Hi really clunky & even when you change settings like from fractions to decimals the website doesn’t even process this!! Honestly so bad I just had to come and warn people! I see a lot of people have similar experiences. Doubt this will last long with all the quality competition out there

The site is sluggish. Had a £30 bet which placed and returned £22.50 which I haven’t recieved. They said it’s been authorised but am still waiting after 5 working days. Time consuming and now they want a bank statement in PDF format. Stressful and there are other betting companies I would trust so much more.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a betting site. It’s a complete SCAM!!!!!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!They have requested so many documents from me it’s actually concerning. After sending payslips and also my bank statements they still had the audacity to request my tax return letter and even a pension statement. They are now refusing to respond to my emails and have suspended my account and are refusing withdrawals.I was speaking to Eddy and Arya from the customer support team who literally only respond when they feel like it. I can’t believe Shay Givens is actually the Brand Ambassador for them. If he had any idea how much of a scam this business is he would run the other way.The only thing left for me to do now is start looking into complaints to the gambling commission and also IBAS. The lack of transparency with this company is concerning ! Verification completed & Withdrawl of £500 request made Friday 24thThey then ask for proof of funds I sent what I consider to be proof of income but with the caveat that if this was NOT acceptable they should still process my Withdrawl request ————- these are 2 entirely separate issues but so far they have not processed the Withdrawl & here we are 4 days later You can’t speak to anyone or even chat , you are dealing with faceless people who only do a 5 day week ( isn’t sport a 7 day activity?) 100% one of the most disappointing betting sites I’ve had to deal with Don’t even mention if you ask for £50 on a 10/1 shot and the app tells you no , you can only have 22pence!!!!!!! Currently a three star review. Experience had been fine until making an Apple Pay deposit and now trying to withdraw…It seems that customer service are unable to comprehend the principle of Apple Pay and that fundamentally the funds come from the same source as the verified card on my account.Currently being asked to provide photos of the front and back of a virtual card that doesn’t have a physical front or back. 39 hours since withdrawal request – we continue….

Wish I’d read these before ever bothering to open an account. Save yourself time, money and hassle (seriously, the UX of their website is turtle terrible, not to mention the app). And after you’ve eventually managed to place bets, they will simply say you’ve violated rules to avoid paying out.Their customer service is atrocious and not worth your time trying to speak to as they are not interested in resolving your issue. Upon quoting their own T&Cs to them they simply responded saying ‘the decision is final’.Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Dreadful customer service, tried to withdraw on Friday and its now Wednesday, withdrawal is £110. Sent various emails to “Arya” who for some reason will not help meI have sent all verification etc and again left in limbo with no one replying I have contacted QPR and Shay Givens representatives as they are “partners” and “brand ambassadors” I just want my withdrawal, but to have to do all this is crazy

First of all I want anybody thinking of joining copybet to reconsider… Copybet has no chat forum..The customer service is only available mon-fri9am – 6pm. By email only……If you are lucky enough to win, you will experience stressful delays in receiving your withdrawal…if in fact you are lucky enough to receive your withdrawal.. Let me explain…. On Saturday November 18th I requested a withdrawal of £1271.16p… I had not received it on Sunday November 19th….so I deposited to place a bet.. I wonAnd requested a withdrawal of £192.37p on the same day, I was blocked making this withdrawal, it turns out you cannot make a withdrawal when one is in operation… It is now Monday November 20th.. I did not deposit any more money this day, I was told I must verify myself before my Saturday withdrawal can be dealt with.. I have sent all the verification they asked for, …….I am writing this review at 6.30pm on Monday 20th November….I have not yet received my £1217.16p withdrawal from sat 18th November ….the money I wanted to withdraw on Sunday 19th November £192.37p is still there blocked from withdrawal… I have no idea what is going to happen..With a lot going on at present about safe gambling, I think they should be reviewing bookmakers and not the people who place the bets…..with my £192.37p in their satchels it means I am encouraged to use that money until I have none, but I still want that balance withdrawn and returned to my bank..And regards to my £1217.16p now missing for three days , maybe it will only be returned when I write to the gambling commission..Anybody thinking of using Copybet must be mad….. I had to leave a review on this, never done one before but it’s really p*ssed me off what copybet has done. To replace my free bet with £5 of my own money is outrageous. Every Saturday you have the bet 5 get 5 offer. I opted in placed my £5 bet at 15.19 pm then I received a message around 11pm after my bet was settled saying you have free £5 bet to use. I even remember it saying it’s valid for 7 days. I then placed my free £5 bet at 00.57. I had £10 in my account left. How have I checked my account today and £5 is missing. And the free bet has been replaced with £5 of my own money. And on my account the bet 5 get 5 offer is active. It shouldn’t be active I already received it and placed it last night. It’s like your system has reset all free bets. You can’t be doing this to customers. It’s only £5 but it’s the principle, you’ve basically scammed me for £5 it’s not acceptable I’ve never experienced this in over 10 years of online betting.

This is by far the worst betting site on the internet, it is very difficult to navigate, when you finally deposit and are able to transfer the money to the sportsbook, they won’t allow you to spend more than 11 pence. Then trying to withdraw your deposit you need a degree to figure it out, and then once done they make you wait for an eternity to process what is actually your money and not actual winnings.

After my first terrible experience I’ve now noticed that I still haven’t received my final withdraw and that they’re taking money from my bank. Anyone who lets know that £1.50 isn’t a deposit that bookies accept. They’ve starting with low amounts and now this morning they taking £8.50 which isn’t a lot of money but it’s concerning that a betting app is capable of doing this. Check your banks from you used this application to make sure you aren’t experiencing the same. Please avoid this place at all costs, scam and terrible agency all round.

opened an account with Copybet on 14th Nov and deposited and they even sent me winnings back to my card. On day 2 i am waiting for £532 only to be asked for front and back on the card (which they have already paid to twice!) I have provided the best copies available but still not good enough. They numbers are perfectly legible but still they wont accept. I now have no phone contact information and just keep getting the same response that card verification failed.I would AVOID this company for any of those needing to bet off the grid of the mainstream bookmakers as it seems that it could be a con. There is no easy help option and if you win, then they seem to make it very very difficult to get your money if you get it at all.AVOID AVOID. There are worryingly too many negative reviews about Copybet

Hey, hope everyone is good xNot sure why there are so many negative comments.. I have literary had a very good experience using the app..Withdrawals are made within two business days according to the app/website, mine was done in 1 and a half.. some people complaining about copybet asking for extra verification, come on – it’s nothing new, it’s done literary everywhere. Customer support did they job very quickly.. On top of that it has a very good odds comparing to others.. The idea of copying others, following others and also be followed – is pretty decent too, but could have been done a little bit better.. I believe it needs a little upgrade or smth.. The only problem I had was app freezing in the beginning, but it’s all good now.. all in all a very good experience X

Absolutely fed up with this betting site. Have been waiting over a week for my withdrawal as it was pending for so long. It later bounced back and I requested if i could use another method to withdraw since my bank didn’t accept it. I have been left on hold for God knows how long now and it’s so stupid as their email is their only contact line. Luckily for me they messed with the wrong person this time. So basically i have been with them for almost 2 to 3 weeks…nit an issue until now. Yesterday they had asked me for my source of funds which i provided. But noone contacts or replies properly as to what is happening. I have my money in the account too. Poor communication! Feels like theres only 2 ppl working for them, EDDY AND ARYA. I am not suprise why they have only bad reviews. I cash out Wednesday morning the massive amount of £35.62 after 5 days still i haven’t receive my money, they sent me message in my phone and email that the withdraw was successful. I sent them emails the last 5 days and asking for my money but they were keep on asking me about payslips, tax return annual and p60. Seriously guys? For £35.62 you want me to send all my paperwork? If I win £1.000 what you will ask? My type of blood and what clothes size I wear? But i already sent ID, proof of address, driving license, bank statements. Avoid this website, they don’t have phone line ( this is illegal ) they never reply emails in weekends, and when you want to cash out even if you already verified your account they will start to ask for more thanks like annual tax return, even contract from your job. I’ve got to say I disagree with the other reviews, I set up an account yesterday and withdrew today and money was with me within a couple of hours. Site maybe isn’t as good as bet365 but that’s to be expected given 365’s turnover and the free bets with copy bet are better than most places.Top service guys, thanks 👍

I have never seen a faster cash out in my life.The money were transferred in my bank account seconds after the withdrawal.Yes,they have a few layers of security before making a money transaction but the again it’s for your security.Many sports and other activities with endless betting options.The only reason I give 4 stars it’s because the app is significantly slow and it is lagging.I hope they work on that on the future!

Finally left and closed the account, they are absolutely inept, they will reply to your emails confirming they have noted it and added the information to the file but never do anything about anything and everything. Virtually every bet I place they wanted me to reduce my stake, I want to bet £10.00 they said I could only bet £3.10, how ridiculous for a bookmaker. I asked several times if they did standard bets, ie Yankee, Lucky 15 etc, they never once answered that question. I eventually just had enough, I was astonished when I looked at their rating on Trust Pilot, it was less than 2% and that tells you everything. I’m nearly 66 years of age, I’ve had a flutter all of my life, I have never come across anything like this crowd, I laugh because it’s absolutely bizarre. In fairness they did nothing wrong to me, the free bets were great, but they so badly let themselves down with their terrible website, useless app, no tv or audio coverage, hopeless customer care etc etc etc and I just could not imagine any regular punter enjoying their service, hence the 2% rating. #dinosaurs.

I have won over £1000 on this bookies, but the interface is so absolutely awful that I am going back to bet365. Lost a potential big customer just because you guys completely ignore everyone’s awful reviews. Your site is absolutely awful. I mean like, awful awful. You can’t see information about a bet once placed for example, and oh good lord don’t even get me started on the app.1 in 10 times you may be able to use it. As I say, I’m no sponsor at all, but going back to bet365 as this is an awful company with an awful website. A lot of potential, but just look at the reviews on here and trustpilot. Slow company. Impossible to get a payout (takes days and then asked for details ) Still no money. Can’t do another withdrawal if you already have one . This is to enable you to regamble . Surely this isn’t allowed with the gambling commission . So have sent them screen shots to investigate

Made 3 withdrawals, received one two did not arrive. When I queried this they came up with all sorts of rubbish reasons, including that they HAD paid me and it was my bank’s fault. Issue now with IBAS to try to return my money. BEWARE of these guys….Plus dreadful website and awful customer service.

No wonder it’s review ratings are only 1.5, it’s not even worth 1, it’s terrible. I joined, wow what a big mistake that was, these people have no idea and really are very small fry. 1.) No racing tv coverage, I’ve never had an account with any bookmakers that don’t have free TV. 2.) Constant restrictions on your betting stakes, one race they stated I could only wager .59, yes you’ve got it, 59 pence. 3.) It’s obvious their website is useless, in every way shape or form. 4.) Absolutely not user friendly, but very user difficult. 5.) I tried to make 2 withdrawals and it comes up with Operations Pending, no explanation whatsoever. 6.) I tried to put a £10 each way bet on, it was restricted down to £7.00, in this day and age it’s hard to believe. 7.) You really have to hunt for things, contacts hidden under settings, nothing is straightforward on this terrible website. 8.) Emails not answered. 9.) Questions not answered. 10.) I supplied them with everything they asked and once i deposited £10 my profile was partially limited and they wanted a bank card statement. Which i supplied to the poor customer service email and have been getting little to no response. Havnt heard anything for 2 days now and i also can’t withdraw my £10. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Zero customer service, they avoid replying to emails which is only method of contact (never a good sign). As others have pointed out, they hold on to your money for whatever reason they can muster.

What a joke. Put £10 on for free bets of £40. Won £80 from a Newcastle game. Try to withdraw it to my bank and it gets cancelled what a joke these cowboys are. Happened to join them few days ago, had some luck with cricket matches in world cup but they have reduced the stake amount to around £50 .Very disappointing , after escalating found the following.”Please, note that this is a company’s trade decision. Withdrew on Sunday and still no funds on Tuesday. With most companies offering instant withdrawals, this type of delay in 2023 is very off-putting. Also, only allowed me to make two withdrawals in the space of 24 hours. Wanted to make another withdrawal and was told, ‘not until the previous withdrawal is cleared, which can take up to 48 hours’. Never heard of this before. Utterly insane withdrawal processes. Not sure how they’re allowed to operate until these issues are fixed because clearly they’re issues or an obvious attempt to get customers to bet more irresponsibly.The app is also horrendous.

Everything is normal until you win and request a withdrawal ! But if you be lucky and win and make a withdrawal big fight starts. They try everything to not pay you your winnings. Bet settled as a winner (correctly) then re-settled as a loser and still not sorted.A match from 8 hours ago still not settled despite being a winner.They’re partners with QPR, but haven’t settled a bet on their game from an hour ago.Honestly steer clear of this company at all costs.
