Such an injustice AVOID .Relating to a bet I placed in a local coral shop which won and returned £500 but when I returned the next day to collect it the operator said it had already been paid out the night before in cash ? I said but I have the bet slip here how can this of happened . I was told someone came in and had a screenshot of the bet slip and used there phone to create a duplicate ticket and stole my winnings. (This was possible as I naively posted it on social for bout 5 mins before a mate said take it off or it will get scammed) which of course I was unaware of at the time . I contacted the police and coral customer care they reviewed the CCTV and it clearly shows me placing the bet at the time on the bet slip and the suspect taking my winnings But even with all this evidence showing I’m the rightful recipient the coral area manager has said I will not be getting the pay out and no good will gesture will be made due to my negligence . This feels such an injustice and I’ve now lost £500.Date of experience: 11 April 2024

I downloaded the coral app I play the slots and you have to know how to change the stakes on there. I won £86 pounds on one particular slot game I had £30 to gamble with. And got it back with my extra £56 winnings. I don’t know why so many people have given coral bad reviews

I have used coral for about 12 months, had a few wins but nothing major and then last week I received an e mail from them saying that dual deposits had been taken from my account and that it was a problem with their pay processor and that not to worry, if I hadn’t already had the money refunded to my account, it was on its way. Two days later no refund so I e mailed coral 3 times, no reply I then went on the site to get help with an agent who after asking what the problem was informed me I would have to send copies of 3 months bank statements to a certain e mail address as they were the only ones who could sort it which I am certainly not going do, it was their blunder not mine, I’m absolutely disgusted!
