Joined today for the bet £10 get £40 in free bets, spent £10 and it lost (fair enough) I get my 4 free bets. I use the first one, it loses and settled straight away. I use my second free bet and win £19 and it has not been settled since 1:57pm so nearly 8 hours. My two lost bets settled within seconds of losing. Also can’t use my other two free bets until that bet has settled. I should have listened to all the bad reviews and not done it. DO NOT USE THIS SHOCKING BETTING SITE I PROMISE YOU!!!!!

Positives:- Easy Sign up and verification- Freebet offer to sign up was also quite generous compared to others these daysNegatives:- maximum withdrawal per day is £1,000, which frankly is a joke so beware!- Only one withdrawal allowed to be pending at any one which again is very shady, could tempt people into betting a balance they want to withdraw.- I wagered relatively heavily £50-200 singles and was limited very quickly, max stakes are now around £5-9. Again this doesn’t really fill me with confidence that this is a good bookies. When I asked why this happened they said it was a trading decision, but I am long term losing punter so a very bizarre decision.- App is pretty poor in comparison to what else is on the market.All round I would say that Copy Bet is ok if you like to bet very small stakes, other than that would not recommend.

Fantastic company! Followed one of their accas and netted myself £400!!! (Bet £20!)Requested to withdraw all £400 8pm last night, midday today the withdrawal was approved, money is on it’s way!ID/picture verification process was very easy, took me 2 minutes 🙂

Absolutely terrible company.I tried to sign up and after jumping through a few hoops of taking a live picture of my driving licence and then taking a weird selfie, I got an error message saying they wouldn’t verify my identity.I emailed them to find out if there had been a problem with the picture and if I should retry only to be told that they had no intention of verifying me and as per their terms they didn’t have to give me a reason why.Fair enough I replied, could they then remove my ability to log into the site and also destroy any pictures with my identity on?They then sent me an email saying they are allowed to keep any information they have on me for five years.My advice to anyone thinking of signing up to these cowboys is don’t.

Please please don’t bet with this company..I signed up and deposited hundreds of pounds I really liked the betting and thought the prices were better than anywhere else,I then tried to withdraw £220 and I was asked to verify card which I’ve did numerous times over the last 5 days and every time it’s been unsuccessful. I have now opened a complaint with resolver but I’m not holding my breathe that it’s resolved it’s still the same automated like email I’m receiving

I am still trying to understand what’s going on. Copybet is awful. Created an account, so far so good, made the 10£ deposit, did the qualifying bet. All good so far, then I go and use my first free 10£ bet and my team wins! My bet shows as lost and the winnings of course, not credited. I really need the funds and I was lucky enough to win. Don’t know how to contact them and after 10 minutes on the app trying to figure out what to do, my bet now disappeared from my history and I’ve got nothing.User u460170

I’ve joined this site for over a month and have only just had a win despite depositing many times.They are refusing to pay me even though I’ve supplied my cards and bank statements because I paid through Apple Pay, I’m unable to get a transaction PDF direct from Apple wallet so I send my full bank statement which shows every transaction clearly.They are now refusing to pay my £1250 and stopped corresponding with me about what to do next!It’s disgraceful and gives bookmakers a bad name!

Woooooow. I’ve joined so many bookies over the years. Copybet made it a **** experience simply joining never mind the slew of 1 star reviews over them ripping customers off with apparent free bets.To get verified you have to sign up by mobile. You can’t simply upload a document. You have to take a live photo of it. The app you take the live photo of forces your phone camera in to some crappy mode where it’s hard to focus on your document and press the take photo button. You are also expected to take a live selfie where you tilt your head in a big circle like a muppet as well. Best of all, they accept the mad rotating head live video almost instantly, but decline everything else with NO GOOD REASON.There’s a reason Bet365, WilliamHill, PaddyPower etc are at the top. It’s because they’re not ran by clowns like Copybet. I doubt for a second anyone involved in their verification process has actually tested it.

I joined up after recieving lots of messages about the Free Bets.Initially I was asked to provide the basic items to pass Verification and I was allowed to Deposit and fortunately I turned £100 into £280.When I tried to Withdraw on the Friday, it was declined and I was then asked to provide further info including a Bank Statement showing the Debit to Copybet.I did then read the reviews, which put me into a negative mind set and I did not feel confident of receiving my £280.Much to my surprise not only did I receive my £280 but it was in my Account at 9am today ( Monday ).So Copybet deserve this positive review and the experience was simply not what I read in the negative reviews.Well Done Copybet

Awful betting platform. Winning bets just just left open and not paid out, slow betting app with consistent glitches and don’t get me started on the response times from customer services. It seems it is all to easy to get a UK Gambling licence nowadays and these clowns are symptomatic of that. Don’t bet with them.

During my account set up on the mobile app, my ID verification documents e.t.c were rejected by the auto verification system. This was not a problem for me, as I understood I may have made a mistake during the upload of my documents, or provided a document they considered invalid, or the image the app took of my face may have been blurry. I have bad eye sight, and I was attempting to let the app capture my face without my glasses, so it matched my uploaded passport image, in which I am not wearing my glasses. (The app automatically and quickly captures your face image, not allowing you the chance to put your glasses back on to check it’s a clear image before submitting, so I literally have no idea what the picture looked like)So I emailed to ask what I need to do to get verified, but rather than them suggesting I send the correct documentation and face photograph via email perhaps, or telling me where I had gone wrong, and offering some guidance, they simply emailed back telling me “it is not possible to verify your account”. I emailed back explaining that it is possible, as I can provide all correct ID proof needed with their advice (literally I can provide what would be needed for a UK citizen to apply for a U.S work visa for example), and asking again for help. I received a reply simply stating “Unfortunately, not, you will not be able to resubmit the documents.” I emailed again asking if they have a reason for not helping me and they said “17.2 The company reserves the right to deny a client in passing verification with no reason given.” and that was it, end of story. I was actually very impressed by the app, and the fact they go through ID verification before you place any bets, as this helps protect you as a customer and them as a company, making sure everything is legitimate, and I presume helps avoid arguments over ID verification during withdrawals e.t.c in the future. It’s a genuinely confusing, and arguably insulting stance from a betting company, to just reject me outright with no explanation, especially if it is simply that I was struggling due to bad eye sight, or uploaded an unacceptable proof of address document by accident. I genuinely thought they were just going to confirm I’d made an error, and request it all via email, then welcome me as a new customer. I’m completely baffled by this whole thing.

AVOID!! Do not use this betting site, they will randomly lock your account and make up any reason they can to steal your money and not let you withdraw. They have stolen £2150 off me and won’t let me withdraw. They also don’t reply to emails and have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my 13 years of gambling. Absolute criminals stay well clear.

I encountered technical errors when going through the account verification procedure, so I asked them for help. They simply told that they couldn’t verify my account (username u423657). No reasons were offered and no offer to help me resolve the technical issues. I have written to them to complain but I’ve heard nothing in return. Very disappointing indeed.

Bunch of jokers, clearly not a serious operation or a company that have any intention of actually operating in the industry.Signed up deposited £1000. Then had account blocked/limited – without even placing a single bet. Have accounts with other bookmakers and am well versed in KYC and regulations but never had anything like this without even placing a single bet.Now refusing to withdraw my money and close my account completely despite repeated requests. Stating that as Apple Pay was used it cannot initiate withdrawal without further intrusive procedures. This despite me being happy to provide bank statement showing deposit, pics of card used, and also Apple Pay details.Come across as thieves and a scam company at the moment. Thankfully am well versed in regulatory procedures and know a good solicitor. Will proceed to take it further along with the usual resolved/ibas route. Will update if company shows any credibility in a resolution but for now would strongly advise to stay away. Happy to send through transcripts of conversations etc showing all of the above.AVOID

Decent sign up offer with 4 x £10 free bets and was also given an additional £5 free bet for the womens world cup football, thanks.A couple of technical issues , verification process failed automatically but was rectified quickly by the support email people.Some free bets were removed and then fairly quickly reinstated by the support email people.The site takes a little bit of getting used to and not the easiest to navigate when first encountered.Biggest downside I found was that I struggled to find competitive odds. Obviously it’s not a big issue when using up free bets but when I can typically find odds 0.5 to 1 point higher elsewhere I cannot see much incentive to continue using the site. I’ll look again though once the premier league restarts to see if any different.Addition of a horse racing book would be a positive for me.I can see there is a common review theme to do with withdrawals , I had no issue at all and my withdrawal was completed within a reasonable amount of time from my request , thanks.Overall it’s a middle of the road review from me and fingers xd for some improvements to come.

u415614A friend of mine told me to avoid Copybet, that he struggled to withdraw. I made the dumb decision of ignoring him. Unfortunately today they cancelled my withdrawal due to “technical issues” even though they reassured me that my withdrawal will go ahead. Unlucky for them my sister is trainee solictor, I have taken screen shots and videos of everything. I highly advise everyone contacts Copybet via Resolver and if this fails please go to IBAS The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) is a gambling-specialist Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Service.I will update my review fairly once a response is received.u415614I have updated my review to 3 stars as the company have been lovely and have offered to send the monies to me via Skrill. Terrible. The app does not allow you transfer money between your wallet and Sportsbet account where you actually makes placments from and does nothing but say “pending” when you try to withdraw money back to your account.It doesn’t even pretend to want to let you make multiple withdrawals at once. A horrible experience, and compete waste of money, especially given there are so many other functioning places to bet from.

Having to wait 3-4 days at a time to receive withdrawls as much as £10 is totally unacceptable. I’ve yet to come across another bookmaker withdrawl times this slow especially since nowadays they tend to be fairly instant.

i have actually had good experience with copybet…I don’t know if they finally turning things around after reading the bad reviews…but I like how they get verification stuff out way before you start betting….more bookmakers should do that so there is no verification nonsense when withdrawing funds… promotion are decent…. withdrawal are good too in manageable timeframe…only bad point is there app bit buggy…. freeze’s now and then when trying Access sport’s market….if they can sought that out would gave them 5 stars
