Been using Coral for a number of years, mainly for the slots. The last few months I have noticed the lack of bonuses and payouts on any of the games, I checked my win/loss record and it is shocking how much I actually spent with Coral and how little they gave back. I placed bets on cricket, specifically on running bets for odd and even overs. In this particular instance, I won the first over bet, and according to the arrangement, the payout was supposed to be in the third over. Following this, I intended to reinvest the winnings on the fourth or fifth over. I frequented Coral shops for these bets and found success several times. However, during one match where I won on overs 1 and 2, upon attempting to claim my winnings from the machine, they were unexpectedly held.The delay in processing my bet disrupted my ability to continue betting on subsequent overs. When I inquired with the manager at Coral, she stated that there were no issues from their end. Poor in every way. Rewards grabber every day 50 b******s coins, golden rewards grabber every time 50 coins and 20 x 10p spins, most I’ve ever won off these garbage spins is £1.47. Then there’s the slots, there is no way the RNG is fair, once I played £60 on 20p a spin and not one single bonus round, that’s just a load of b******s!!! I have played at Coral for years.. I went to Gamstop to stop all gambling activity for 5 years because at the time I had lost my mum and losing money in numerous casinos at the time added to my misery.. so it was time to stop.. roll forward 5 years and I tried to reopen my account. I am being asked personal questions on loud speaker. I spent 40 minutes talking and saying the same stuff or I was on hold for however long.. These casino brands owned by Entain have so many companies big brand names and they are fleecing us for every penny.. luckily it was these steps for reactivating my account that has led me here.. Opened a Coral account yesterday however the company wanted to do security checks before I could deposit some money. I couldn’t be bothered with all this hassel so I told then to forget it. On Sunday I received an email saying routine security checks were complete so I decided to credit £10. After a couple of bets I withdrew my initial £10 which I am still waiting for. After winning a balance of £100 my account was suddenly suspended and I started receiveing emails wanting all the things I couldn’t be bothered with in the first place. Now have blocked my account with a total.of £110 I have no choice. They are complete crooks and would advise anybody not to bother with this company. Use William Hill or Sky Bet which I had no issues with.

I am trying to collect my winnings from a high street shop. This was a bet on NBA basketball. Game finished at about 2am. Went to collect winnings at 11am. I was told this was not settled. Staff phoned HQ, and were told this was a winning bet. The shop staff were told to ring customer services. Customer services had no idea why this was not settled. I was told to come back later. Unlike other reviewers who have had bad experiences with betting, I haven’t really experienced that, but then again I don’t bet much. I just stay in the pennies range. However I do (try to) play the tournaments which seem quite fun and do give a few rewards and cash payouts. My gripe is with the quality of the website. I wonder if Coral has any testers or if the developers have ever tried using it themselves because it absolutely stinks. Pages simply will not load, or load and go into a constant refresh and load again. You can’t even place a bet if you want to. The slots are slow and clunky, with the wheels just spinning endlessly and not stopping. The video is slow. The games kick you out so you have to log in again. For weeks, when you try to See Your Results, the website just says “There is a technical error”. The whole webiste is a car crash and almost totally unusable.
