Put a bet on a horse today that unseated rider at the start and whilst William Hill refunded the stake as a non runner, Corals won’t be. Don’t look after the punter. Will take rule 4 deduction if a horse gets pulled just before the start but if it refuses to race they will take your full stake. They don’t have to refund it but other bookmakers do so I cancelled account and now with Hills.

Shocking Company , I went into Shrewsbury branch and not only did the branch manager shout in front of everyone about my bet but after the counter assistant confirm my bet was on, they refused to pay me !!! I have played on 3 games and have experienced lower winnings on individual transactions than with most other online casinos. These other casinos are mostly from the non UK licenced sector. I don’t doubt that Coral are legit. Perhaps there are significant payout differences between casinos. Would advise looking at other casinos where customers are reporting a more favourable outcome. Over 90% one star reviews is very damming.

I was unable to upload my new bank card via my coral account so I found a way around it (which baring in mind is completely legal according to you’re terms & conditions) I sent money to my partners, sisters card & then I added money via Apple Pay. I’ve noticed that this is the only site where the slots casino games RTP is below 22% for every game I play. This means it’s rigged by a staff member who’s interfered with the cash return to player or they don’t update their games which then dint pay out on the old software.
