Joined up and placed a qualifying £10 bet to receive £50 in free bets. Still no free bets!! I’ve emailed them 3 times and not one reply! How can a company like this be free to trade?? It’s disgusting how they just ignore emails! Believe all the bad reviews because they are true, give this company a wide berth!

How can they be regulated by the UKGC? 😳I recently opened up an account with copybet to fake advantage of their free bets offer. I initially used the website, but found that most of the times I wanted to place a bet, their website either suspends the market or crashes altogether. I therefore downloaded the Copybet app and it’s just as bad if not worse! I missed out on a big priced winner because of these technical issues. As if this isn’t bad enough, bet settlements are beyond a joke. It’s okay if your selection loses, but if you have a winning selection, they’ll make you wait, and wait, and wait. Even if these events finish at the same time! You’ll find they settle loses, but nothing that wins. How is that right? Honestly, stay clear of this lot. I’ll be using (trying at least) my balance and will stay away. It’s too much of a faff. I can’t believe a website and App such as theirs is actually permitted and regulated in a way so they can take bets. It’s beyond ridiculous.

Awful app and website, it glitches all the time. The support is non existent, can’t get through to anyone and when you do send a email to them no one gets back to you, no number you can ring either. Still waiting 4 days later! I have an issue with trying to withdraw funds been pending for 3 days and still not able to withdraw anything. Again tried to contact support but nothing. Not sure on what to do now? Avoid them like the plague!!!

Absolutely awful company. Placed bet, tried to withdraw asking for extra documents even tho I did this on sign up. Didn’t get free bets even tho I quite clearly did everything the promotion asked. Would have left no starts if I could have. Customer service seems to be none existent tried to find a live chat on the app but there isn’t one. I’ve had the same experience as all these other reviews deposited placed bet with minimum requirements bet settled (lost) still saying I need to place qualifying bet. For the record I placed 2 pound bets that would have qualified when I went to try the 3rd I decided not to and tried to withdraw but won’t let me withdraw!

I won a £2000 bet on feb 17th Account number u505268It was a bet builder on a liverpool game.I tried to withdrawal the money and they have not gave me the money. They have limited my account and have asked me for payslips, bank statements and asked other random questions. I have provided all the documents and have cooperated but I am not getting anywhere.They are trying my best to con me out of my money! It’s a joke! Was a bit hesitant to use this site due to the many 1 star reviews. However, my experience has been pretty good. The site itself is a little slow and they don’t have a huge amount of betting options but everything else works great. Withdrawal times are also exceptional. And what a great welcome offer!

Opened a new account and verified it with my driving license, I then deposited £10 but before I could place a bet and get my new account bonuses I had to verify my bank card (which I have never had to do with any other site?) I sent numerous photos of bank card but apparently my details couldn’t be read so they froze my account with my money and wouldn’t let me withdraw it.

Won money on cheltenham tried to withdraw money, made me verify using email code and then everytime entered the verification code it says incorrect.3. Why does copybet require evidence that NO other internet betting company does.There has to be a reason? I have tried to verify twice and both times have failed despite having accounts with a number of other reputable companies. This taken with all the other complaints here suggests there is an issue. No smoke without fire.

Broken service – money goes missing & is just not up to scratch. You have to deposit to a wallet to then transfer between accounts, you can’t deposit via the App as it breaks. Terrible customer journeys.

Hopefully you have found these reviews before you join. DO NOT USE. Slow and poor customer service. Want bank statement, copy payslips (all after you have deposited of course). User interface is full of bugs and betting limits on in play are really poor.

I was a bit hesitant of signing up after seeing all the bad reviews. I fancied a gamble though so deposited £10 after a couple of security checks (had to use a mobile app to send a photo of the front of my driving license and my face had to be filmed rotating around). Once my £10 bet settled I was able to claim the first of five free £10 bets. These free bets are a mixture of in-play, single and multiple bets, football and horse racing. I also claimed a £2 free bet on a QPR match and a £5 free bet on the EFL Cup final. I won off the £5 free bet and the last £10 free bet which was an acca. Requested a withdrawal after leaving a small amount to play with in my account and the funds were in my bank the next morning. The only negative I can report is that the sportsbook and app wouldn’t work for a 24 hour period. I e-mailed the info support e-mail address and they advised of an ongoing technical issue. This appears to have been fixed a short time afterwards.In my opinion this is definitely worth a gamble for a tenner.

Don’t be fooledSo I used the site, basically, first withdrawal came in fine, £40, I withdrew £30.69 last night I received my withdrawal has been successful, normally pretty instant, anyhow, tried contacting them, nothing? Is there anyone even employed. Just checked my bank statement, and I’m also missing £10 withdrawal £20 withdrawal and £25.78 withdrawal. Over the past 2 weeks, absolute disgusting. So not only is there website half the time is offline, they don’t pay out. Guess what, they’re quick to to take money though. It’s laughable. Do not use they are criminal con men in Malta they messaged me on Maltese phone number they where going to rape my children. Installed the app. The Verification and sign up process was quick. Then things quickly went downhill. The deposit process is not very intuitive and the user has no idea of how to make a deposit or the methods available. Gpay is a good touch. However, once the deposit was made I was unable to make a bet. It keep saying your device is offline. I sent support an email so will see how long they take to get back and also offered to join their beta test program as clearly the testers they have are terrible or just non existent QA. In my company if we let a product with obvious flaws such as this one onto the market we would all be sacked or told to give up testing.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, site can be fairly dodgy abou taking bets, multiples etc. might be limited, lodges 100 Friday and won a treble and some other races along with some losses, withdrew 500 and it’s in my bank account, no support at the weekend is the reason for 3 stars

Real review happened just today , have proof to show anytime, so i decided to sign up with copycat it seemed like a site worth signing up to, then I wanted to verify my account before depositing money as we all know these sites have a tendency to ask for documents and verification once they got your money , but guess what the 2 minutes quick verification didn’t even work , when you select the option it shows an error, so I contacted the so called customer services , their response was rude and dumb , they said under our terms we don’t have to give you a reason why you can’t get verified blah blah worst dog waste I have ever heard , my next response was just delete my account, what in the world who is running these sites. I found this company online and applied to join through my Google account once I registered I deposited 100 pounds through Google pay and opened my account. I placed a few bets and won some money to which I tried to withdraw and the system prompted me to put in my card details. Fast forward 10 days I still haven’t received that withdraw and my account has been Limited pend pending the submission of a bank statement. I have submitted the bank statement today and no response of our email no live chat or phone number to call and I am left wondering what to do next

Signed up with £10 and received my 5x£10 bets one after the other.Got very lucky and ended up walking away with 500+ (300 on an acca)Again all luck but started withdrawing in increments as was still playing with the balance. Most payouts were near instant, on a few occasions was delayed a couple of days.App itself is very buggy. But for a tenner I can’t complain at the free bet offer.

Be wary. Their website crashed and has behaved strangely for two days now. Bets have disappeared, money has disappeared. Untested upgrade? It’s a shame as, up to this point, my experience had been pretty positive with Copybet. Their software has been glitchy in-the-past but this outage it unbelievable for an online bookie. PR disaster.

The site is horrific, no option to log in when using a browser on your phone, you have to transfer money from wallet to sportsbook and back again. You can’t withdraw if you used Apple Pay to deposit (they don’t tell you this until after). When you click place bet nothing happens. Was restricted to a £25 stake on my first bet on the West Brom vs Cardiff game at odds of 20/21 (10 mins before kick off). The only customer service is via email which they take hours to respond to. I deposited £20 from my bank card to try and get the rest of my money back out, still no sign of the £20 I then tried to withdraw over 3 days later. Avoid at all costs!

After depositing and wagering £10 I was able to use one of the free bets but ever since both the web site and app continually crash with internal errors. Consequently I cant access any other free bets and the balance is incorrect and betting history empty. I cant decide if this is a deliberate ploy or the software is corrupt.
