2000 bet on feb 17th Account number u505268It was a bet builder on a liverpool game.I tried to withdrawal the money and they have not gave me the money. They have limited my account and have asked me for payslips, bank statements and asked other random questions. I have provided all the documents and have cooperated but I am not getting anywhere.They are trying my best to con me out of my money! It’s a joke! Was a bit hesitant to use this site due to the many 1 star reviews. However, my experience has been pretty good. The site itself is a little slow and they don’t have a huge amount of betting options but everything else works great. Withdrawal times are also exceptional. And what a great welcome offer!

Opened a new account and verified it with my driving license, I then deposited £10 but before I could place a bet and get my new account bonuses I had to verify my bank card (which I have never had to do with any other site?) I sent numerous photos of bank card but apparently my details couldn’t be read so they froze my account with my money and wouldn’t let me withdraw it.

Why does copybet require evidence that NO other internet betting company does.There has to be a reason? I have tried to verify twice and both times have failed despite having accounts with a number of other reputable companies. This taken with all the other complaints here suggests there is an issue. No smoke without fire.

Broken service – money goes missing & is just not up to scratch. You have to deposit to a wallet to then transfer between accounts, you can’t deposit via the App as it breaks. Terrible customer journeys.

Hopefully you have found these reviews before you join. DO NOT USE. Slow and poor customer service. Want bank statement, copy payslips (all after you have deposited of course). User interface is full of bugs and betting limits on in play are really poor.

I was a bit hesitant of signing up after seeing all the bad reviews. I fancied a gamble though so deposited £10 after a couple of security checks (had to use a mobile app to send a photo of the front of my driving license and my face had to be filmed rotating around). Once my £10 bet settled I was able to claim the first of five free £10 bets. These free bets are a mixture of in-play, single and multiple bets, football and horse racing. I also claimed a £2 free bet on a QPR match and a £5 free bet on the EFL Cup final. I won off the £5 free bet and the last £10 free bet which was an acca. Requested a withdrawal after leaving a small amount to play with in my account and the funds were in my bank the next morning. The only negative I can report is that the sportsbook and app wouldn’t work for a 24 hour period. I e-mailed the info support e-mail address and they advised of an ongoing technical issue. This appears to have been fixed a short time afterwards.In my opinion this is definitely worth a gamble for a tenner.
