I picked the 1st 3 in a race today and won nothing. Coral were offering a tricast bet, rightly or wrongly and I had the first 3. Now, as a tricast dividend was not returned my bet is a loser. WHAT RUBBISH. The sensible thing to do was pay it on the trifecta returned, about £42.00.

The boxing that was on 18th May against Tyson Fury and Alexander Usyk. I deposited £30 and made 6 bets in total and won 1 of 6 bets, then I had a littler play of Roulette and also won £18 then I cashed out £100 now my account has been suspended with no explanation. I have used the online chat with someone called Ajay and he/she says that account has been closed due to business justification however they still took my deposit. How is that justified. AVOID CORAL AT ALL COSTS

I placed a bet via debit card in a corals shop yesterday and noticed this morning that the refund which were my winnings have not gone in. I called customer service and they said they are refunding customers by Bacs which takes 3-5 working days. I use all other bookies and payment is instantly. Think this is against the law because the deposit method was different. Worst high street bookmakers and should be shut down.

Awful app scammers!!I won 620£ from a football bet and I tried to withdraw and an error came up I had to verify my details ( when that’s a first thing you do when you make a casino app account verify id and address stuff like that) so I texted them the support and they told me to send all the details to them on email and I sent everything and they said the details I sent doesn’t match so they blocked my account and kept the money and I tried text them the support and they didn’t try to help me and kept disconnecting from the chat what a joke from them all bunch of fools

I use this site for a few years, but it is getting worse. Never had a decent winning, but sometimes I had little winnings, £10-30 on spins, never a penny on bingo, I don’t use other games. They have free game every day, rewards grabber, I liked that, but they changed it. At first we could grab certain amount of spins. Then they changed it to coral coins. It was worse, because 1 grab gave us 30-100 coins, which can be changed to spins, minimum 300 coins gives 3 spins on selected rubbish games. So more time we needed to get those spins on non-winning games. But still it was fun. However, just recently they changed it again, and 1 grab gives ONLY 5 COINS, and in this case we need 2 months to collect the minimum 300 coin for 3 free spins! But the coins have 1 month expiry, so if we don’t use them within a month, we lose it all. What is this?! In addition, in big 150K bingo they had 1 and 2 lines winners WITHOUT NAMES!!!! I liked this site before but I don’t trust it any more and I can not recommend.

Inplay betting which I do regularly and yesterday I did an acca and all of my teams were winning but no cash out offered as one was constantly suspended- anyway the last result to come in was a foreign team and they were winning 4-1 for most of the game… they eventually won 4-3 so I thought nice one I’ve got a bit of money here! But guess what? The result I was seeing as 4-3 had a red x saying I got that one wrong! Coral app and websites shows false information and randomly makes up scores. Just put a bet on showing a team winning 3-0 and finished 5-1 according to coral, but bet didn’t come through. Talked to live chat and showed me a link that it finished 1-1. Also on their site it’s showing a football game live that the score is 12-14. Never use these scammers!

I had an unacceptable experience at the Coral betting shop in Barnstaple. One of the staff members, Rosie, treated me unfairly and made prejudiced assumptions. I had placed a bet on the virtual horse race which was to start at 9:49 but the bet slip recorded 9:49 and 40 seconds. The bet was late so I should have received a refund as other staff members like Joshua and two other nice employees had done for me previously. However, ROSIE denied me the refund, accusing me of intentionally trying to take advantage by betting late, which was not at all my intent. When I tried to get an explanation, she called security on me instead of addressing the situation properly. The other staff have been wonderful at explaining the rules and processes politely. No customer should be discriminated against or treated with a lack of respect based on personal biases. I expect fair, courteous service from all employees according to the shop’s policies.

I do not recommend anyone to play your money in this casino. They will simply be taken. And you won’t even see one bonus. And even if you see a bonus, it will be a very small win to play for two pounds and win six in the bonus. This is already a mockery. They stole all my money. I was in the red by 5,000 and withdrew. This company can only improve by either closing or employing more and better qualified staff to operate customer services (which is an absolute joke). By far the worst of any of the punting websites – deliberately slow in terms of settlement to suit their own purposes and change rules to suit themselves without giving you adequate notice or reference to the T&Cs.
