Don’t be fooledSo I used the site, basically, first withdrawal came in fine, £40, I withdrew £30.69 last night I received my withdrawal has been successful, normally pretty instant, anyhow, tried contacting them, nothing? Is there anyone even employed. Just checked my bank statement, and I’m also missing £10 withdrawal £20 withdrawal and £25.78 withdrawal. Over the past 2 weeks, absolute disgusting. So not only is there website half the time is offline, they don’t pay out. Guess what, they’re quick to to take money though. It’s laughable. I’m going to the gambling commission regarding these cowboys. AVOID

Hi,I had been pretty happy with your site until today when you let me make a deposit and then freeze my account as you say SOF (Source of Funds) is required! What? This cost myself money as the bet i wanted to place won. Do not use they are criminal con men in Malta they messaged me on Maltese phone number they where going to rape my children. All because I complained saying they have withheld my money and refused to pay me back the they are corrupt and a fraud there site is the slowest worst site only allow you to bet what they want you to bet and they do allow multiple withdraws and it’s a bad sham of a company they also change your bets after you have placed them especially on football coupons

Got my free bets, used one of them and now I’ve got 4 to use. Haven’t been able to get onto the sportsbook bit now for 2 days as keeps saying offline.Customer services keep saying its their priority to get it fixed! Well they obviously don’t know what they are doing!! What a joke!!

Only gave 1 star as you can’t leave zero , always lets you put money in then you get nothing but error messages and the app always says my device is offline , this site is 100% the worst betting site available, customer service is none existent and they need investigating. Installed the app. The Verification and sign up process was quick. Then things quickly went downhill. The deposit process is not very intuitive and the user has no idea of how to make a deposit or the methods available. Gpay is a good touch. However, once the deposit was made I was unable to make a bet. It keep saying your device is offline. I sent support an email so will see how long they take to get back and also offered to join their beta test program as clearly the testers they have are terrible or just non existent QA. In my company if we let a product with obvious flaws such as this one onto the market we would all be sacked or told to give up testing.

Would be zero star if I could. App doesnt load 50% of the time and states no connection when im connected to wifi. Unable to withdraw money without depositing from a bank account 1st. Very difficult to place bets also.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, site can be fairly dodgy abou taking bets, multiples etc. might be limited, lodges 100 Friday and won a treble and some other races along with some losses, withdrew 500 and it’s in my bank account, no support at the weekend is the reason for 3 stars

Real review happened just today , have proof to show anytime, so i decided to sign up with copycat it seemed like a site worth signing up to, then I wanted to verify my account before depositing money as we all know these sites have a tendency to ask for documents and verification once they got your money , but guess what the 2 minutes quick verification didn’t even work , when you select the option it shows an error, so I contacted the so called customer services , their response was rude and dumb , they said under our terms we don’t have to give you a reason why you can’t get verified blah blah worst dog waste I have ever heard , my next response was just delete my account, what in the world who is running these sites. Great site, although won a decent amount and withdrew however haven’t received it yet compared to quick times on other sites, disappointing as would use this site more. Hopefully they see this and sort it quickly so that I trust using this site.

I found this company online and applied to join through my Google account once I registered I deposited 100 pounds through Google pay and opened my account. I placed a few bets and won some money to which I tried to withdraw and the system prompted me to put in my card details. Fast forward 10 days I still haven’t received that withdraw and my account has been Limited pend pending the submission of a bank statement. I have submitted the bank statement today and no response of our email no live chat or phone number to call and I am left wondering what to do next

Withdrew funds over 36 hours ago and still no funds. With most companies offering instant withdrawals, this type of delay in 2024 is terrible Also, no live chat or phone number is terrible in this day and year and support tickets take over 7 hours to respond.

Signed up with £10 and received my 5x£10 bets one after the other.Got very lucky and ended up walking away with 500+ (300 on an acca)Again all luck but started withdrawing in increments as was still playing with the balance. Most payouts were near instant, on a few occasions was delayed a couple of days.App itself is very buggy. But for a tenner I can’t complain at the free bet offer.

Be wary. Their website crashed and has behaved strangely for two days now. Bets have disappeared, money has disappeared. Untested upgrade? It’s a shame as, up to this point, my experience had been pretty positive with Copybet. Their software has been glitchy in-the-past but this outage it unbelievable for an online bookie. PR disaster.

The site is horrific, no option to log in when using a browser on your phone, you have to transfer money from wallet to sportsbook and back again. You can’t withdraw if you used Apple Pay to deposit (they don’t tell you this until after). When you click place bet nothing happens. Was restricted to a £25 stake on my first bet on the West Brom vs Cardiff game at odds of 20/21 (10 mins before kick off). The only customer service is via email which they take hours to respond to. I deposited £20 from my bank card to try and get the rest of my money back out, still no sign of the £20 I then tried to withdraw over 3 days later. Avoid at all costs!

After depositing and wagering £10 I was able to use one of the free bets but ever since both the web site and app continually crash with internal errors. Consequently I cant access any other free bets and the balance is incorrect and betting history empty. I cant decide if this is a deliberate ploy or the software is corrupt.

Opened an account and got £50 of free bets. I’ve done everything properly; I was verified, and the one bet I placed I didn’t even win, but I’ve now been locked out, and there’s no way via website or app to get back in. I expect to see bad reviews for betting companies but personally i had a great 1st experience. Better than most mainstream betting companies. Verified in 10 mins and got 2 free bets for this without deposit. I put 10 bet on horse and won 75. I withdrew 70 and it was literally in my bank in 5 mins. Up 60 and 7 free bets to go through.

Please, Please don’t use these cowboys I first try to deposit and that goes all well seems like they love taking deposits, anyways deposited £10 for free bets, put free bets on and ma.de £80. Try withdraw it and all i have is BALLACE CORRECTION – £80.I messaged them, well had to email took ages for them to respond. If the owners invests a lot of money to open a betting site, why not spend a little more to operate it properly. As it stands this site is atrocious, seemingly devised by accountants for accountants not punters. The user interface is terrible, not obvious which account and which wallet is in use. The odds given across all sports but particularly in horse racing are way below other bookies, best odds guarantee only on some races, race betting closes way before the race starts (bot controlled) , UK race cards often don’t even have prices just SP, the App doesn’t work, can’t even deposit money through it, just says transaction complete and can’t progress, difficult to find history data, withdrawals are difficult – see other posts.If changes aren’t made, CopyBet won’t be here in a few months. The people currently running it aren’t up to the job. Remember Betbull, at least that had a good user interface. As a punter, there are no good reasons to bet here. What a waste.

As soon as you sign up you are unable to deposit/place a bet or basically navigate anything on the site until you verify using your ID (Driving Licence) and then a selfie. I did that, passed the verification and used the site for several days betting on the horse racing. Upon making my first withdrawal it asked me to verify my card which i was unable to do as i had lost my bank card that i deposited with and had requested to withdraw to my other bank card. They asked for bank statements showing the deposit’s to Copybet which i emailed over. I sent selfie after selfie holding and showing my card clearly that i would simply like the money withdrawing to. I get hardly any reply on email and if you do asking what is happening? They just say they appreciate your patience your case is being worked on and that they are at your disposal. I genuinely don’t think that a real person responds to your email and it takes at least a day to get that response i said above. It has been over a week now since i requested my withdrawal and nothing has materialised.. i would seriously not even think about using this site it is just shocking. There is no Live chat, no telephone number, the site logs you out of the app every single time you go off the app so even if you go off it for 1 second you then have to put your pin in over and over again to log back in. I am reporting them to the Gambling commission and will be taking legal action if my withdrawal isn’t met because this is literally theft. They want everything about your identity and you don’t even get your hard earner winnings off them when attempting a withdrawal! Honestly way way way clear of this site!

Aside from the issue I’m facing – which is that I had deposited 4 hours ago using ApplePay and the amount is stuck in the Wallet and I’m unable to transfer it to the Sportsbook nor even Withdraw it back to my bank account – the lack of Customer Services is just so so so frustrating I am regretting having registered with Copybet after only a few hours of setting up my account. There is no phone number to speak with someone, no Live Chat feature, only a chatbot that doesn’t go anywhere near answering my simple query). You can submit a case/issue complaint but this far no response to mine.
