Avoid avoid avoid.Deceptive website that hardly works. Deposited £10 and didn't show up until hours after the match finished I wanted to bet on. Placed the bet on another game at over 1.5 odds, just to get the £40 in free bets. Never got the free bets. Contacted support and they said I placed it on a match that wasn't eligible. (It was league 1 football). They then proceeded to show me small print from the Terms and Conditions and refused to honour the deal. Extremely rude "customer service" that are only there to deflect.Actually placing a bet is extremely painful. The odds are shockingly low. The website is slow and unresponsive.The advertising is deceptive and surely illegal. The website is coded full of dark patterns and lies. Doubt this website will be around long.

Used Apple Pay to deposit can’t use Apple Pay to withdraw. Can’t delete the card I previously used to deposit. Used a new card to deposit and can’t withdraw to it. No number or live chat to take with customer service.Avoid like the plague

Have placed several bets over the past few weeks and have made a few deposits and withdrawals. Tried to make a withdrawal for just under £300 where I have been asked to provide a photo of my card and a bank statement. Both have been submitted but no response from CopyBet to unlock my account or confirm my withdrawal. Account was already fully verified and previous withdrawals were received. No telephone number to contact them

Useless company. Just like all the other reviews, once you win a couple of bets they ask for evidence of where the money comes from but still accept deposits. You send them the evidence and you get automatic replies asking you to rate the service when they don’t fix anything! Wish I’d of read the reviews before signing up to these.

Have a serious responsible gambling complaint but their email address doesn't work (doesn't seem to receive emails) and they're completely unresponsive on the ticketing system.Main site is fine, albeit slightly confusing.

I had 6 folds and a 7 fold and was told if 1 loses my whole bet was down , my bet had 5 winners and a void ,so therefore I had winnings , but not with coppy bet they say it is a loser even after 7 requests that they look at incorrect settlement

Ok site. Ok set up. Never had issue with withdrawals. Only thing that let’s site down is they limit your bet. Max bet is between £10-£15. They don’t let you win much more than £60.

asked to provide wageslips or proof of income as per new checks. Have responded that I am not happy to provide them as these have private and sensitive information on and so advised am happy for account to be closed. Both myself and copybet will be superfine. Response from copybet was 'we are unable to action my request until wage slips or other proof of income has been provided. Nice work copybet..ahhh. I have replied asking for that person to just run it by somebody else. And for the record, I think it's a good idea and more checks are needed..I just have the right to say no thanks and close and leave it there. I don't expect to have to send wage slips to get an account closed. No biggy, accounts dead to me now anyway.. and SHAY GIVEN is front man for this, infact the email asking for proof of income comes from him..or rather is the name asking . Couldn't make it up.

After winning a large amount of money on Dec 26th CopyBet put a block on my account not letting me withdraw. I have provided all the details they have asked with no joy. They are ignoring all emails sent so now a claim has been logged with IBAS. A terrible betting firm please don’t get tempted by any offers and stay away.

All the signals were there but I should have known better. You put money through sites like this and when you need instant help, its not there...and that can cost. There's no live chat (that I could find anyway) and no telephone contact (again, that I could find). In this day and age, what betting site doesnt have an easy way for its customers to make contact...lesson learnt. Plenty of alternatives out there.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I registered in late nov / early dec 2023.I have placed bets and withdrew money with no problem.I won a bet yesterday and now they are asking for card verification? One card on my account is no longer active and their site will only let me verify one. I’ve messaged via email and instagram and have been ignored. I am only wanting to remove the two cards that it wont let me verify, so I can use my account. As no one has responded I can’t withdraw and the free bet they gave me is invalid.Very amateur company / website I will be requesting funds held in my account to be released to my bank account and will then be closing my account.

Something not right going on here.They settled a bet incorrectly.Was clearly a winner and I have all the evidence to back it up.They do not reply with 24 hours as they say and are virtually impossible to get a hold off.Their twitter page can talk all day but you can't get a reply off them or the chat function on the account.Yes I am full verified too as I notice they like to reply saying your account is not verified to take the head off themselves on these reviews.They tried to say there was no var review in the girona vs atletico Madrid(4-3) game even though the rectangle was given twice to reverse decisions.Anyone can Google or search on social media what happened as var was trending because that game had so many incidents.I think the tactic here is they want to hold out and frustrate you so you can give a reply that they can just ban your account for so they don't have to pay you, your money.They say they will give you a decision within one business day but they don't.I did see they replied on this today but they can't reply to open cases. A joke.They don't seem to admit any fault going by this and social media so just waiting for a smart reply lol

Easily the worst Bookmakers I’ve discovered to date. There so call fast UI is incredibly frustrating to use, often thrown errors - not placing bets as it should. Very slow responses from Support, unclear “Free Bet Offer Terms”. Lacks many notable features that come as standard elsewhere. Avoid.

I don’t want to make a detailed review anymore because my experience was exactly the same as the others. To be honest, before I joined Copybet I checked Trustpilot review and I have read countless negative review about their experiences in regards to using this online gambling app. However, despite this I said I want to try hoping that I will have different positive experience but I was dead wrong. I experienced the same as then others. Poor customer service, poor platform performance and the worst of all is that the app shut you down in the middle playing asking for requirements that could have been requested and completed prior to registration or signing up. Very suspicious I felt because first, they would ask for your identity such as driving license then let you deposit and play. Second, suspend your account in the heat of betting asking for proof of banking which I already used for depositing. Then in the middle of playing and betting which I am losing more than £1300 and want to win back my losses my account was again suspended for no apparent reason. The only thing I saw was check email then when I clicked the link they were asking proof of income i.e., payslips for the last 3months which I all provided. But the funny thing was they let me deposited £50 before suspending my account. I was so so frustrated because I was about to put a bet for £50 with the 6/1 which in the end it won but miss that opportunity. It took me more than a week to wait for them to review my documents. I missed some Christmas matches which I was waiting and some of my choices actually won. It’s a real shame - very disappointing!Now I am wondering about the next ‘trick’ they have in store to suddenly suspend your account. Are they gonna ask me next time for my ‘Tax Return’ or P60 just to have that reason to suspend account in the middle of playing? I said nit anymore I am not giving them that chance anymore because I self-excluded myself for 5 years. If only there is self-exclusion forever I would do so or closing account permanently but there is no option at all. The most annoying thing of all was that when they reactivated my account, they put a limit of £50 monthly that I can spend for betting. My goodness Copybet my losses is estimated more that £20k already but not any online gambling site put £50 limit in my account. What are you playing at? I could lose another £10k or win who knows but not with copybet anymore.Well anyway I ended now with somehow detailed review about my frustrating experience with copybet. To the others who might be thinking of signing up. I will not stop you or encourage you not to try copybet but my piece of advice is ‘think twice before you do’ or if you want to feel free and happy online betting, you better not join at all or you gonna end up the same as others. Positive experience: quick withdrawals and deposits Negative: app is lagging and controlling the amount of betting.

Joined and was promoted with a offer for bet 10 get 40 in free bets, I placed my bet and it won, my accpunt was then locked and had to show proof of address, card, bank statements and took 4 days, once access to the account my offer had been revoked and was told decision is final. I have withdrawn mu funds luckily but this firm clearly are trying to make a profit from just deposit and closure. Scam

Please please please take notice of the negative comments on here , they are bang on , I think this company is borderline corrupt , I won on two horses and withdrew half the amount followed by the other half , both equal amounts , one has landed in my bank the other has completely disappeared , they have advised it has been sent to my bank (big mistake) as now Nat West fraud department are involved as it has been 2 weeks , I have found absolutely countless members with EXACTLY the same experience , I think this is some kind of tactic by the company , how can one withdrawal hit my bank within an hour and the other vanish for over two weeks , they are going to land in hot water with this kind of tactic My bank has also advised me to contact the regulator and commission and close my account , Nat West are also concerned about the way money was deposited , apparently it’s an ‘unusual’ electronic pathway , whatever that means

Suddenly your hard working money is not your money! Payslips were provided promptly and it took 2 days and 30 emails for this people to release my money. Restricted my account in the middle a fantastic bet which I was going to cash out. Lost over £150 because they logged me out. What a nightmare it has been. When you verify payslips you do it in 5 minutes and leave the person alone. When I was asked for tax return I totally flipped. This guys are crazy. Zero costumer service. GerrrrrrrrThat's how I feel. It is the most horrible betting experience of my life.I wish there was o Zero star. They truly deserve it.

I have seen some bat betting sites, but this takes the biscuit and some!! Doesn’t let you place bets. Tells you you need to deposit and yet you clearly have funds in your accountNot had problems with deposits or withdrawals but twice today I have tried placing bets on a 25/1 and a 40/1 horse and the site wouldn’t let me. Just so happens they both won. So not happy. To counter that , tried to place bets that lost. But surely that’s my prerogative?I would recommend staying away from this site.

I am unable to make a deposit because Copybet refuses to verify my account. They say its not possible to verify my account when it obviously is. For some reason they are refusing to verify my account and are not letting me use there service. This is the last email i sent them.SEND TO MANAGEMENTI am unable to deposit because Copybet staff refuses to verify my account. I have all the right documents and Copybet staff responded to me saying it is not possible to verify my account and no more documents are needed. This response is unacceptable because it clearly is possible to verify my identity because I have a passport and recent bank statement. It is 100% possible and simple to verify my account but for some reason the staff I have emailed do not want to verify my identity and therefore I can’t make a deposit. What is going on? Why is Copybet refusing to verify my account? It doesn’t make any sense.

CopyBet is a scam. Can’t transfer my winning bet out. After they blocked me from placing a bet and withdrawal. They asked me to submit 3 months payslips. Which I have sent it to them, No money was credited back to my account. Including my £200 that wasn’t placed on any bet. The got my £346 with them. I told them I will commit a suicide if I don’t get my money ASAP. They thought am joking. Dubious company.
